Was in the area for a short trip and needed a place for the kids to let out some energy. The kid Empire was perfect! They had later hours which was nice since we were trying to tire the kids out before bedtime. The place was extremely clean and had a ton of seating for adults. Lots of different things for kids of all ages. They had baskets to put our shoes in before we walked into the play area and then cubbies to store it all in. This helped ensure we didn't track dirt or water into the play area. Socks are required everywhere inside as well. I was able to climb up in the equipment as well when needed to go down the slide with my niece who was afraid to go on her own. There were snacks to buy at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely nice and helpful as well. I very much appreciated that the gate at the front locked and had to be unlocked by staff so kids could not get out on their own. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the toddler area was far from the big kid area. I can see benefits to that as well, but if I was on my own it would be harder to keep an eye on both kids at once. I definitely see advantages and disadvantages to this placement though! We found out there is another location that just opened in our hometown so we will for sure be checking that out! read more

I came to the location not knowing exactly what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The price was reasonable, and unlike some other play centers, we didn't need to buy special socks--regular socks worked fine. The facility has two main areas: a toddler section and a two-story play structure that's the main attraction. There's a lot to explore, and the entrances are wide enough for adults to follow their kids with just a bit of ducking, but not uncomfortably so. My youngest (3) and my oldest (9) both found plenty to enjoy, which made it a solid outing for multiple age groups. We stayed for about 4 1/2 hours on a Saturday, and in that time only two parties came through. It did get louder at points, but it never felt claustrophobic or overwhelming. Parents will also appreciate the seating areas, which give good visibility of the play zones. The facility was very clean--no sticky mats or spills--and there's even a water fountain if you'd rather not buy drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Overall, this is a safe, clean, and well-run play space that works well for both toddlers and older kids. I'd recommend it for families looking for a reasonably priced, engaging place to spend a few hours. read more

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here. I never received the discount for providing my own cake, staff had the children line and get ready for the Huggy parade, and then 5 minutes before the "start time", the employee claimed no one was available to do the parade. The manager for the location offered me a refund for the inconveniences and lack of discount. I never received the refund, so I contacted the company via their website like it tells you to do. The customer service rep Khi proceeded to lower the original amount I never received and flat out ignored my requests for an explanation or to speak to a supervisor. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DIME. This company straight up stole from me by offering a discount for providing my own cake, I never received the discount. Then, completely disappointed my daughter by hyping the party up for an experience they knew they weren't able to provide, it wasn't like the employee got ill or had an emergency and had to leave, they knew they didnt have the staff. Horrible. I have not had ANYONE contact me to resolve this and I will not sit back idly and let this company lie and steal from customers. read more

We visited Kids Empire in Solon on a Saturday around 1pm with two 6-year-olds and a 3-year-old, and they all had an absolutely amazing time. The whole space is designed in a way that makes it easy to keep track of your kids--even with all the excitement and running around, they were always easy to spot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely engaged, and the entire place was impressively clean the whole time we were there. great play place me and my little cousin LOVE to come here shes four years old but she got stuck the other day and some of the employees where meat to me when i said "excuse me" she said "excuse you" in a very mean way perfect climbing place did get a scratch on the equipment family friendly and good location the only problem is that the floor was dirty and you need socks I only wear white sady so I hope you find this helpful!! read more

Fun and clean place to bring your kids for a great time. This place has a very large play area and a separate play area for the younger kids. I loved that the staff was cleaning and sanitizing everything constantly during our visit. One employees by the name of Tiffany was very helpful and attentive. A good place to come for kids under 8 , especially when the weather is cold and everyone is stir crazy. The facility itself is always very clean and the play structure seems very safe. I do wish there was more staff monitoring what's going on inside the play structure, but overall a great place to bring the kids. read more

Love it here!!! Very clean which is hard to believe with so many kids running around. Staff were great and super friendly. Went during Christmas break so it was busy but there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend if you are looking to let your little ones run and play. read more
