I had the Glo2 facial, and I found the service to be a well- rounded experience that was both clinically treating my skin concerns and incredibly relaxing with massage included. The best of both worlds. I have a jaw line! The lymphatic massage de-puffed and revealed my true face shape, which was so wonderful to see. I feel like myself again! I had zero irritation, and I can tell my results will last. I'm so happy I found them.

The front desk girl is clueless. the place smell like mold and old furniture, it looks old and dark like you walk into a thrift store. I'm sharing this review to be transparent for future clients. I left a pair of sunglasses at the spa and informed them that I would return to pick them up after I had recurve a call or text that I had left them behind. As I was traveling for a few weeks. When I finally had a chance to stop by I was face with disregard, then I finally called since I didn't hear from the owner about a month later, I was told they had been discarded. Unfortunately, there was no notice given, and the conversation felt more argumentative than understanding. These sunglasses were sentimental to me, and while I understand that businesses may have policies, I was disappointed by the lack of care and communication around a client's personal belongings. This experience affected my trust and overall impression of customer care. A month is not enough to trow customer belongings away without calling them first and assuring that they'll stop by to pick them up and assume that they'll just be forgotten. This is not so much about the sentimental value of the sunglasses but about being respected and treated with dignity. I hate to have to leave a bad review for them as is sometimes I almost never like to do but given her mannerism and demeanor I cat let this happen to another person and to our community.

Darron called me back to schedule our treatments after I left a message. The space is quaint and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The smells of all the products filled the room (but it's not overpowering). I had a botanical back cleanse with Onella. The scurbs, lotion, and mask felt luxurious all over my body. There's a steam part and hot towels occasionally that felt amazing. There is a small massage and feet treatment that I didn't realize and was pleasantly surprised. There was one part it felt like she was painting this silky lotion (maybe mask) all over my back. I was so relaxed I think I did fall asleep at one point. Onella checked in to make sure the pressure and everything was good. My husband had the 60-minute customized Swedish massage with Emily. She asked him his pressure preference and what he wanted and she did everything just perfect. It was so relaxing that he did fall asleep! I definitely would recommend going here if you're visiting Ojai!

My own therapist was chewing a throat lozenge during the massage and even dropped it on me. This was our second bad experience here, last time the tech scrubbed so hard we left bleeding. I thought their online sign up flow was great. Once we arrived, the waiting room of the space smelled great, was very relaxing and we were greeted by one of our masseuse's. They also welcomed another couple out from the end of their massage and were super chatty with them so we had to wait a little bit which wasn't a big deal. We decided to do a joint couples 60-min deep tissue massage. I felt like my experience was very positive with Michelle - she got into all the nooks and crannies that I desperately needed worked out and it was an overall very positive experience for me. However, my husband didn't feel like his massage was as deep tissue as he would like. He was asked if the pressure was good and he did ask for it firmer but he said that after 30 seconds, the pressure went back to the same and that it just felt like a full body rub down instead of true deep tissue work. Overall the space is nice, it was very relaxing and calming and I felt satisfied but I was disappointed to leave and to have my husband feel like he didn't really get a good massage or experience.
