My masseuse, her name is Marie I think, was absolutely wonderful. She really took her time to assess my situation and talk to me, she was also very soft spoken which I loved. The massage was very relaxing and I felt very comfortable. She warned me that it could take a few days for the pain to subside. It actually got worse in the evening but was significantly better in the morning and I was completely pain free within two days! Very disappointing experience and even more disappointing customer service afterward…read more My sister and I specifically requested deep tissue massages with quiet technicians, one therapist talked loudly the entire 90-minute session about inappropriate personal topics that could be heard through the walls. My own therapist was chewing a throat lozenge during the massage and even dropped it on me. I was charged for a deep tissue massage even though the therapist confirmed she performed a Swedish massage. We were forced to overtip because the front desk didn't have change. This was our second bad experience here, last time the tech scrubbed so hard we left bleeding. Kim the owner promised to investigate and call me back, she never followed up despite my emails and calls. No resolution, no accountability. We will never be back
