I came in for the infrared sauna, but Lissa convinced me to try colon hydrotherapy. I must say that colonics are waaaay out of my comfort zone, but Lissa is calming and professional and makes sure that I'm relaxed. I've been to Heidi a few times now, and she is so awesome! The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing, with essential oils diffusing. Heidi is very knowledgeable and does gentle, specific body work which helps with the whole process during the colonic.
