I was greeted by Melissa, who had me fill out some simple paperwork about my overall health. To start the process, I changed in the bathroom and went into the room. Melissa walked me through the process, and we connected almost instantly. She not only healed me physically, but also mentally, and made a safe space for me, which I think is crucial for a colonic. Let's face it...colon hydrotherapy doesn't sound like the most fun experience but when I tell you I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, I mean it. I hate negativity and really breaks my heart to leave a bad review because this was supposed to be a relaxing healing session not a negative argument over money and time... I try to see the good in people but this was... Terrible service. Absolute nightmare! I don't recommend. I tried to call at arrival of my appointment because the building has no sign at all of her business name so it's impossible to find the business.she did not answer I walked in 10 minutes late because of this.... She argued with me the entire time on the colonic table after saying I would only get 15 minutes of an hour session... Who argues with their client in the middle of colonic? The place was super clean but her customer service was terrible... Ran out of toilet paper... Then she argued with me and slammed the door after threatening to call the police when I asked her to reschedule the rest of my session... I tried to be fair to pay her for half of her time... she still was rude and just angry for no reason.... Went on and on about me making excuses for not being able to find her building or not even getting the email she said she sent... The irony as she sat there and made excuses about why she half assed my session Saying she's booked back to back... Maybe book less or with more time so that your clients can have a better experience??? Or how about not blaming them for your business problems??? It's not my fault as customer that you have no assistant... A nightmare !!!! Stay Away!!! Just rude, disrespectful, nasty, angry lady. Who yells at their customer... Every now and then you come across a business that you cant wait to post a positive review for and SoulSpring Oasis is that place! I have gotten a few colonics before, one was great the others not so great. One in which turned me off to colonics for years. Getting a colonic is a extremely personal and nerving experience. The practitioner has to not only be experienced and knowledgeable on the process, but they must also be kind, patient and empathic to the patient and their constant fluctuating emotions during the process in order for the patient to be at ease and allow dead energy and waste to be eliminated from their body. I was in a really bad space when I visited and I knew there was no amount of aloe vera juice or magnesium that would help me. I urgently needed help and she was able to see me on the day I requested. I was so nervous even though I knew what the process was like but my body was in pain. She was so gentle with me and her studio is gorgeous! Her energy and the space made me feel I was in good hands from the moment I entered the door. If you are thinking of getting a colonic, trust me this is the place to go, and if its your first even better. Had a wonderful experience recently at SoulSpring Oasis. It was my first time receiving a Reiki Energy Healing session, and I was very impressed with the results. As Rachel, the Reiki practitioner, guided her hands across my body I could feel my skin underneath vibrating. I felt waves of gentle energy moving through my body as stress was being released, and replaced by a warm calmness. So Melissa has been the answer to my prayers and I didn't even know it until I realized I needed to get back to basics, I forgot as she so eloquently stated, you can't pour from an empty cup. Long story short I had been carrying around trauma with me for so long it was affecting my soul, spirit and self. I'be always been a barely 5"3 115lbs. It started to sneak up on me just in the last two months but I noticed that NONE of my cloths fit, I mean 0! I went on Groupon and the universe put her add first even before I put anything in the search box. That Groupon literally saved my life. I purchased it for a hydro therapy colonic. Diuretics and even your everyday supplements were no longer working. Wouldn't you know it I weighed myself before we began and I weighed 131.8!!! To sum this up, if your even considering this? Just jump in head first. Melissa literally saved my life! I would've ended up in hospital within a couple weeks with a ruptured colon and there was so much blockage that i wouldn't have had any hope. Her Aura in itself I think also was part of my miraculous turn around. I'm going in for my 3rd one today.
