We all know regular western doctors are totally useless but even my previous functional doctor who was well respected ran me up a 10k bill with barely any results! So I came in already with a negative attitude, just assuming I'm too far gone at this point. To my surprise, In the two months I have had meetings here I have made more progress with than the entire last year and they are way cheaper than the previous functional doctor!! So please learn from my mistakes and always go with pay per visit doctors NOT pay in advance programs or the "shill my own brand of supplements" types. I can only say good things about everyone who works here like the ND Tali and the admin staff who are very competent and kind. I'm still kind of blown away by how smart yet humble Dr Rob is. I would have to disagree with the bad review here because you need at least 3 sessions for him to dig into the case so you can accurately pass judgement, even if it's going in a different direction than you anticipated he will drop serious knowledge. So my only complaint is I should have come here sooner!

This review is for the medical practice rather than Dr. Tenenbaum himself…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Tenenbaum (technically one of his physician's assistants...you know the deal) for about 3 years. My medical history is pretty normal, so there isn't much to cover here: go in, get blood work done, get reminded that I have such-and-such value that is slightly above the norm for the population. Rinse, repeat. What drove me away from this practice (other than the 2020 pandemic...) is that Dr. Tenenbaum transitioned his practice to...concierge medicine. This artificially reduces the number of available physicians in the area, ultimately driving up medical costs for patients who do not necessarily need 24/7 support. I cannot ethically support this business practice, despite having the privilege of being able to pay an extra $200/mo for a service that I will likely not benefit significantly from...at least in the short term. I request that physicians reconsider going 100% concierge and consider a hybrid practice model. Allow those who cannot afford concierge medicine the ability to unlock a variety of physicians in the area. Healthcare is challenging enough as it is in this country...please don't add to the problem.

I have had pretty intense stomach issues for the better portion of my life…read more I have tried traditional medicine, diet, and they all have definitely helped. I wanted to seek some alternative aid as well to see if it would help me as well. I came with no expectations other than to experiment and learn at the very least. Oksana took the time to ask me so many questions I had never thought about it. It was kind of like a little therapy session in terms of really thinking about how I am and how my own body is. She took about a week after that to see all my answers and develop the proper remedy for me. It ended up being Nux vomica. She gave me very clear and thorough instructions on how to use it. I have to say it has helped tremendously. My stomach issues have greatly decreased and have not affected my day to day activity. For anyone considering alternative remedies and medicine I would highly recommend coming here for your needs to be fulfilled.

This man changed my life! I'd had chronic stomach problems…read moresince I was a teen, likely due to taking Ibuprofen for too long for menstrual cramps. This had largely destroyed the lining of my gut. I was always cynical of holistic remedies and herbal medicine, but was suffering so much that when a dear family friend offered to pay for the consultation and told me she'd seen great results, I figured I had nothing to lose. Dr. Bruce got me off the no-longer-working Pepcid I was using to protect my stomach, introduced me to probiotics, Organic Chlorella and Spirulina and showed me a much more natural, healthy way of healing what ails me. He could also tell me exactly WHY wine no longer tasted good to me and burned my stomach, and why certain foods didn't agree with me - but also gave me alternatives. Every suggestion turned into amazing results when I followed his instructions. I feel so much better now in my 50's, than I felt in my 40's because I'm no longer on the roller-coaster of partially effective, side-effect-laden, over-the-counter meds. That one consultation with Dr. Bruce led to a lifetime of dietary changes, too. I now buy organics and preservative-free food whenever possible. I can tell the difference in my health when I do. This was at least 7 or 8 years ago that I met with him, but it still holds true. I've learned to listen to my body - and Dr. Bruce!
