This was seriously the best oil change experience EVER! You're in the car during the entire oil change and they inform you with literally everything they do to your car, so there's no shady business- they show you your air filter, they tell you what oil they use and why, and they'll show and confirm your oil levels with you. THE ONLY THING that I would ask them to change is to add an option to tip for credit cards. With the great work they did I wanted to tip them so much because they totally deserved it. Because I didn't want to leave without leaving a tip I just gathered whatever cash I can come up with in my car and I found $9 :( If you guys decide to come here... bring cash to tip because they definitely deserve all tips! read more

I had the complete opposite experience with Oil Changers compared to the first reviewer. I found them to be disorganized, incompetent, and untrustworthy. Even after pulling into the bay, I waited 30 minutes for them to get themselves organized before they even touched anything under my hood. It seemed like it was their first day on the job. Mostly a lot of standing around. They somehow miraculously found a couple hundred dollars worth of extra services that they tried to push. While it was great that they do extra checks, they only added air to the tires on the left side of my car and only wiped two of the windows. When they were done with my car, they had me pull out so that the next car could pull in but they didn't complete my transaction for another 30 minutes! Ridiculous. It's not so useful to have a car wash style setup if it means sitting in your car for well over an hour! They gave my bill to the wrong customer and then had to start over with their computer system. Then she rang up a bill for $3.64 instead of $36.40 and voided it... but didn't plan on giving me a copy of either receipt. I had to make her fish the crumpled up copies out of the trash. After I pulled away, I looked under my hood and found a vacuum house that they had failed to secure when they checked the air filter. It was just dangling there within an inch of the fan belt waiting to get severed. I will NEVER go back there again. It seemed like they do much more harm than good. I got my oil changed then immediately drove to Yosemite for a long weekend. Halfway there my engine started smoking. A mechanic eventually diagnosed it as a cheapo oil filter that was barely attached which busted open due to the change in air pressure. I'm never getting my oil changed here ever again. read more

Quick and honest service. Came in for an oil change but also got my transmission fluid changed. Shawn was trying to find my any discount possible to bring my total down. I came in a week later to check in with my transmission fluid. I also brought in an air filter that they installed for free. No pressure on the up-sell (for fuel system cleaning, high mileage oil etc) but they were impressively knowledgeable. Not good listeners. My guy talks a lot, bark orders; didn't get that I asked for synthetic, but had a lot of other info to share that I didn't really care about. Never go there again! Brought my brand new car in for its first oil change. I wanted to save time by skipping the dealership and I've been here several times before. BIGGEST MISTAKE!! I now have a huge oil stain in my driveway because they didn't put the oil filter back on correctly, causing a huge oil leak and resulted in my oil light going on. I had to have my car towed to the dealership and pay for them to diagnose the issue at the all time low price of $160. This whole ordeal caused me to lose 2 days of work and $$ I was lucky that my engine wasn't damaged from driving without any oil and that my damages are only in the hundreds and not thousands. Apparently they don't train their workers thoroughly, don't risk your car! Lesson learned read more

Oil changers has always been reliable for us before long car trips and to check our oil, however, they are radically different in how they serve my husband versus me. They always try to sell me extra things and last time I went, they offered me a discount on something which they insisted I needed, then said if I checked in on yelp I'd get some sort of other discount. Then they insisted this negated the discount on the other item they sold me (which turned out to be a waste). I will be sending my husband from now on, and it pisses me off that they try to take advantage of people who don't know cars as well. Thus the 2 stars instead of 4. read more

The 2 bays were already full when I got here so I had to wait about 10min to pull in but it wasn't a big deal since it was a Saturday and I was expecting it to be busy. Once I pulled in the guys got right to changing my oil, checking my fluids and afterwards they cleaned to windows and checked the tire pressure. The two guys were very friendly and professional.
