This Oil Changers consistently has professional employees who work efficiently while taking the time to communicate to customers their process and prices. They typically take 30-40 minutes to complete my oil change (which includes the removal and replacement of s skid plate). read more

Consistently excellent service and quick turn around from this well-operated franchise.

10/23/19 I'm still hopeful because it just happened. Despite the fact that they had a very clean bathroom, the employees at oil changers at this Berkeley location broke / flattened /spam /spring / stripped the thread of the OIL draining screw/plug of my car. I came back to them there thinking this would be reasonably understandable for them (YOU WERE THE LAST ONE TO TOUCH THE CAR AND CHANGE THE OIL, SO THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, YOU MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR SERVICE...PLAIN AND SIMPLE) apparently not for them; not only they did not fixed or offer to fix the problem they cause, the manager was sending me to a mechanic of his "trust" so I could seek help on the problem they caused and I would be on my own; after a long wait....3 customers have started and finished their oil change ( about 1 to 1.5 hours later they used an air pump to drain/suck/pull the oil from the top with some strategic located clearly tools ( several different sizes straws/hoses) that are regularly used...the manager than ask me: cash or credit? no mention of what, how, when, who...will solve the problem they created...I said, I'm not going you to pay until you the problem resolved/fixed....so far all I've got was his business card and a promise that they will call me back, not even the name of his boss, or a phone number to contact him they made a schechy, secretive, doubtful, possibly phony phone call to someone to pass the ball to a higher level since the manager said he could not do anything ....(to be continue) read more

Sketchy with their prices. I called ahead of time gave them my car info and they quoted me at $49 with an additional $4 per quart. So at most assuming my car is a 4quart I'm estimating I'll be paying $60 plus tax. I pull uP and as the guy is popping my hood he quotes me at $84. No idea where he pulled this number out of but I told him I called and asked for a quote and he proceeded to make up some excuse as to why it was now (5 min later) more in person than over the phone. read more

These guys are so great. Very sweet and helpful if you know nothing about cars like I do. They even cleaned my windows while changing the oil. Great experience!! read more

Excellent service. Everything explained and I didn't feel like I was being fooled into extra services or higher priced oil. Had a very helpful service by Elton who provided me a tip where I could get some used tires to tide me over until I can afford new. Overall, excellent and friendly service. Thanks! read more

It's fast, efficient and affordable. You don't have to leave the car, which somehow addressed the covid concerns.

The service was excellent, friendly and fast. I would recommend to anyone in the East Bay area.

I just went again this past Saturday and I must say, I was once again impressed and superbly pleased with their knowledge and service. This time I had Kimbe checking on and servicing my car. His friendliness on an early Saturday morning was refreshing and his knowledge and recommendations were sound and appreciated. He also didn't try to upsell anything that wasnt necessary, which I always appreciate. They always say I can go to any of their locations, but when I find somewhere with service and people I like, I stay loyal. I hope they see this. I believe that people should know when they're doing an awesome job, not just when they're not. :) read more

Polite, efficient and they aim to please, not to rip you off! I have been here twice and will continue to use them for routine maintenance. They show you what your oil/filters look like and explain in simple terms (for those of us who are less car savvy) as to why it needs to be replaced, cleaned or simply kept in the good condition it's already in. They clean your windows, check all lights, tires etc. Check them out! read more

The staff at this place are awesome. Alton helped me get a dead rodent out from behind my air filter and had a great sense of humor about it. I knew it was the low point of his day to have to do this very unpleasant task but he was super sweet about it and made the whole experience so much better than expected because of his professionalism and investment in his customers. I highly recommend this location. read more

Excellent customer service, always pleasant to come here. Fair prices and they always let you know what's going on with your vehicle that you need to pay attention to. No reason to go anywhere else. read more

Reuben and Gio are awesome! I was welcomed with friendly service and they got me in and out, quickly. Eveytime I come to this location, the staff is friendly and they have jokes. I don't live close, but the customer service keeps me coming back! read more

Amazing! So kind and helpful. When in to get oil topped off for free after getting it changed months ago and they even put some air in my tires! read more

This is the first time I've been here but all the guys who helped me with my car were awesome! They helped explain what was up with my vehicle, what I needed to check on, and they were super patient and professional. They even helped clean my windows! Def coming back here again!! read more

I go here regularly and am always treated extremely well. Big shout out to Shaun and his exceptional courtesy and patience. The guys here work really efficiently but take the time to do the service well. read more

That was first time being there with my little boy TT, and was such a good customer service. I'll return for sure.

Great service ! I choose to come here because they put a smile on my face every time and they do great work and the service is fast !!

The dudes that run this shop are badasses that announce the technical terms of what they're doing as they do it like surgeons: "Air pump. Checking oil levels. Replacing oil. Tire pressure full " I felt a little weird sitting in the car as they did their thing, by the end I was glad I got to watch the show. Fastest oil change/tire fill/window wash around. read more

Thanks for the service, oil changers! Always super reliable and not making me feel bad that it's been a while since my last change

I went to oil Changers and their Customer service is so bad. Not professional at all. Never visit here again. Don't go to this place.

Went in for a regular oil change first time at this place but I go to others of the same name. Wasn't bad customer service wise, but about a week later my car started acting funny took it to a shop, turns out incorrect bolt was put on oil pan and it was leaking. No thread-locker was added and had to end up getting a full oil change again. read more

Solid oil change station. Friendly people, fast, open late until 7pm. This is my go to spot in the east bay. Checkin discount on Yelp. I recommend this place. read more

I went in first time and the 2 guys did an amazing job thank you so much for the air filter as well. 5stars.

Great oil change that was fast and easy. The service was super friendly as well. I'll come here for sure next time!!

This would be zero if possible. They are scam artist here and I'm so tired of getting screwed over by places like this. I saw this sign when I pulled in for an oil change for buy 3 get one free and thought that's amazing but what is the catch. The guy who organized my oil change was nice and the guy who rang me up was too but the problem is with the details of the deal. I asked the cashier so with the deal can I do all of my cars I have this gmc , a Ford Explorer and my Prius he said yeah they are covered for up to 5 quarts. Great so I bought the card for $140+ I got my first oil change. I head home to switch out cars and get to a different oil changers cause it's closer to my house and they said one the oil change was gonna be $82+ WTF no even for synthetic that is high. Then I say well I bought this card and they say well prices are different at different locations and you can use that only at the location you bought it at. No that's just no true . So I call the store I bought it at and tell them what happens and they tell me I will need to pay an additional $33 for a my car on top of the service card ?? Are you kidding me after I specifically asked so the manager gets on I repeat myself and he tells me no they have all these signs up that say this isn't covered first off I had no idea what kind of oil my car had I specially asked and he said he still couldn't fix anything for me I would have to wait till Monday to call the corporate office cause he can't refund me or even fix the problem of the new trainee didn't explain to me. Do not go here take your money to a better place. read more

My car's oil pressure icon lit up and it was time for an oil change. So I went here because I was pressed for time, and things were fine after the oil change until a couple days later when the oil pressure icon kept going off like crazy. I returned and was told all the oil was gone and the guy who previously worked on my car said something happened with the plug so he replaced and fixed everything for free. My bf also needed to get an oil change so we went here for the convenience. While waiting, the car in front of him ended up coming back because the workers left their tools in the car. After they were done with my bf's car, my bf drove off and we kept hearing weird noises. So we returned and they left their tools under his car hood! All of this happened within a span of 6 days. That's a lot of mistakes for less than one week, and I won't be coming back again. read more

Awesome service and very professional, I had a check engine light and the guy was nice enough to run a quick diagnostic for me and we figured out that the gas cap was not close correctly and that is why I was getting a check engine, who knew right. I went for anAnd oil change and the event out of their way to help me out, thank you so much read more

I have to agree with most of the other reviewers, I took the time to write this because they are SO THOROUGH, honest, knowledgable, you get the idea that these guys actually take this job seriously. I appreciate it being shown why they are doing things and recommending things. I'd go out of my way to go back, for sure. I went at about 8:30 on a Monday and there was no line. Great place, great people working there. read more

Great place and you can also go to Ethnic Arts Gallery while they change the oil. Nice and responsible people. read more

Ashley was awesome! Her customer services skills and knowledge of the procedures were impeccable. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

These guys do good quick work! Not pushy over sellers! Will come get my Mustang done here again!

Super fast and I don't feel pressured unlike other oil changers to do anything extra then to get an oil change .

The mechanics were great! They spent time clearly explaining to me my different oil options and helped me make the best decision for which to use. Also Sean was especially friendly and helpful! He recommended to me a sweet solar-powered car wash place on University ave, and gave me some tips on tire changes as well. read more

Efficient, friendly, provided complimentary services and made suggestions for future repairs without "over-selling." Definitely returning!

Not feeling it. Main reason: they consistently attempt to upsell services of little or no value.... like engine flushes. I'm not an expert in the area of the automobile but reputable online and offline sources indicate that engine flushes are almost always worthless - a pure profit center for OC. I've been here about 5-6 times. First few with a 1995 Honda Civic. Each time they tried to sell useless services. Then I moved back to the area and took a 2007 Subaru.... which at 6,000 miles they said needed an engine flush. If I wanted to be treated like a whore I'd go down to San Pablo and 29th with my wig on. I want to trust those who work on my car. I have little respect for people who use a position of power to manipulate profits out of their customers. On top of that the car dripped oil in the garage after I took it home. I will not go back here and do not recommend it. read more

Takes a long time and they are very disorganized. Don't go you'll be waiting forever and they might let people who came 20 mins after you go first. Wasted 30 mins waiting and they offer $2 off it's was not worth it. read more

I know a little about cars and usually do the servicing myself. I was pressed for time so thought what the hell. I know it's a little silly to review an oil change place but these guys & gals were pretty good. Drive up, drive in, wait in your car kind of like a pit crew! They were very professional and had their game down. The three crew members were very synched, called out what they were doing and coordinated everything. Quite impressive. The place was clean, the service quick and efficient, the staff was professional and it was all done for about $37.00. You can bring your used motor oil, fluids etc and they will dispose of it for you at no charge. read more

They hella try to rip people off here man. Expecially if you don't know much about cars. They will try to sell you an oil flush, don't go for it. Also, they try to make you a bunch of deals and then slap on some oil charges after. The only thing is you can get a deal on some oil changes if you buy like 5 at once. read more
