They continue to re-bill the insurance with the wrong codes and I have had to contact my insurance company multiple times because neither side can get it right. Super frustrating. No other providers I go to cause me any billing issues so it is definitely this clinic not knowing how to bill.

Before the test started, the person conducting the test examined my ears and told me that she couldn't continue until I went home or to a doctor to clean my right ear out. I was surprised, since I regularly clean my ears and could hear fine from that ear. Another appointment was scheduled... This time I had an appointment on a Sunday, so as not to interfere with work again. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment and there was a sign that said that everyone was out to lunch until 1:35 and an "away" sign that indicated "back at 1:45". My first thought was why would you make an appointment for a customer and then be out to lunch at that time? I sat and waited a while. Several people came to the desk to see if someone could answer questions. I pointed the sign out to them that indicated they were out to lunch. They came back later only to see that there was still nobody manning the center. I walked around the store for a while and went back at 1:30, hoping that someone would be available at that time. Nope, nobody around. So I sat and waited. I waited until the time the sign said they would return and not one person showed up. I decided to find my wife, who was shopping, and leave. I wasn't going to wait any longer. While we were checking out, I mentioned my experience to the cashier - who promptly went to find a manager for me to talk to. I told the manager my experience and she went to the hearing aid center to find out why this happened. At the manager's request I went back to the center, only to have a woman argue with me and tell me that they were "very busy". This escalated the situation and I felt that even if I had an examination, the climate was very unfriendly. I told this person that I could leave and they would have time for another customer. She replied that it was my choice, so I walked away. While I was walking away I heard the manager ask the woman if she couldn't take me in now. I kept walking because I was getting very upset. It must be good to have so many customers that you can drive some away and still keep very busy. Costco is always busy and so is this hearing aid center. But it seems that this hearing aid center doesn't care much about their customers.

After returning to pick them up, the Doctor was able to spend some time showing me how to best use them. After a few nights it became unbearable to wear the ear plugs. The pain they caused kept me awake and my ears felt like they had been in a fist fight. My calls and email to the clinic were never returned. While I appreciate that these were custom made and likely non returnable, some common curtesy would have been nice.

I feel very lucky that I went to Hearing Rehab in Lake Oswego. Tori Blomquist was fantastic. She spent over 2 hours with me, tested me in detail, discovered she could have my old hearing aids fixed for me, loaned me a new pair to use, and arranged for the purchase of a new pair, completely covered by my insurance. Todd alleges that he has sent my records to 'the state' 3 times 'free of charge' even though 'he could have charged me'. That's bullshit. I'm deaf. I know full well you can get your records sent to your door BY MAIL for free. It doesnt matter that your receptionist has to do her job and that it costs you $25 to do it. I can sign for it when it comes to my door. That's how this works. I know my rights. For you to try to come to me in private and chastise me about my tone and how it's costing poor you money to send someone records, that I doubt you sent anyone because ZERO people from ANYWHERE have reached out to tell me they have my records, to ask me to remove my review, tells me you're trying to play cover up.
