They continue to re-bill the insurance with the wrong codes and I have had to contact my insurance company multiple times because neither side can get it right. Super frustrating. They supposedly "fixed" my hearing aids over a year ago and the Lt one has buzzed ever since. They dodged their responsibility at every turn, she said "we are a small company so we can't afford to give you any wax guards, or anything else I guess. She said I was eligible for new hearing aids, gave me a card with a phone number on it, "they can help you she stated," but it was obvious that Evergreen sure as hell wasn't going to put any more effort into getting new aids. I don't know if it's the same owner but I've certainly moved on to a new provider. Don't give your business to these people, they're money grubbers and liars..

I then reached out to my audiologist niece who suggested I call OHSU SoundSource. (I know-why didn't reach out to her from the start!) They not only fixed the pair I gave them, but an even older hearing aid that was just in the box. I didn't even ask them to have this second pair looked at. And yes, all for $25 WHILE I WAITED (around 15 minutes). OHSU SoundSource is a non-profit .edu connected to the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) but is all self pay.
