It is great that this company can repair hearing aids on site. If you totally depend on hearing…read moreaids to get through your day, you know how inconvenient and disabling it is to wait for a repair that has to be mailed off to the manufacturer. I gave them 2 stars for this service, which I have not used. We were looking to purchase two hearing aids for an older gentlemen with quite severe age related loss. The hearing test was not done in a soundproof booth, although that is usually the procedure. The price quoted was high, but they reassured us that their prices are in line with other dealers in town. After getting information from another dealer in town, we found we could get the same hearing aids for $1800 less. The hearing test was done in a soundproof booth. The manufacturer's warranty is the same.

I first got my hearing aids about a year ago from this company , i cannot remember the name of the…read moreperson who was handling my case but i thought at the time she was doing the best for me, turns out that was not the case, i went back in and saw another person that is Amber McDaniel , I explained the issues i was having still and she was very quick to solve the issues i was having . Very professional and very friendly, I was very impressed with the way she handled my situation and took care of the problem. The first person i dealt with is no longer there as she seemed to be a know it all and wasn't actually listening to the clients . My experience there today was very impressive and i would recommend the buisness to anyone who needs that service!!

The woman who did my hearing test and proposed new hearing aids felt more like a used car sales person rather than a medical professional trying to help me. The new hearing aids I tried were so much worse than my original ones that I returned them, where I was pressured to keep them, which made me flustered and annoyed. I stayed with my original hearing aids and am now looking for a new hearing place. I will say that the front desk staff is amazing and very kind.

I made an appointment in person, about 3 weeks ago. I took some time off from work to keep my…read moreappointment. Before the test started, the person conducting the test examined my ears and told me that she couldn't continue until I went home or to a doctor to clean my right ear out. I was surprised, since I regularly clean my ears and could hear fine from that ear. Another appointment was scheduled... This time I had an appointment on a Sunday, so as not to interfere with work again. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment and there was a sign that said that everyone was out to lunch until 1:35 and an "away" sign that indicated "back at 1:45". My first thought was why would you make an appointment for a customer and then be out to lunch at that time? I sat and waited a while. Several people came to the desk to see if someone could answer questions. I pointed the sign out to them that indicated they were out to lunch. They came back later only to see that there was still nobody manning the center. I walked around the store for a while and went back at 1:30, hoping that someone would be available at that time. Nope, nobody around. So I sat and waited. I waited until the time the sign said they would return and not one person showed up. I decided to find my wife, who was shopping, and leave. I wasn't going to wait any longer. While we were checking out, I mentioned my experience to the cashier - who promptly went to find a manager for me to talk to. I told the manager my experience and she went to the hearing aid center to find out why this happened. At the manager's request I went back to the center, only to have a woman argue with me and tell me that they were "very busy". This escalated the situation and I felt that even if I had an examination, the climate was very unfriendly. I told this person that I could leave and they would have time for another customer. She replied that it was my choice, so I walked away. While I was walking away I heard the manager ask the woman if she couldn't take me in now. I kept walking because I was getting very upset. It must be good to have so many customers that you can drive some away and still keep very busy. Costco is always busy and so is this hearing aid center. But it seems that this hearing aid center doesn't care much about their customers.
