I received a video tape of realty west employee Will Watkins bribing a Spokane City code enforcement inspector. It shows them pull up in front of a house and get out of the same car together (weird) and stand in front of this house discussing what to put on the inspection report and what to leave off of it. You can hear and see clearly who it is and what they are doing. It was hard to watch and disturbing. Im sure it was even worse for the poor renters that probably ended up on the losing end of this whole thing. I tried to reach out to Will but I got no response. Neighbor said the windows have been like that for a while . Last I heard from our broker regarding how much our windows were going to cost us was on June 12; who by the way got a huge commission from the sale of our home and was too busy to meet and great us to congratulate us with the purchase of our home.
