Mark Komac was our listing agent when Mom put her house up for sale. First thing I want to say is,…read moreMark was AWESOME! With Mark's knowledge and expertise we settled on a price, and got above asking price, in only 2 days after listing! There were many legal things related to selling a house, that we didn't have any knowledge of. Mark knows all those things, and patiently talked us through all of it. Repeatedly if necessary! That's the bottom line, but there's way more than that. The sale of Mom's house was an emotional decision from the start. She simply couldn't maintain a house any longer and needed to move into a senior living place. However, she really didn't want to move out of her home. We settled on a listing date. Again, with Mark's help. Emptying and cleaning out a house, that someone has lived in for 61 years, is a big deal, to say the least. Mark was super helpful! Going way above and beyond! He helped us know what exactly needed to be done and also what didn't. Always with compassion for our emotions, but also with knowledge of the market. He helped us move big furniture, remove nails from walls, then patch and paint those holes. He helped us decide what needed to go where and most importantly, gave my mom time, to let go of those things. Never rushed her just for the sake of hurrying a sale. In the end, the house is sold. Mom is settling nicely into her new apartment. She's making friends, and says it was as good of an experience as it could've been to sell her home. Her kids helped her. We were able to help her, because Mark helped us! I thank him for that! Also, we all loved the cookies he gave us!

Karen and Patrick Buckley are - HANDS DOWN - the best realtors you could ask for! They know…read moreeverything there is to know about buying and selling and they really get to know you during the entire process. I first met Karen when my boyfriend and I wanted to go see a house I found on Zillow. From there, she took us on many hunts for a new home. She really understood what we were looking for and worked with our price point. Prices have risen a lot recently, so we have yet to purchase a home, but in the meantime, I decided to sell my own townhome. Of course I asked Karen to be my realtor! Karen spent many, many hours talking with me in person AND on the phone, sending emails, and even texts. She was the most responsive realtor I could have hoped for and always had helpful, detailed answers for every single one of my questions. If she was unavailable at any time (which was rare!), Patrick stepped in seamlessly to assist. Karen worked with my HOA, the title company, and the buyer's agent to get all the information needed and everything always had an incredibly fast turnaround time. Karen and Patrick even did the staging for my home and it turned out AMAZING! I very nearly had second thoughts about selling the place! Karen had a professional photographer take the photos for the listing and they turned out really well. Patrick took some of the photos himself and they were excellent - he has a great eye for how to take listing photos! Karen and Patrick even did a virtual tour website and gave me a DVD with the staging photos as a keepsake. When the house was in the final closing stages, Karen and Patrick came by to collect their staging items and even helped me getting some of my heavier items into my moving truck. This was such a great help to me and I appreciated it so much. On the day of closing, Karen actually drove me to the office and was there to help walk me through all the documents before signing. It was a HUGE help and such an amazing thing for her to do. I really felt she had my back from start to finish. On top of all this, Karen and Patrick are two of the most warm and genuine people I have met. They both have a great sense of humor and extensive knowledge on every aspect of the buying and selling process. Karen's past experiences as a broker and Patrick's past experiences at Zillow make them a really well-rounded team who will give you the best real estate expertise around. In fact, I dare you to find anyone better! Karen and Patrick are the best team you could ever ask for and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them whether you are selling or buying. They ROCK!!

I would highly recommend Shane Xiang from Flyhomes. Being a 1st time home buyer is not easy in a…read morehyper competitive real estate market like Seattle where things move very fast, and multiple offers come in before the offer review date. Shane always made himself available to tour houses when they were being listed. This gave us a chance to tour houses early giving us time to think and decide on next steps. Shane provided comprehensive review during the tours, covering quality, builder, materials used, appliances, potential upgrades/fixes, etc. that was very helpful while comparing different houses. The research team did a good job compiling the background details of the house and comp analysis. During the offer stage, Shane helped coming up with a strategy, but never put a lot of pressure, if we were not comfortable. He was patient during the entire process and always answered questions as soon as possible. He was always on top during the negotiations in terms of getting updates from listing agents which helped fine tune our offers. Even though it took a few attempts, Shane was always supportive and was open to discussing what could we do better next time. I learnt a lot during this process. Our winning offer was a Flyhomes cash offer, which was not the highest offer but the fast and smooth closing offered by the Flyhomes team secured the win for us. It's definitely worth a shot in this market. I would also like to thank Nicholas Anderson from Flyhomes Mortgage, who was very patient in running calculations multiple times before we made offers and helping with hypothetical scenarios. Having all the data before making offers helped us make informed decisions. That being said, there is always room for improvement. The app UI can improve a bit (in terms of how quickly new house listings notifications are sent out) and sync between multiple teams within Flyhomes can improve further. To conclude, I would highly recommend Flyhomes to 1st time home buyers in competitive real estate markets for a one stop shop solution.

Update base on the business reply : As their customer since…read moreFebruary, I can say their listing agent, selling agent , lender who got in contact with us are all very not helpful at all, not only they are blur on delivering messages and information, but also are just has no idea what they are doing at all, answering the wrong questions, not clear on the contract, trying to get away with problems- as they take your complains for nothings and all they can do to put this poor guy Jared out to say" oh sorry we can't really do anything " and that's all, sorry we take your money but can't do anything! Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . I highly suggest people who is thinking use them, think twice ! By the way , their mortgage interest rate is completely rip off, DO NOT Use them

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.
