We sold our townhouse with Flyhome agent Amber. She is one of the top professional real estate agents I have ever seen! It's our first time to sell a house and we need the money to buy next one. Amber helped us find a perfect buyer match and she is always responsive to our questions and concerns. With her help, we were able to sell the house at a great price and finish all of the complicated process within a couple of weeks. In addition to that, Amber saved us a lot of money and she has the contact with reliable contractors if you need anything. We highly recommend Flyhome and our agent Amber! read more

Used Flyhomes in 2019 to purchase our home after moving from out of state. With how competitive the Seattle market is we knew we needed a competitive advantage. Learning about Flyhomes Cash Offer program we knew we had to go with them. We won the first house we bid on and weren't even the highest offer! Our ability to offer all cash and a fast closing set us apart. Our agent was also incredible, there is no compromise on client service, in fact the experience was better than working with "traditional agents" in the past. They also have incredible technology and an amazing team of tour specialists which means you can typically tour a house with only providing a few hours notice. read more

Flyhomes - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

Update base on the business reply : As their customer since February, I can say their listing agent, selling agent , lender who got in contact with us are all very not helpful at all, not only they are blur on delivering messages and information, but also are just has no idea what they are doing at all, answering the wrong questions, not clear on the contract, trying to get away with problems- as they take your complains for nothings and all they can do to put this poor guy Jared out to say" oh sorry we can't really do anything " and that's all, sorry we take your money but can't do anything! Figure something out ! Their California agent Christina Felix is very unprofessional and only thing she did was stressing out the costumer , when we sign the contract she was very pushy and didn't explain clear enough. We agreed the seller stay in the property with 3 week rent back, but agent told them it's free without being clear to us , which on the contract shows as blank , which does not mean $0- and she later claims something on the contract says " licensed fee $0" means rent back free. They are using undirected term to trick people who doesn't understand the actual meanings. After we complain to the Flyhomes , they said they can't cover our loss, and not responsible for the mistake, and they start asking us if we want to back out the offer ( that way they can take our earnest money and buy the house , resale it, then make profit out of it ) we are beyond annoyed and very frustrated because we are in the middle of buying this house , we love the property, but Flyhome is just very unprofessional, and has no idea what they are doing, miscommunication with lender ,buyer , seller , ..etc . I highly suggest people who is thinking use them, think twice ! By the way , their mortgage interest rate is completely rip off, DO NOT Use them read more

We were recommended to FlyHomes from a friend and the experience was wonderful. We had a great interaction with the FlyHome team and thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Wendy as we were buying our first home. She is extremely responsive and did the best when we were narrowing down our home list and in the negotiating process. We are now in our new home and settling in happily. We have excitedly recommended them to our friends. read more

We closed our home with Flyhomes about two months ago, and we have never regretted the buy. It was a great experience working with people from Flyhomes, and we want to especially say Thank You to our client advisor Xuan Wang and tour agent Armin Agahi. As a client advisor, Xuan is patient, responsible, skilled at negotiation and not pushy at all. She responded to our questions promptly and patiently. Every time we found a house we're interested in, she would first do a quick research on the house and point out any potential concerns people may have (if any, like too close to power lines, traffic noise, etc), and then quickly connect to the listing agent for more info and follow up for any updates. Xuan is strategic at bidding and great at negotiation too. Thanks to that we were able to win the bid without being the highest offer. The tour agent Armin is super knowledgable and helped us a lot. We were concerned about some issues pointed out in the inspection report, and Armin, with his previous experience as a contractor, carefully inspected every issue pointed out in the report and told us if there was any red flags and the approximate costs to repair/replace. And he's right! The thing highlighted in the inspection report that nearly stopped us from buying the house is actually an easy fix. In a word it's a smooth process working with Flyhomes, and we would definitely recommend Xuan as a client advisor to our friends! read more

I bought a home using Flyhomes with Mei Yuen as my agent. Initially I was interested in the Flyhomes cash offer program, but I ended up not needing that for the house I purchased. Seeing homes was also easy; I could book a tour online or in their app a day before seeing it. Mei was very helpful and extremely responsive and quick when it came to communication. When she didn't know the answer to a question of mine, she would forward it to her team and let me know as soon as she did get an answer. I felt like Mei was a resource I could rely on through the homebuying process. Once I got an offer accepted, Mei helped the transaction go very smoothly as well. I would recommend Flyhomes to other home-buyers; the cash offer program seems like a powerful tool in this market. But my non-cash offer experience was great as well! read more

Overall, i felt that the experience was day and night difference as soon as i signed a commitment. At minimum this is an integrity and ethical issue. or perhaps the individuals simply dont have the right knowledge and experience. Good: most things before signing an offer with Flyhomes; cash offer is a cool and unique tool (but costly) Bad/ugly: entire closing experience after signing the offer; $ amount changed without explanations; no empathy toward financial risks; no ownership on clients need (one keeps passing the ball to the other department); had to call 3-5 times for a simple status updates (and they occasionally dont call back); missing majority of promises read more

I cannot say enough good things about Veronica Saez, agent with Flyhomes. She went above and beyond to help us in our home search. If you are just getting started in your search, reach out to her. She has a wealth of knowledge and the "go get em" spirit to dive in and get any and all info you could possibly need to help you in your decision making process. She's a delight to work with and understands that buying a home is a huge life event and very personal for those involved and approaches every aspect with respect and the utmost professionalism. read more

I met Mehar virtually at the beginning of the quarantine. I was changing agent at the time within Flyhomes. She and her team, Sophia, won me over by speak with data and statistic. We went over my lost offers, and Mehar came across with utter confidence and compassion. I especially like that she could be "opinionated" -- it means that she has her own way of going about making an offer, how not too fixed on a property even there were only 3 days left before the offer date (she sent out long emails to her buyers and explain what it is like working her. I appreciate this kind of open introduction. "don't get too excited and contact me early in the week for updates on the home, I can provide better and more useful information when we are closer to the offer date"), and how to read the comparable analysis with critical eyes, etc. She reasons well and I admire her honest opinions ("no, we likely won't win this one, keep the hope low", then we became the second among other offers). Negotiation is her strength. Although I didn't sit next to her during those offer review days, when she explained to me our strategy and game plan each time, it's clear, organized, and firm. She sometimes reaches back to her team for suggestions (strategy, recent cases, home repair rough estimate), which is the benefit working with a team than an independent agent. I like to do my homework, so I almost always come to her with quite a few questions. I appreciate her effort, patience, moreover, tenacity, and I found her answers persuasive and satisfactory most of the time. As a first time home buyer who wanders in the market for about a year, I truly appreciate her compassion. A deal can just be a deal, but working with her, I see her tenacity and strong will to put in work to make it happen for the buyers. She offered me plenty of time to go over the cases we lost, friendly outreach and consolation, and understanding for my frustration. We were truly making an offer *together*. I was touched by such a driven, albeit newer in the market, real estate professional. I would highly recommend Mehar if you like a professional, driven, tenacious, competitive and compassionate agent like I do. As for Flyhomes, awesome job! Super client-centric service, I enjoyed my summer with the touring agents, I toured a year, so I know some familiar faces! Always open doors to feedback, which I do appreciate and also something I look for in a startup. A hardworking bunch. A friendly bunch. I see how they grow and expand within just a year and I wish Flyhomes all the best. I hope to keep those relationships and would definitely recommend everyone to give Flyhomes a try. read more

(It surprised me that the review came out to be this long!) Thanks to my client advisor Xuan Wang and the wonderful booking team, tour agents and closing team, all of the hard work made my first home buying experience so much smooth. Buying the first home definitely sounds intimidating at first and Flyhomes simplifies it so much. I was super glad that someone could walk me through all the steps and contracts and guided me. There were many times I pinged my client advisor out of business hour and Xuan still responded promptly so I just want to say I appreciate that. Overall it feels like Flyhomes works well as a team - people have their own specialities and responsibility. I scheduled so many tour requests via booking team (like maybe 15+?) And they had to deal with my frequent cancelling/rescheduling with no complains (I am sorry :() And tour agents were also helpful. I wanted to thank Tiffany Knudson specifically! She was extremely nice and I love that she pointed out things she doesn't like or just frankly said like oh this house just doesn't worth it don't buy it. tbh I was not expecting that at all lol. The whole researching and buying process took me a month or so, and I now closed the deal with no significant issues. Oh and forgot to mention they expense 2 house inspection and that can save you 1k so use it! To be super honest I've heard a few extremely rare cases where some client advisors are not that responsive, but if I speak for my own experience I'd definitely recommend people to try Flyhomes, or at least to start the conversation (it never hurts!) I heard Flyhomes from a friend back in 2018 where he purchased his first home, and when I started to plan a home purchase Flyhomes immediately came into my mind. Looking back I am glad that I made that choice :) read more

Flyhomes - Flyhomes app for booked tours. The UI is clean and it's easy to use - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

I got pre approved for the buy before you sell cash offer program. Flyhomes presented a certain set of terms to me and I accepted them and gave permission to run my credit. Pre approval was good for 90 days. FlyHomes rescinded the pre approval after about 55 days and tried to change the terms of pre approval due to their own internal policy changes regarding their buy before you sell program - not due to any changes in my finances. I was to be selling a condo and they happened to change their policy to exclude condos sales from the buy before you sell program some time after issuing my pre approval. I recognize it's flyhomes right to change their policies but a change in policy should not retroactively affect my pre approval. Instead of honoring their commitment they rescinded my pre approval and actually screwed me out of offering on a house I was interested in. What's worse is I only found out about the policy change after I found the home and communicated with FlyHomes that I wanted to offer on the house. It seems pretty evident that the policy change had been in effect for some time, but FlyHomes never communicated to me that I was no longer pre-approved. I had to find out myself after becoming emotionally invested in a potential home. It is very hard to trust a company that doesn't live up to its commitments to its customer and equally as hard to recommend them to any friends. More and more lenders are wising up to the way fly homes does things (cash offers up front followed by setting up long term loan on the backend). I would recommend searching for those other options over using flyhomes. read more

My husband and I worked with David Hunt and would highly recommend him!! We were first-time home buyers and he was very patient with all of our questions, supportive in helping us understand the process, and offered candid advice without making us ever feel pressured. David helped us buy a DREAM home in our favorite neighborhood, an option we didn't think was possible for our budget. He was thoughtful in putting together a strategy and a personal letter which helped us win the bid even though we weren't the highest offer. Something we also really appreciated about David was that we got feedback from the listing agent of the home that he was incredibly kind and respectful when working with her. She implied that the other agent we were competing against was pretty rude and David's respectful professionalism made her more willing to advocate for us. We are sure this helped us win our bid. If you are looking for an agent that is strategic, supportive, honest, and kind -- we definitely recommend working with David! read more

Today is big day, we finally have our first apartment ready for moving in. Thanks for FlyHomes teams guide us through each steps, especially Jo & Snow, these two amazing angels put a great efforts to make everything goes great smooth! No matter how late we ask questions, they always satisfy us with prompt response. You guys astonished us by professional advice and in detail expertise! And we even don't imagine they could cut the deal off 9 grams from the selling price. Meanwhile they recommended us loan agent from Wells Fargo Mortage, which was proven the best choice we have made, 500 miles away beyond Ivy we had contacted before. Appreciated for FlyHomes teams, definitely we will choose your service again and refer to our friends! 缘来是福，有幸结识，再聚可期，感恩遇见！ read more

This was our first time buying a home; additionally we were also moving from out of state. The long distance component was difficult, but flyhomes really made the process that much easier. Everyone we worked with was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new home. Having said that, the app is not user friendly. It feels clunky compared to redfin and navigation is not intuitive. Additionally, post closing support could be better - response times have been slow and we still don't know how certain appliances work. Overall, the buying experience was about as good as it can be given the complexities of buying a house. Well done and great work! read more

Right now I'm sitting in my new home, the past few months are still like a dream. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the whole process. All I knew was I wanted an affordable home for living. When the house market became unstable, I doubted that it might not be a good timing to buy. So when Grace contacted me that they found another new listed house which is perfect for me, I didn't think I would buy it. But after I saw the location, price and layout, I knew why Grace called it perfect. It's only 10 minutes drive to work, close to main streets. But it's still as quiet as in a forest because of so many trees behind the backyard. It's so rare that a house in this area could be within my budget. If I could live in this home, I wouldn't care about the price going up or down in the future. And now the market rose up, it proved that was the best timing. After we decided to make an offer, Flyhomes team acted so fast that we submitted the offer in the same day. Guess what, we beat all other offers, while our price was below the listing price. And Flyhomes even bargained more seller's credits for me after the inspection. The bargain could be accepted because they listed down the estimates to repair each small problems in the inspection (also thanks for Flyhomes Home Service providing the estimates). Then it's mortgage time. Even though Flyhomes had their own mortgage company, they also provided me many other mortgage agents' contacts, just like my friends did to me. They helped me understand and compare the quotes, and pointed out that although their own mortgage was competitive, the other bank's quote was the best. After the transaction closed as expected, I got the key. I loved the home even more because it looked refreshed after the overall cleaning, which Flyhomes reminded the seller agents many times. The Flyhomes welcome card sat on my table, with congrats from so many people. I realized that there was a whole team contributed to the key in my hand. Now I'm a home owner, and still cannot believe this, because several months ago I thought I would rent for 3 more years. Sincerely thanks to Flyhomes for making my dream come true. read more

The Pros: them providing the all cash offer may have helped us close quickly. I say "may" but I don't really think this actually influenced our ability to get a home in the seattle area after talking to other local realtors. the app is also a good way to see homes quickly. redfin also provides this service The Cons: The big one is my realtor did not let me know that a home I put an offer on was in a zone being actively considered for seizure via eminent domain in order to build a light rail. seems kind of important and like something a local realtor should know about. not sure if this was shadiness or incompetence. he probably just wanted to make a quick buck. I definitely feel like all flyhomes realtor's were more inexperienced, less informed and less considerate than other non-flyhomes local realtors I communicated with, but I went with flyhomes thinking I needed the all-cash offer. now I very likely will be forced to move in the next 2-5 years. their mortage staff are also a huge pain to deal with. the interface is super clunky, relying mostly on a button to upload jpegs and pdfs rather than an interface to fill out docs. when they do give you a docusign interface, they forgot all important fields to fill out and it leads to way too much back and forth that delays the whole process. read more

Our recent experience with Flyhomes was as frictionless as I could expect. Thoroughly professional, efficient, prompt, and kind team, one that we won't hesitate recommdending to friends. What we like especially about Flyhomes is that we're not supported by only one single person of contact, but instead by a team throughout the process, each one in charge of an area he/she specializes in. Wilson has been an awesome leader in the process, explaining the whole process up front, answering questions with thorough to-the-point details and clarity, setting the right expectations, meeting our special needs of touring the property at 6:30am, etc. He was also very kind to help us review some legal documents since he has a strong legal background and worked in law professions in the past, even though it's not his responsibility to do so. I find it particularly comfortable working with Wilson because of his way of interpersonal interactions. Alice has also been a wonderful person we've had the pleasure to work with during Wilson's vacation time; she took things over smoothly without a hitch, and was super prompt in responding to our questions and needs, she was also very orgnized in her way of communication, which made our correspondance via email or other IM super efficient and effective. Ami from Flyhomes mortgage answered a lot of my detailed questions timely and thoroughly despite the fact that I had a habit of replying to emails late in the night. All in all, the level of professionalism and proficiency has well exceeded my personal expectation, and we were able to seal the deal in a very tight time frame with our first offer, and we felt strongly supported thorough the whole process. read more

I purchased my first dream home with Flyhomes and I highly recommend them !! Before working with Flyhomes, I was dealing with traditional real estate agents and was targetting competitive real estate market in Seattle/Redmond,WA . It was totally different and awesome with Flyhomes throughout the home buying journey. Flyhomes had a clear advantage over tradition broker : 1. All dedicated specialist teams (To tour properties you like - No limits!, Property analysis report and suggested offer price range based on comps, Pre inspection of the property before/after placing offer, Offer preparation and dealing with different stakeholders) at single place . All those professional services comes at no cost ! 2. Great programs like Guaranteed, Cash and Traditional to select when placing offer. Flyhomes team helps you select whats best for you . I chose the Guaranteed program and had a clear advantage against any other offers seller might already have. 3. 1% cashback (of property price) was really helpful to cover closing costs. I was not getting any such cashback from a traditional broker. I was helped by Manisha and many other specialists throughout the home buying process and considering I had so many naive questions being a first time home buyer, everyone was friendly and great to work with. Once I moved in, I was also helped by their Home services team to fix small issues during the process of settling down and overall they were quick and professional ! Again Big shout out to Flyhomes team especially - Manisha, Ayesha, Tushar and Josh for making home buying process simple :) read more

So over the past weeks we have spent a ton of time interacting with multiple person from the FlyHomes crew to buy our house. First, the communication has been flawless and super reactive. We faced a couple of challenges in our buying process and they have helped handled those in a great way. We enjoyed having one main point of contact coordinating our case (Wendy, thank again for all the work!). Again, I think we had some unexpected things happening when we bought but they have supported us beyond expectations. Then, I think they have a very smart way to approach buying. They have teams specialized for every step of the process, which makes their offer very complete. I think they understood how painful the buying experience is and they took advantage of that to put the customer experience back to the top priority. I have already recommended them to friends looking to buy in the area ! read more

Had a great experience with Levi Bouwkamp and team. Having a buy price for the home I was trying to sell as part of the buy before you sell program gives a lot of peace of mind when you are trying to handle low ball offers in a wobbly market. Levi and team were very patient with all of the questions and did a great job with the house hunt and providing detailed reports on the new home that I purchased. The process was seamless right from purchase and closing of the new house to staging and sale of the new house. After reading previous reviews, I went into the process knowing that there would be no communication between the Mortgage team and the Listing team, which reduced some surprises, but was the only pain point in the whole process. Overall, I would recommend FlyHomes' buy before you sell program to anyone looking to have a relatively stress free process. read more

Wow I cannot say enough great things about FlyHomes. When me and my partner decided to buy a home it was a relatively quick turn around- the interest rates had just been cut (end of 2019) and it seemed as a good time as any to buy a home. We started looking in earnest in October, thinking that we knew what we were doing but we quickly realized we were way over our heads! There are so many things to think about as first time home buyers that we just weren't aware off and frankly when we were just looking at open houses; the listing brokers behaved like sharks trying to get our business as representatives and frankly it felt like they preying on our naivete. Discouraged after a few weekends of looking at homes, I started looking in resources for first time home buyers and FlyHomes came up in a Wall Street Journal article. Everything about it made so much sense, from their business model to the fact that their agents aren't commission based and so don't have a purely vested interest in getting your business and pressuring you into decisions you might want to take more time thinking about. We were partnered with Mehar Mira and immediately we felt at ease. Mehar was no nonsense, no frills and worked extremely hard to help us understand the local real estate market and disabusing us of some notions such as focusing on commute or trying to get the best deal. She was so great at quickly identifying the things that mattered to us in a home. After a few conversations, we felt great about signing a commitment to work with FlyHomes. From there, we were partnered with Libby Christoules who walked us through the mortgage process and made sure we understood that we didn't have to work with FlyHomes mortgage, but just wanted to make us feel comfortable about the financial decision being made. After chatting with several brokerage companies it turned out that FlyHomes gave us by far the best rate and it was a no brainer to do business with them for the mortgage as well. We are delighted with our purchase and we are so happy to have found FlyHomes. They will really have your back and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. read more

I used Flyhomes to buy our home in Portland, OR. Their team was incredibly helpful and using their cash offer allowed us to buy a house before the bidding war began and we saved tens of thousands of dollars (if not more!). Their customer service team is super responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. They also allowed us to use our own Realtor, which we really appreciated. Our Realtor was so impressed, they said they will be recommending Flyhomes to all their clients moving forward too! read more

I've been mulling over this review for awhile now. We all love these things to be clever and cute, but what can I say about Flyhomes that hasn't been said before? Well, anyway. My husband and I were not first time homebuyers when we started, but we were making a major move from one competitive housing market to another (San Francisco Bay Area to Seattle). I knew that would require more than your typical real estate agent. With Flyhomes, what we got was an entire team, coordinated, to make every part of this process as quick and painless as possible. Our journey started with the very personable Sassan, who immediately made my husband and I feel at ease and in good hands. They offer some very innovative programs that Sassan walked us through. The most interesting to me was that trade-up program. They will give you a guaranteed price on your current home, find you a new home, buy that new home with cash, and also buy, prep and list your other home. Sassan had to inquire about us doing that between two states (CA and WA) and ended up getting the go ahead. Though we did explore it and it was very tempting, we did not end up going through that program due to our own circumstances. But as luck would have it, we were still able to have Flyhomes take care of both ends of the transactions - buying and selling. Now, I am very much a type-A personality and as such I had very strict parameters. So I searched and found most homes on my own.. My Flyhomes realtor, Manisha, really tried searching for me too, but I honestly enjoy house hunting and had seen every MLS listing available on the market already. To their credit, Flyhomes made touring (another part I love!) super easy - sending us Lyft codes to see all the houses we were interested in and were always available - via email, text or phone - to answer anything we could think of. What I don't enjoy - which is just about everything after the initial viewing - Flyhomes took care of. Compared to the first time we bought a house, this was a coordinated effort. From the inspectors to desk appraisals to stagers to lenders, Flyhomes had the whole thing down like clockwork. All we had to do was decide how much we felt comfortable offering/selling for and they took care of the rest. They listened to what we wanted to get out of each transaction and the strategies they suggested on both ends made a lot of sense. We were both very pleased with the outcomes - we sold fast for a great price, and then turned around and bought a house in a very desirable neighborhood. Now on to the thank yous (I feel like I'm at the Oscars) On the selling side: Sassan (sorry for texting so much, thank you for always answering though), Danielle and Michael (great advice!) On the buying side: Larry (shout out for inspecting stuff WHILE we toured), Manisha (thank you for handling my OCD and going the extra mile on your day off), Ami (the woman who answers my emails sent at all times of day!) Also: Ayesha (closing!) and Josh (who can help with all the stuff you want to fix on the house!) I can't say the process was without bumps, but that's mostly because I'm... well... me. Under the circumstances, they made it as smooth as possible! Thank you Flyhomes. Honestly, this is a great team to work with - they had our backs! read more

We were fortunate enough to be partnered with Alissa at FlyHomes during Seattle's peak season who we worked with over 8 months to help us find our home. Unsure of where to start, what to look for, or where to go on your first tours? The team at FlyHomes will walk you through every step of the way. The team members take their time to answer any questions, concerns, and do a great job at making sure they communicate effectively. They provide more than just the end-to-end Real Estate services, they have your best interest at heart and make sure that you find your next home. They also partner with several local lenders who make it extremely easy to work with and they have an awesome mortgage team at FlyHomes Mortgage that will practically simplify the financial details for you. We were referred to Flyhomes by our friends who bought their first house with them and had a great experience. I would say our experience with them was exactly the same. Our goto person at Flyhomes was Abhimanyu. Dude is super hardworking and we were his first clients. Being first time home buyers you have so many questions about the process, the strategy, finances, mortgages and what not. Abhimanyu was so helpful, answering all are questions or finding the right people to answer for us. Overall I just like their company. Its revolutionizing the real estate business. Its a team of people that work as your agent as compared to a single person. Their all cash offer on your behalf is something that really hard to compete with and now with their own mortgage company these guys are on their path to success. We'd like to thank Flyhomes to get our first home. Shout out to Tushar, Abhimanyu, Ayesha, countless other folks. read more

Great experience buying our first home in a competitive market. Clint Rogers went the extra mile with personality and panache to hold our hands through a very fast turn around time (we met him on a Sunday morning and were under contract on a purchase in under 24 hours). The process has it's quirks and the tech broke in a couple places, but I wholly credit both Clint and the Fly Homes cash offer process with enabling us to secure the home we wanted quickly without a fight. As a first time buyer I really had no clue of where to start, what questions to ask, terminology, process and even how to decide if a home was a good fit for me. Let's just say I was lost until I saw Flyhomes' ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try. After meeting the team I was impressed to not only buy through Flyhomes but finance through them as well. I worked with Laura(Advisor) , Libby(Mortgage Originator) and Hadassah(Closing Advisor) at Flyhomes to purchase my first home and really can't say enough good things about all of them. Laura and Libby were incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit for me. They were very helpful in explaining the entire process and really helped relieve my stress. They are knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). I was prepared for a long search, but unexpectedly came across my dream home after viewing just a few. Laura gave great advice as far as my offer went- she was very knowledgeable about what would make my offer stand out in an extremely challenging market. Laura and Libby worked together. They got the home pre-inspected, got me pre-underwritten, got me the best interest rate on my mortgage and got those details in order, put the offer together - all in less than 2 days. My offer was accepted a day after and few weeks later I had the keys :) Throughout the whole process I felt like they had my back. I'd also like to mention that with Flyhomes, home tours were never boring. I met 5 touring agents and they were all amazing. I enjoyed the conversations with them and loved how friendly they were. Overall, I loved working with Flyhomes and they really made my home buying experience stress and anxiety free. I hope that I'll be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, I'll definitely call Flyhomes! Wish I could rate 6-stars! Finally we got the keys to our new home on hand, super dooper hyper happy! It was unbelievably fortunate to have Flyhomes by our side all the way for house buying. Looking back at my house buying process, it just felt like a breeze. BIG BIG thanks to Crystal, Alice, Larry, and everyone at Flyhomes! A few reasons for my LOVE of them: 1. Professionalism. We have obtained lots of knowledge about real estates, throughout all forms of interactions. Their advices were very helpful in decision making, which saved us lots of time. 2. Efficiency. Teamwork really means a lot! We were never delayed on any demands because of their remarkable availability. They have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations on timely actions. 3. Peace of mind. Flyhomes team had shown great level of confidence in every process of home buying, which promotes our confidence and peace of mind. I'm sure there were tremendous amount of hassles that were taken care of by Flyhomes, all without me worrying about. 4. Customer obsession . Crystal did excellent on understanding our needs, and gave us highly customized services. The whole team of Flyhomes were extremely friendly and patient. I can't think of any way they could improve their customer experience.

They made the entire process of selling the house really smooth. They referred me to great contractors who did renovation and offered deep cleaning before the property listed. It was very easy working with their agents. read more

In this crazy housing market flyhomes is the best chance to win a desired home. I was a first time home buyer and had no luck with other agents. Wendy was an amazing agent she was always on top of things, scheduling inspections and tours for us. She guided me along the way in selecting a house that I would appreciate and gave deep insights on owning houses based on neighborhoods, schools etc. Our tour agent Armin was superb and provided further insights on each houses. We were able to close on a house within a month and half thanks to them and the flyhomes team. read more

I would highly recommend Shane Xiang from Flyhomes. Being a 1st time home buyer is not easy in a hyper competitive real estate market like Seattle where things move very fast, and multiple offers come in before the offer review date. Shane always made himself available to tour houses when they were being listed. This gave us a chance to tour houses early giving us time to think and decide on next steps. Shane provided comprehensive review during the tours, covering quality, builder, materials used, appliances, potential upgrades/fixes, etc. that was very helpful while comparing different houses. The research team did a good job compiling the background details of the house and comp analysis. During the offer stage, Shane helped coming up with a strategy, but never put a lot of pressure, if we were not comfortable. He was patient during the entire process and always answered questions as soon as possible. He was always on top during the negotiations in terms of getting updates from listing agents which helped fine tune our offers. Even though it took a few attempts, Shane was always supportive and was open to discussing what could we do better next time. I learnt a lot during this process. Our winning offer was a Flyhomes cash offer, which was not the highest offer but the fast and smooth closing offered by the Flyhomes team secured the win for us. It's definitely worth a shot in this market. I would also like to thank Nicholas Anderson from Flyhomes Mortgage, who was very patient in running calculations multiple times before we made offers and helping with hypothetical scenarios. Having all the data before making offers helped us make informed decisions. That being said, there is always room for improvement. The app UI can improve a bit (in terms of how quickly new house listings notifications are sent out) and sync between multiple teams within Flyhomes can improve further. To conclude, I would highly recommend Flyhomes to 1st time home buyers in competitive real estate markets for a one stop shop solution. read more

Overall 5 stars indeed. Shout out to Monica and Grace who helped me purchase my house. I highly recommend Flyhomes. I'll list pros and cons about Flyhomes: Pros: 1. Teamwork. You will meet lots of tour guides from the same company - at first I thought that's fine but turns out to be the most exceptional quality for this company - I have received lots of hones comments/feedbacks from them, and avoided lots of bad homes. 2. Speed. Once you made your decision, they'll work on your offer day and night(literally) - usually it takes just a few hours for them to draft you a letter. If you happen to choose flyhome mortgage (I think their rate is good but my pool is very limited) you will be close your offer within 15 days. 3. Refund. 1% refund is pretty generous from buyer's perspective. I met a few agents and they just want to provide some free moving - which is like 0.1% refund? 4. They have a pretty good sense of the market - again I think that's because of their teamwork, some people are doing great analysis. Cons: 1. Their app. You can view listing on their app (sad face); and You need to book your tour on their app. :( :( (double sad face) Fortunately my agent is super nice and I always nag her to book tours on behalf of me on their system. But basically people communicate using Redfin screenshot - which is pretty common in the agent industry I think. 2. Still refund - I know some agents can do 1.5% however basically you are on your own and they simply provide basic service such as drafting offer. If you are veteran - you may save $K on that with lots of paperwork time. If you are new, hmmm, just don't go that way. read more
