FlyHomes has a very professional and efficient team. Before I contacted them, I had almost no knowledge about buying homes. When I found a home which I am satisfied with, I contacted FlyHomes. The agent, Grace, immediately responded to me, and connected me to the banks for mortgage pre-approval. She also met me to guide me through the home buying process. My offer on the home was accepted with FlyHomes' strategy. The process only took 3 days. Then FlyHomes gave me instructions about closing, and always kept in touch with me for any question I had. I hight recommend FlyHomes! read more

As a first time buyer, you cannot find a better agency than fly homes. At the beginning, I don't even know what I am looking for. Jo shows a wide variety of homes in different locations and walks me through the pros and cons of each home at each location. The experience, insightful ideas and detailed knowledge over the houses we visit of Jo play an important role to help me find the right home. Besides, Jo shows great ownership over her clients. She is responsive to all questions related or not related to purchasing the house, day and night even on weekends. I was doubtful about this agency at first because its way of doing it is completely different than any other traditional agencies. But in the end, I am very satisfied with them for their use of technology to analyze the homes and neighborhoods and their intuitive website. All in all, I highly recommend Flyhomes to anyone who is interested in buying his home Thanks Jo, Alice for providing such an amazing home buying experience! read more

Amber and her team have been super helpful and was served as the key factor for me to win the offer. Her team helped me schedule tours quickly (even at the midnight) when a new property comes to the market. It's quite important in covid time because tour spots are limited and people tend to give offers earlier. She also managed to arrange an inspector over night at weekend, which put me into an advantageous position when writing early offer before others could catch up. read more

I successfully closed on my investment property with the great help from FlyHomes, especially Yikun. The whole experience is just amazing. Their Guaranteed Offer program really works so that we won the house on our second bid and without being the highest price. Coupled with their master skills in negotiation, you can really get a deal even in this crazy market! This is super important for me as an investor. Yikun and the team own the whole process, from getting lending ready to getting the key. There's nothing you need to worry about except to find the perfect house, they will take care of everything for you, anticipate the next steps and give you professional advises. I would definitely recommend working with them if you have a clear idea of what kind of houses you are looking for. read more

I discovered FlyHomes a few years ago at a startup conference and took note of their business because it was so interesting. I knew then I wanted to buy my next home with them. And I did! I contacted FlyHomes in November last year and met with Tushar and Wendy for a consultation. I wasn't ready to start looking until March and Wendy and was patient and kept reaching out to check-in throughout the holidays. I started looking in earnest in March and Wendy helped me write a few offers. I lost the first 3 offers (and I'm glad I did) because the 4th offer was accepted and it is the best home! I love my new home. Working with FlyHomes was easy. Wendy was very responsive to all my questions and I was able to see homes anytime I was available, even nights and weekends. I had a few technical issues with the FlyHomes website/app to book appointments but Wendy took care of it, and the FlyHomes team responded extremely quickly whenever I reached out. Closing didn't go as smoothly as I wanted, but Jackie and the closing team were amazing! They definitely tried to make things as easy on me as possible. I'm not a first time home buyer, but a lot has changed since I bought my first home, and the amount of paperwork is overwhelming. I didn't have to use the cash offer to win the home, but I'm glad FlyHomes offers it just in case I needed it to get the home I wanted. In the end, I am very happy with everything. I got the home I wanted, on my own terms. AND! I now have Alaska Air Miles to take a first-class trip to Japan :) Thank you Wendy, Jackie, Larry, Armin, Tushar, and the FlyHomes team! read more

It was an absolutly awesome home buying experience working with Flyhomes. Xiaochen An, Jo, Alice, and Jonny did a great job helping me from finding a home all the way to closing on my dream home, and even after! After closing on the house and moving in, I found the seller provided a gas dryer knowing the house itself doesn't have gas connection in washroom. Flyhomes was very responsive, and they contacted the seller and his agent at once. Now the seller agreed to connect gas for me, which saved me a lot of time and money. Now I'm sitting on my deck enjoying my new house, all thanks to Flyhomes! read more

Big ups to Wendy, Tushar, Ryan, and the entire crew at Flyhomes for helping us get into our home! Y'all guided us through the (emotional) process of simultaneously buying and selling a home and were true partners throughout this journey. 5 stars for customer obsession, response time, and innovation 4 stars for some ambiguity, particularly with newer products and service offerings. I have no doubt any operational kinks will be worked out over time as these mature. read more

As first buyers, we had so many questions and the sentiment was very reticent about Flyhomes. It turns out that teaming up with Fly Homes was the best decision we could have made. Since the very first day, David Hunt was very attentive, trying to understand our needs. He was very responsive, answering the incredibly large amount of questions we had. David and Flyhomes team guided us to navigate the process and make the right choices, and we ended up buying our dream house, through a smooth process, without any struggle, and feeling confident we were doing the right thing. I can't recommend Flyhomes enough and I can't imagine myself buying a house without reaching out to Flyhomes first. read more

Trying to get a decent house in Seattle with a fairly small under $1M budget seems fairly impossible. And by Seattle, I mean within a 30 mins commute of downtown. Not Everett, Tacoma, or Sammamish. This is possible, if you have a 2M budget. Mine was far under 1M - so seems impossible already. Now add on that I wanted to do a low downpayment, 10%, which is already difficult for a traditional loan. But this is Seattle, one of the craziest markets in the country, so almost every loan is a jumbo - which makes giving 10% even harder. If that's not enough, I don't have much cash on hand, so I'm not going to be lavishly bidding up houses for $100s of thousands of dollars above the appraised price. These constraints were of no consequence to FlyHomes. They referred me to several lenders who could work with 10% down on a jumbo, including one which was able to use *all* of my employer's compensation package (RSU, signing bonus, regular salary) when determining eligibility. Traditional lenders don't understand non-traditional compensation. I mostly found properties myself on Redfin, but FlyHomes would send over some also, particularly when they had the inside track on something about to go on the market or a new construction. It was also easy to self-schedule tours on the FlyHomes site, so if I saw a new property on Redfin, I could tour it same day. And ultimately that's how we found the house we ended up getting. I found the best value of FlyHomes to be during the negotiation and closing process. They conducted a thorough comp analysis, and helped us decide how much to offer, and what concessions to offer the seller. It was a very typical process - with another buyer bidding up the price, FlyHomes helped us avoid getting sucked into that. The seller also wanted personal information from me and the other bidder, which is typical in these types of markets, so the seller can see who they would prefer to be living in "their" house. Stuff like photos of us, why we like the house, our lifestyle, etc. FlyHomes was familiar with this and helped with that too. As is common in these reviews, even though our offer was not the highest, it had some other benefits to the seller which they saw the merit in. And they ended up taking our offer. The closing process was easy, with FlyHomes being communicative and clear in what was involved, and taking care of any issues that came up. Closing went without a problem, and we took possession easily. Thanks again to FlyHomes for helping us find a great place. We would gladly use them again in the future, if we decide to upgrade in a few years. read more

Bought a $1.4M house with Flyhomes, but ended up hating the home after only moved in 2 weeks. I suffer from the road noise during the busy hour everyday. Neither the tour agent nor the client advisor warned me the traffic condition. Some tour agents just open the door for you without saying anything. I cannot feel my client advisor really care about my case. They only answered what I asked (sometime I have to ask multiple times to get an answer). What they care is how much you put in your offer and win the bidding war. Planning to sell it soon which may cost me $100k for transaction. A total nightmare! Update: Flyhomes client team contacted me and discussed with me about possible solutions. They promised that they will help me sell this house and buy a new one. This could potentially help me save 30% of my transaction cost, which means my cost may reduce from 100k to 70k. I am giving one star back for their after-sales service. I will update again after the nightmare ends. read more

The FlyHomes team recently helped us purchase our first investment property. Erica and Ami were our points of contact, the former handling everything leading up to the signing of a contract and the latter bring the deal home. As out of state residents, the entire process was handled remotely. In order to facilitate this, communication needed to be both comprehensive and efficient. Not one of our questions went unanswered, nor did we ever feel out of the loop or unsure of what was going on. When an unforeseen circumstance arose jeopardizing our close, Ami adapted remarkably well and helped work out a resolution. With this being our first rental purchase, we were fairly conservative with our budget. We were never made to feel like anything other than their first priority, even though it's safe to say that we were on the lower end of their median deal range. I'm not often genuinely impressed with companies, nor do I easily dole out recommendations, however people do not have to look any further than the FlyHomes team for their real estate needs. When it comes time to add to our portfolio, they will be the first and only agency we'll call. Much thanks to Erica, Ami and the rest of the team. read more

I cannot recommend Flyhomes more! My boyfriend and I have bought two houses recently, both with help of Flyhomes. They are the best team I've ever met! I cannot believe that it only took me 20 DAYS from I decided to buy a house till I got the key of my lovely new home. Yikun is very professional and passionate with her work. When I was thinking if I should purchase a house at the very beginning, she answered all my questions, kindly helped me understand Seattle real estate and gave me confidence. Then Alex contacted me and helped me with next process. He recommended me listing houses, gave me detailed statistics after analyzing. He had great insight and also very patient. Every time talking with him, I learned a lot and he was also very passionate. Ami, the closing agent also did great job. She always responded me at the first time, and answered me any question. Prior to starting our house hunt, everyone had told us that we should expect to wait at-least 3-5 months before we might land a home or have an accepted offer. When we heard about Fyhomes, we were a little suspicious about how a startup could make an impact in the crazy real estate market in Seattle. However after talking to a couple of real estate agents who basically gave us the same spiel of applying for home after home , we decided to talk to Alex from Flyhomes to see how their model differed from the standard real estate model. From our conversations with Alex, it was very clear that Flyhomes had an interesting but aggressive model where you look for homes you are interested in and Fyhomes will try to get an early walkthrough and an early offer to try and close the deal. This was quite different from other real estate agents who told us that they would find us suitable homes and send us listings and we can go and see them if they are still available. After going for a few walkthroughs on weekdays and weekends over a period of 2 weeks, we saw a property we really liked and wanted to make an offer. This is where flyhomes really shone through. Even though it was Memorial day weekend, Alex worked with us to get in an offer in on Sunday evening at 5 PM (through their Flyhomes Guarantee program) and kept us updated about the status of the offer and on Monday morning, called us to give us the good news. We had successfully landed a home in about 2 weeks and our very first bid was accepted. Flyhomes also did a fantastic job in walking us through the process of closing the house details and ensuring all the paperwork was done in time and kept us in the loop. Their closing team especially Jackie was excellent in keeping us in the loop about next steps and the status of all the million things to be kept in mind while getting the paper work ready. I was also surprised to hear from their CEO Tushar when he personally responded to an email I had on a Microsoft Prime offer on a sunday evening which clearly shows they are very actively involved in taking care of their customers. If you are jaded with how difficult it is to land a house or apartment in this crazy Seattle market, do consider these guys. Their business model is different but seems to work really well. read more

As first-time buyers in our early 30s, I knew right away when discovering FlyHomes through Yelp that this was the real estate company for us. FH not only has exceptional almost-too-good-to-be-true reviews, but they know their market and target demographic---millennials---because they too are millennials. Due to this, it was so easy and convenient booking calls, tours, etc, and their youthful tech skill and innovation renders them a force to be reckoned with in this hot market. Things I loved about using FH: --complimentary Lyft rides to each home tour --thorough explanation of every step of the home-buying process --accessible agents beyond normal business hours. I was able to reach out via text and ask questions late at night and on weekends --rewards, rewards, rewards! We had the option of receiving Lyft credits, airline miles, or 1% cash back --they're GOOD AT WINNING. We were able to win our very first offer even though we weren't the highest offer! These guys are negotiating sharks and think outside the box regarding strategies. Everyone at the company works together as a team, but I have to give a shout out to Wendy, Ami, and Tushar for their extended help and support. They went above and beyond for us, every step of the way, and we would not have a home without them. Upon entering our new place, we found a Welcome Home card signed by the team and a care package of tools for renovation. How thoughtful!! If you want customer service that goes the extra mile and then some, and an actual chance at competing in the crazy, cutthroat and competitive Seattle market, you can trust FlyHomes. read more

As my fiancée and I were first-time home buyers and knew we were entering a very competitive market, we set our expectations realistically - from reading about others' experiences and friends' anecdotes, we anticipated the homebuying process to take months and lead to plenty of heartbreaks from failed offers. With the help of the FlyHomes team, we won the offer for our home on the first try!! FlyHomes was incredibly responsive and communicative to help put together an incredibly strong offer in a very short amount of time. Buying a home is one of the biggest - and potentially most stressful - experiences, but FlyHomes held our hand throughout the entire process and offered their expertise on every aspect. I think the greatest advantage to working with FlyHomes is that you work with a TEAM of experts in each phase of the home buying process. I highly recommend FlyHomes and am so thankful to have worked with such talented, hard working, and customer-focused team members!! read more

This is a long overdue review. Bottom line - We had one of the best home buying experiences with Flyhomes. Our journey: 1. Start. We initially started our home search with a recommended traditional full service realtor that had 5 star reviews all over the place. After about a little over a week of tours, etc, we decided there were enough little things about him that did not click well with us. Things like snide comments here and there, no real input with putting our best interests first, other than explaining away our concerns. Hyper inflated sellers market, so everyone wins except for the buyers. It was time to say good bye. 2. Single and on the hunt. New found freedom meant more research on who to interview to represent us on what is probably the single most largest financial purchase of our lifetime. Web searched, company intranet search, more recommendations ensued. Than, I came across this one company...Flyhomes. What was this place all about? What's the catch? Is this one of those Redfin look-a-like? 3. Google-Fu. Did plenty of google-fu and decided to take the first step and get an appointment to chat. I finalized my search at some wee-hours of one morning, reached out at 6 or 7am and was in the office that same morning at 10am chatting with one of their founders (Tushar). How impressive is that?? He went over the process step by step with my wife and I (with kids in tow). I kept saying to myself, 'this is a great pitch, but what's the catch. Tushar is an awesome person - incredibly smart and incredibly passionate. He is customer obsessed and insists on the highest standards. If these things sound familiar, than you and I have the same 'DNA'. We left the meeting feeling re-energized and empowered again to head back into the Seattle home buying war zone. 4. Our first foray with Flyhomes. The first set of tours to the last set of tours were GREAT, from scheduling to followups. The tour agents always provided candid feed back on the homes we toured, both good and bad. This is what you need. People that support YOU in the process. Not just people looking to wrap up a quick sale so they can get their commission. Shout outs to Armin, John, and Larry. (Armin was one of the most patient guys I've ever encountered). 5. The Core Flyhomes team. Erica, Ami, and Tushar was our core team. Erica was amazing. She pulled everything together, from arranging comp analyses to pre-inspections to putting together and walking us through our offers. She and Tushar essentially hand held us thru the good and bad. AMAZING. Ami comes thru to finalize all the heavy lifting. She made sure everything was all set, from escrow to signing to key hand off. She kept that segment together despite the fast closes that happen at Flyhomes. 6. Bumps? There were very few bumps in the road during our journey with this team. When there were bumps, things were smoothed out in a flash. Flyhomes is definitely a class act. They have an incredible business model that provides the tools to help you get a foothold in this crazy market. 7. A worthy note - Another traditional realtor reached out to me during our process and I told them we were working with Flyhomes and were very happy. They were not familiar with this company, but nevertheless offered their services. A short time later, they reached out again to see how things were going and that they had some news to share about Flyhomes. Interesting, I thought to myself. What was this tidbit? So I called back to let them know we're still very happy. The tidbit was a bunch of numbers surrounding how closing stats and prices were not optimal with the company I was using. Now, if I was your average Joe, I would've probably believed these stats, but that's where it stopped. I am a numbers guy by trade, so right off I knew these metrics were skewed. I started to challenge the both the numerator and denominator of those calculations. Yes, take it for face value it supports your story, but add a little more detail etc, than it does not. 8. Ending. We are completely amazed with how our journey ended with smiles all around. We cannot be more happy than we are now with our home purchase. We lost out on a bunch of bids by crazy crazy amounts, but we ultimately found our new home. We highly recommend FLYHOMES. Full Service "Non-traditional" Realtors with all the perks and support needed! read more

I bought an house from Flyhomes. We bought an house at our first offer. I believe their guaranteed buying program helped quite a bit. We beat an all cash offer by $3k margin, for 800k+ home. Also, they helped me deciding the right amount to bid and we didn't end up paying more than we had to. I think their business model is pretty clever. With the guaranteed buying program, they share some of the financial risk involved in loan process after some verification of creditworthiness / property value and so on. The actual cost of sharing the risk would be pretty low given all the pre-screening and rising property price, but still it provides huge value to the buyers they represent. Their guaranteed buying essentially turns your offer to the equivalent of all cash offer. (Even more so if you utilize their new version of it.) I wasn't able to enjoy all the service they provide because it was so quick to buy a home, but they seem to offer various services that helps touring the candidate homes and so on. They give you back half the commission in the form of closing cost credit, and the process was transparent and swift. read more

I worked with FlyHomes when buying my current house. It was my best experience working with an agent. Highlights: 1. They streamlined the home buying process and each step I was getting professional help and referral. 2. Our offer was not the highest, but we got the house. That's because FlyHomes knows when/where to waive some of the contingencies so that our chance of getting the house is maximized without offering the highest bid. Strongly recommended. read more

Without FlyHomes we wouldn't have been able to compete in the Seattle market, period. When I decided I didn't want to pay rent anymore, it was a fleeting thought that we'd be able to find something affordable and in the area that we were looking in (Downtown, Capitol Hill, First Hill). FlyHomes made our dream come true. With just 5% down and FlyHomes' support and approach, we were able to beat out an all cash offer! Simply unheard of. FlyHomes is a disrupter in the real estate business for sure, but it's not just the business model; the people of FlyHomes are what make it truly outstanding. I felt like I had a true advocate in everyone we worked with, and their passion and drive are admirable to say the least. These are exceptional people that do amazing things. I worked with Flyhomes for both buying a new home and selling my old home. The overall experience is very amazing. Couple highlights: 1. For the buying process, their agent is very professional and response to any questions on-time. They have a very clear plan and set good expectations on the price. They will guide you through the process and they don't do anything like pitching you to buy a place in order to get a deal. 2. Obviously their negotiation team does a great job, the market is very competitive and I was able to beat other 4 offers without doing some crazy price increase. The new home I bought is the only the second home I placed an offer with Flyhomes. 3. The walk-through before closing is a very good experience to start own the new property, they send some professional technicians to explain everything about your new place. It could be a lot of info so bring a note with you would be good. They also took care of the selling process very well. They presented me a full plan with market analysis and strategies and they executed all the marketing part well. They are very resourceful and got us an awesome staging consultant, together with some awesome photo. I was able to get 10-20 visits for every open house day. I end up getting quite a few good offers at hand and was able to sell my place at a very satisfying price. read more

My friend bought a house through FlyHomes and recommended them to me. I met Tushar over a year ago and started my home search. He understood exactly what I was looking for and started sending me listings the same day. Scheduling tours was extremely easy and efficient (through their site or over text). Along the process, there were at least 2 houses that I liked but Tushar and his team pointed out details that I had missed and prompted me to opt out. Despite my long search, their team was extremely patient and always on top of things when it came to due diligence and "running the numbers". Their team was always prepared and really did their homework which allowed us to negotiate a great deal. It was great to see this kind of support! Once I began the closing process, the FlyHomes team was super responsive and provided constant updates. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated their regular walk-throughts that discussed the current state of things and the upcoming next steps. We got the home of our dreams through the amazing team at fly homes with 5% down, in Seattle of all places. I couldn't recommend FlyHomes more. Our buying agent Wendy, the team our touring agents we worked with (frequently Armin), and our closing agent Ami were a force to be reckoned with. We are not tech workers and we didn't have our parents money. We are surprisingly average people who managed to get our dream home in one of the worst markets in the US. It's been a long journey, but we did it. You can too. Picking Flyhomes over the old guard was the smartest decision we made in this process. They provided amazing perks like 1% back in closing costs (of 3 options), $1000 worth of inspections reimbursed, and discounted Lyft rides to homes. They didn't even mention that their inspectors on retainer cost half as much as independent contractors (win!). The team actually cared for our well-being and truly understood our needs, sometimes before even we knew them. Although it was a stressful process (due to extenuating circumstances outside their control), the team was able to help keep us calm and get us into our home within the expected time frame. This has been a long time coming but we wanted to share our phenomenal experience of working with FlyHomes! Being totally new to home buying, we needed a team which was patient, educational, and smart! In FlyHomes we had the perfect combination! We found our dream home in Westlake - awesome townhome with a view and super easy commute to work. We still can't believe how lucky we were to be able to win in this super competitive market! Home buying was a long journey for us. We had our first session nearly six months before we actually ended up buying our home! This session was very helpful as it gave us the context on what we wanted to buy and how to prepare ourselves. We felt that the team wanted to share information with us and help us prepare while giving us time to discover our own preferences. They were always there to respond quickly when we needed them for the tour or any questions! At one point we decided that we wanted to buy a new construction condo! FlyHomes systematically shared with us all the projects which were upcoming in Seattle/East Side areas so we could have a productive weekend! However, in further discussion with them and our family, we realized that a town-home would work better for us. Considering so many changes in my family's preferences and constraints during the full shopping period, FlyHomes were super patient and were helping us with the same enthusiasm. After looking at several townhomes, we found a townhome that we thought was absolutely perfect! We won our dream townhome in a bidding situation, but still for a reasonable price as we had great offer terms! We are super happy and many of our friends are already working with FlyHomes. read more

I would like to thank Flyhomes for making my first home purchasing experience so enjoyable. My agent Crystal, Elva, and their team Jo, Alice, as well as my house touring agents, are all very professional. I'm really impressed of how responsive and efficient they are. My agents, along with their backend data analysis team, started working right away, and had an offer prepared for me the next morning. We were the first offer for this hot home, which is one of the key factors why we won at the end. Their good negotiation strategy also saves me tons of money in this process. The most impressive part of the experience is that they not only work professionally and efficiently, but also treat me like their close friends and share their own experiences and valuable insider view of housing markets. They respond promptly even off-working hours and on holidays, during their vacations, to our questions, as well as visit scheduling, offer preparation, which helps us excel in the fast changing market. I really enjoyed our collaboration and recommend the team to other buyers. read more

Here goes our experience with FlyHomes : Right from the very beginning till the very end, FlyHomes have been great. They understood our requirements very well, picked up homes for us according to our taste and budget and showed up on time every single time and were very generous in showing us the homes. How we ended up buying our sweet home goes like this: We had almost decided on a home and went to the agents to get more details about the same. It was then when we realized that another home in the same location has come back for sale. We immediately went to take a look at it and liked it as it had a great view and was less priced. I would like to highlight that Tushar himself and one of his colleagues accompanied us that day. Once we decided that we want to buy it (in next 15 mins), we didn't want to delay any further knowing that the market is really crazy and were able to put an offer with Tushar's help immediately. Since it was our first home and we had no prior experience and lot of questions, Tushar walked us through the offer details , answering all of our questions and concerns. And offer ended up being accepted in a couple of days. Tushar and his team worked with us towards the end till the closing. They helped us understand the entire process and were in constant touch with us through emails and phone calls, helped us with contacts of a few lenders and guided us at every point. Tushar even helped us utilize every penny of the cash back money too in the best possible way. Kudos to Tushar and his team at FlyHomes for making our home buying experience smooth and a great one. You guys are doing a great job, really appreciate all your efforts. Keep up the good work. This review was long pending on us!! Apologies Tushar for not doing this till now. Thanks again and good luck to you guys!! :) read more

FlyHomes is absolutely incredible. My wife and I have been living in Seattle now for 8 months and after doing the math I discovered that it would make more sense to buy a house now than continue renting. After meeting with Tushar from FlyHomes he agreed with our assessment and spent nearly 3 hours in person one night going over what FlyHomes could offer us as well as what my wife and I were looking for. Throughout the week and a half we were looking for houses (that's right) we were constantly amazed with the dedication that the FlyHomes team showed us. We looked at 5 homes through FlyHomes and 2 by ourselves. All 5 homes we looked at through FlyHomes were done within an hour of me letting Tushar know we found a house we liked. Tushar would then send over either Zach or Vinny who would graciously show us the house. The best part of all this is that as soon as we left the house, or even before, Tushar would call me and see what I thought. This market is so crazy that he said we needed to put in offers immediately. As we were preparing offers, the FlyHomes team would send us a comp analysis of nearby properties and what we could expect to pay. As you can imagine, all were for over asking. At no point did I feel the FlyHomes team was trying to get us over our budget and, in fact, counseled us on several occasions not to bother on certain houses because it would be out of our reach. What was truly unique about our experience with FlyHomes, and specifically with Tushar, was that the first night we met with him he was saying he saw this house in Sammamish that sounded right up our alley. A few days before we had seen that house as well and I, not so jokingly, said we would buy it. The next day that house went pending and so we were unable to look at it. That eventually fell through and so Tushar recommended that we go check out the house immediately before work. My wife and I spent 5 minutes walking through the house and just said "ok". 3 hours later we signed an offer letter. At 8pm that night we got the house for $10k under asking! Tushar and team made this home buying experience amazing. In just a week and a half we went from feeling overwhelmed from looking at homes that sold within a few hours to actually getting an offer accepted. It is now 3 weeks after our offer was accepted and we own the house! If you are looking at this reviews thinking that people are just doing it for the miles or cash back, read a little more into the reviews. While it is nice that we get a ton of airline miles for buying a house, in no way is that the reason for us going with FlyHomes. What FlyHomes offered us was a dedicated, personal, and very detailed service in providing us a great home to live. I absolutely recommend them to anyone even interested in buying a home. Just be sure that you are ready to go as fast as they are. Thanks team! read more
