We wanted to buy a bigger home as we grew our family, and Matthew took the time to really understand our goals and what was important to us. We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process and trusted Matthew to keep our priorities in mind. Matthew was patient and always in our corner throughout the search until we finally found the right home. He also went above and beyond after we moved in. When we ran into a few issues with the house, including a toilet leak and a roof vent leak, he promptly recommended reliable vendors to help us get them addressed. Overall, we had a great experience working with Matthew and highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

We would strongly recommend Matt to our friends and family in the area…read more We met with several realtors before choosing to work with Matthew to sell our home in Bellevue, WA. Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. Matt was upfront about whether he thought each suggested improvement would pay for itself, and actively advised against changes other realtors had suggested that he didn't think were worth it. He was always clear that it was our decision and also happily accommodated us doing some of the work ourselves. Because of his and his team's diligence we were able to hit our target list date, with a house that was shown in its best light. The local market had become more uncertain: markets were softening and a similar house down the street was sitting on the market after weeks, despite a price drop. We adjusted our intended list price (still within his initial range) and our expectations, but Matt remained confident in the home and how it would show. We got an under-asking offer early, and Matt went into overdrive to solicit additional offers. Ultimately we got a very attractive at-list-price offer, the house went pending within a week of listing, and we had a very smooth closing experience. There's always luck involved, but we expect that with most other realtors it would have more work for us to get the house on the market and the sale price would have been lower.

After I told her what my plans are, she told me things I need to avoid that no one else had brought up before and things I may want to consider instead to save money and time. Thank God! I would have put myself in a bind if she didn't advise me. Today I own multiple homes and because of her, I saved so much! Heartache, stress as well as financially. Beth Traverso and her team handled the sale of my home over the past few months, and I cannot come up with a single thing they could have done better. Not one. That is not something I say lightly, or often. The talent and expertise of Beth and the Team was obvious at every step. The professionalism was the kind you notice precisely because nothing ever felt strained or improvised -- every move had clearly been thought through in advance. Beth's responsiveness was extraordinary: questions were often answered before I realized I needed to ask them, and when I did reach out, a thoughtful reply was almost always already waiting. And the integrity behind every conversation, every recommendation, and every negotiating decision is something I will not forget. I also want to say something specific about the team behind her -- Kaylinn, Melissa, Jenn, Jose, Katherine, and Nicole. Every handoff was clean. Every detail including communication, scheduling, follow-up, the small things that quietly fall through the cracks on most transactions -- was handled with care and real competence. I never once had to chase anyone, repeat a question, or wonder whether something had been missed. The standard they hold themselves to is rare, and it does not happen by accident; it is built and earned over time. This was real work, done at a high level, by a real team. After our initial conversation with her, we didn't expect to move forward with the home buying process so soon, but we did. I truly appreciated how people centered, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable she is about the process. She made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and helped us clearly understand what the home buying journey would look like. Liz never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. She truly respected our pace and guided us with patience and understanding every step of the way. Since my finance and I currently live in Los Angeles, Liz took her time to tour several homes that we were interested in. All of the videos she sent to us were extremely thorough and informative which made our process easier. It felt like we were actually there although we were miles away. Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, generous and helpful in SO MANY WAYS! You will NOT regret choosing her and her team to buy or sell your home! Just give her a call and she will get right on it...because she can't help it and truly loves what she does, and also loves to work! lol
