If you're trying to decide which agent to trust with your home in the Greater Seattle area, this is the review I wish I'd read before I started. Beth Traverso and her team handled the sale of my home over the past few months, and I cannot come up with a single thing they could have done better. Not one. That is not something I say lightly, or often. The talent and expertise of Beth and the Team was obvious at every step. The professionalism was the kind you notice precisely because nothing ever felt strained or improvised -- every move had clearly been thought through in advance. Beth's responsiveness was extraordinary: questions were often answered before I realized I needed to ask them, and when I did reach out, a thoughtful reply was almost always already waiting. And the integrity behind every conversation, every recommendation, and every negotiating decision is something I will not forget. I also want to say something specific about the team behind her -- Kaylinn, Melissa, Jenn, Jose, Katherine, and Nicole. Every handoff was clean. Every detail including communication, scheduling, follow-up, the small things that quietly fall through the cracks on most transactions -- was handled with care and real competence. I never once had to chase anyone, repeat a question, or wonder whether something had been missed. The standard they hold themselves to is rare, and it does not happen by accident; it is built and earned over time. This was real work, done at a high level, by a real team. If you are considering which real estate professional to engage in the Selling or Purchasing of a Home, reach out to Beth & Her Team - It will be one of the best decisions that you will make in the purchasing or selling of your next home. read more

Beth and her team were exceptional in all aspects of real estate. Beth was very knowledgeable and informative about what we should expect during each phase of selling our home. She had a calm, confident manner of communicating and guiding us through the process. The photos, video, and staging were absolutely incredible and no doubt contributed to the quick sale. Beth also took great care to guide us to the sales price according to the current market. If we could offer any advice on pricing, it would be "listen to Beth!" We had lived in our home for over 40 years and we had the best experience working with Beth to ease us through the process. read more

Beth has a top team in the Seattle area. I have interviewed many agents before and her team stood out in their experience and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with the team and I highly recommend Beth to buyers and sellers alike! read more

Beth and her very capable team sold my house for nearly what I was seeking. My house was on the market for two weeks in Fall of 2024 and had two open house showings. Communications and attention to detail with her immediate team and the follow through were excellent. Beth's house stager, photographer, and others working behind the scenes were well coordinated and very professional. I enjoyed working with Beth and her immediate employees. The less than stellar ho-hum 3-star rating is that I would be VERY careful if I was buying a house that her recommended handyman crew prepped for sale. The work performed to bring the house to market was awful. Two phrases keep coming to mind: "Caveat emptor" (Latin for buyer beware) and "Lipstick on a pig" My house was a single owner/occupant 2,000sq/ft 2-story stick frame built in 1994. There was significant normal wear on the hardwood floors. The carpet was original. Counters and sinks and all plumbing and lighting fixtures needed to be replaced and updated. Every surface needed painting. This was a daunting amount of work. Beth Traverso's go-to house prepping crew is led my Jose Vanegas, owner/operator of Immanuel Landscaping LLC. Jose has a diverse crew of painters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, flooring crew, etc. This was the SINGULAR reason I chose Beth Traverso over another very well-established realtor in the area. I thought Jose's crew would ease the sale process since I wouldn't have to schedule a multitude of independent contractors to complete work on a tight schedule. Instead, Jose's crew would have it all coordinated, and everything would be done smoothly. Unfortunately, Jose is very polite and just says "OK" and never provides a professional recommendation or alternate opinion no matter how reasonable his professional assessment would be. He just assures the seller that everything will be done on time. The painting was super rushed and lasted late into the night. Thin coats of paint bubbled and peeled off the doors and door frames because they weren't prepped sufficiently. Paint was on the light switches and even splattered on the painted cabinets. The floor wasn't "refinished" as promised but rather just stained over with a darker stain to hide bare wood. The baseboard trim was never removed prior to staining so there is literally a light strip of exposed older stain around the perimeter of the floor. The counter tops were cut by hand with a circular saw on site and some edges showed the rough saw blade kerf and were very sloppily finished, if at all. Plumbing fixtures were leaking everywhere and the plumber had to be called back over 3x resulting in damaged cabinets. Round gaskets were seated under square faucets and awkwardly exposed. The quality of most of the work was AWFUL. One bathroom door never did latch and lock properly even after the home inspector called it out. Dreadful. I will say that Jose was always very pleasant, and he carted off A LOT of our junk to the transfer station for us with no complaint. When we repeatedly called out issues like leaking pea-traps or supply lines or fixtures, he never got frustrated and always called his plumber to come back. In kind, we gave his painters a lot of usable materials/tools and his other workers benefited from stuff we no longer had a need for. But, the actual work we paid over $60,000 to have performed on the house, was sub-standard by any measure. Home buyers will probably not see that shoddy workmanship in their starry-eyed walk through. They won't even see it after they re-visit the house with their agent. They will however see it when they start living in the house. For this avoidable buyer's regret, I felt bad. The house I lived and raised my family was not sold in a way that I was proud of. I still have a sense of guilt selling my house (for just over $1,000,000) with lipstick on a pig. read more

Team Traverso delivers! From planning to orchestration to execution, to close, this team gets it done. Beth provided a deep market analysis and helped set expectations. Her knowledge of the area is second to none. We followed her plan exactly. While hard at times temporarily, the end result was well worth it. Nothing was missed, nothing was left on the table. This team made an otherwise stressful process smooth. I fully recommend this team and would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again and again. As background, I only write reviews for exemplary service. read more

Five stars...absolutely! Beth and her team are fantastic! They sold my condo for me and I was amazed at how smoothly the process went and how seamlessly the different members of the team worked together to get my home sold quickly and without a hitch. They were incredibly responsive to my needs, my questions (big and small), my input, and my timeline. As this was my first time selling a property, Beth also provided excellent guidance throughout the process. I trust her and her expertise completely. Without a doubt, I will use Beth and her team in the future for any real estate needs I have. read more

Beth is a total pro and has created a staff in her office that is accessible, responsive and very nice! We have both 'bought' and 'sold' a house on the Eastside of Seattle with her now and were more than satisfied with both experiences. Most recently, she helped us sell our home of seven years within a short time period and for a nice profit. When she visited our home and walked us through the experience, we were a bufilt overwhelmed by all that had to be done and the expense we had to make to get the home ready to sell, but she was clear and confident regarding the outcome. That in-person visit was very helpful and thorough and we did indeed get the offers she expected and at the price point! We can't recommend Beth Traverso and her group highly enough. She and her staff make a difficult process as simple as possible! read more

Beth and her team are amazing! My family and I have used Beth and her team on two occasions - to buy and sell our former home and buy our current home. Beth and Chris are compassionate realtors who apply their knowledge of the market and extensive experience buy/selling homes to not only guide clients but negotiate for optimal outcomes. Beth and her team go a long way in making the home buying and selling process easier - they are true professionals who put their clients first. I highly recommend Beth and her team!! read more

I just finished using the Beth Traverso group for the second time! Beth and her team are quite extraordinary and I plan to go through the Traverso group every time I'm buying or selling a home in the future. I was not selling a very expensive home but I was treated as though I was. The level of work that they did to get my house staged, listed, toured, and advertised blew my mind. Everyone on the team is quick to respond to any questions I had, helped guide me on what needed to be done, and most importantly, very friendly. If you don't go through the Beth Traverso Real Estate group, you have made a big mistake. read more

We selected Beth for her knowledge of the Snoqualmie Valley real estate market and success with listing unique properties. Her process was easy to understand and her team were professional and responsive. When it was time to get ready she had a list of great vendors that attacked any problem we wanted to solve. When it was time to shoot, she spared no expense in making our home look great. Her marketing was extensive and reporting was constant. We achieved our goal in a changing market. I Hope to not move again, but would want Beth on my team when I do. read more

Beth and her team have been great! Selling our home could not have been easier. Everything professional from start to finish. Sold in just a few days and way above list during turbulent time in the market. Has all of the right resources for any home projects that can maximize ROI. read more

Beth Traverso is the best realtor with whom I have ever worked and I've worked with several in my lifetime of moves. I recently engaged Beth to help me sell my home of 5 acres with a house of 2900 Sq. Ft. In Stanwood, WA. She utilized a strong stager to assist me with staging the home to sell. The stager worked with a single on-site visit and then virtual assists during Covid-19 via photos exchanged by email or text. She was a great help. Beth came through as I was fully prepared for my on-line video to be produced to walk through again before the video was shot. The gentleman she used for the video shoot was AWESOME!! The comments I had on my home were that "one felt as though they were actually walking through the home and viewing it's myriad of features." The home listed and I had a verbal offer the same day and written offer within 48 hours for full asking price. I had 5-6 viewings prior to accepting the offer. Then Beth and her Team became invaluable as they were the Cheer Leaders urging me on as I singly packed my home in the 45 day window I had during Covid-19 to prepare for closing. Every time I felt I was falling behind or stuck or just wanted someone else's insight, Beth and her Team were there to cheer me on and provide answers and encouragement. The entire process was fun, easy, and less stressful than it might have been had it not been for the amazing customer care and attention provided by Beth Traverso and her Group. I need to add that I utilized Beth's Services in 2015 to purchase this same home along with my husband. She displayed the patience of Job during that buying experience as it took us 4-5 months to decide on a property and she never tired of showing us yet another home. Can't say enough good about Beth! -Joan DuNard read more

I have had a full circle experience of buying, selling and purchasing a home with Beth. I met Beth when she was the listing agent of a home we purchased. Since then, she has been our go to person for all things Real Estate. Beth has helped us navigate getting a luxury house on the market against a very tight timeline and purchase a home while we were living abroad. Every time, Beth and her team have always flawlessly executed the deal. She is a top real estate professional for a reason. Beth is not only a patient and kind person, but she also truly loves what she does and is an expert in the industry. I recommend Beth to everyone I know that for Real Estate needs. read more

A friend told me about her experience selling her home with Beth and I'm so glad she did. In addition to being a very nice person and so great to work with, Beth is an expert at knowing the right price to ask so your home doesn't sit on the market long, as well as knowing what you need to do to your home to attract the right buyer. She has an excellent team of resources to help you get prepared, including top notch marketing. read more

Beth Traverso and her entire team were beyond the best. Beth didn't just strategize the right price, she made the entire process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Beth and everyone on her team was amazing as well. Everything was done with the utmost integrity, calm, and thoughtful manner. The details: The house was listed on a Friday. We set it up to review offers on Tuesday. Two came in and while we were getting ready to compare, a third offer came in to beat the other two. Out of 12 showings, we had 3 offers in 4 days. But it gets even better than that. From our first meeting to finally listing and selling, Beth handled all matters remarkably well. Totally professional, always reassuring, and generally helpful. Every person Beth recommended was beyond my expectations. Every colleague was great. So yes, we got a good price and the place sold, but the experience working with such professional, kind, and honest people made it even better. Hell yes, I will work with Beth again when I am ready to buy. read more

Beth Traverso is nothing but professional! We highly recommend her to help sell your house or find your dream home. She just did both for us! She made the selling process and purchasing process stress free. Her assistant Kelly was extremely helpful meeting us to tour homes at extremely short notice as houses go so fast in today's Eastside market. I sincerely appreciate how very quickly they returned emails, texts and phone calls with a extremely knowledgeable reply. We once toured a 1950's farm house and I was impressed with Beth's eye for detail in noticing old wiring and plumbing and issues we might have missed. We couldn't be happier with our new Carnation home. -Jody & Phil read more

Beth has helped me with two purchases. She stands out as a true professional in an industry flooded with others that may not be. My latest was definitely very difficult. Twelve heirs and an attorney on the sellers side. Too many challenges to list but suffices to say that this purchase would not have happened with Beth's expertise. She moved the whole process while the rest of the parties followed her lead. This says allot if you have done this before. There is a reason we hire agents in these transactions and Beth embodies this. She has also represented two of my friends and my mom as a listing agent. My mother's place was the most challenging. Half mobile and half stick structure. Beth worked harder on this than I'm sure she has had to work on much larger deals. After several months of work my mom was able to sell her house and move on. I could not be more grateful. THANK YOU BETH!! read more

Beth ensures you see the homes of your choice as promptly as possible and is very adept at the art of negotiation. Working with Beth and her team was a great experience! She sent us listings as soon as they appeared and was always available to meet with us and show us the properties - all through the crazy Covid year. We found our perfect new cabin and sold our old one through Beth. Her expertise and knowledge in this competitive market helped us to accomplish our goals. She and her team kept us updated through both the buying and selling process. She was always available to answer our many questions and when more research was needed - she followed up with us in finding the answers to the more complex issues. We highly recommend Beth and her team. She will definitely go the extra mile for you. read more

Beth came recommended from our mortgage company and boy am I glad we went with her! From the market analysis on the value of our home, to prepping the house, through listing, showings, and the sale Beth and team were on it at every turn. Could we have done it ourselves? Probably, but we would've severely underestimated the value of our house, the advertising power, and would've had additional stress on top of the enormous stress of moving. If we had stayed in the area, I would've loved to have turned around and purchased a home with her team as well. Thank you, Beth and team!! read more

Beth was great to work with! We appreciated her no pressure approach and responsiveness to all our questions. She helped us find an investment property on the east side. Being an investor herself, she was able to provide insights based on her own experience, and helped us find a good property that met our goals. She was also very helpful once the deal was done, making good recommendations of people that could help with a couple of projects we wanted to do. We plan to work with Beth again on our next deal. Thanks Beth! read more

Beth is an 'ABOVE AND BEYOND' real estate agent.. full stop. In a ridiculously competitive Seattle (Eastside) market she does everything in her power to give her clients the best chance possible at getting the house they desire. We entered fairly naive to the process and were taken care of every step of the way. Even though we didn't have the first two offers we put in on homes accepted (multiple bids and lost one to 'all cash') she was honest and clear with us and never wavered in her commitment to make it work... and eventually it did! I also got the impression that she 'protected' or 'shielded' us from some of craziest parts of it all. A combination of creativity and working quickly made the third time the charm! Beth was available nearly 24/7 to us and did not hesitate to work on Saturday nights, answer texts at 11p and deal with each issue that came up. Her assistant Kelly was wonderful as well! Beginning to end service.. and the feeling of not just having an advocate.. but a FRIEND through the process as well. Can't endorse her enough. read more

Beth did a wonderful job for us. She handled both the sale of our home and purchase of new one as we downsized. She was persistent but Not overbearing! Her suggestions and upgrades to the home pre-list were not outrageous but reasonable and made a difference. It is very stressful to sell a home and she made it seamless with her professionalism and dedication. I also liked the fact how responsive she was night or day. Highly recommend!! read more

We sold a home and bought a new one in a span of three months with Beth's help. She was very patient, led us through the process, set clear and realistic expectations and was highly available during the process. Communication was frequent, timely, and clear. When called upon she provided sound advice that helped us clear some hurdles and achieve our goals of selling our existing home and purchasing a new one we had settled on. She also helped us line up financing and was in constant communication on that end as well, which proved extremely valuable in informing our sellers we were well-qualified buyers. We used Beth for both selling our old house and purchasing a new one. We interviewed multiple real estate agents. Beth stood out because we felt that she treated us as a family and understood our nervousness about finding a house in a red hot market and did not treat us as just another business transaction. Beth was very responsive throughout the multi-month process of putting our house on the market and closing on our new house. She has assembled a great team who kept us updated on each and every important milestone and made sure there were no surprises. Our old house had some challenges and Beth's team helped us with prioritizing the right things to make the house more attractive to buyers. We looked at multiple houses during our multi-month house search. Beth and her team were consistently game to accompany us to any new listing even on short notice. We were able to find a great new house thanks to Beth and her team's efforts. Even after we closed on our new house, Beth has impressed us by keeping in regular touch and not forgetting important milestones like birthdays. When we had to get some work done on our new house, Beth's husband personally came to our house and helped complete that work. Overall, working with Beth and her team was an awesome experience and we will definitely go to Beth again for our real estate needs. read more

Beth was extremely responsive, thorough, and adept at helping us navigate the buying process, and I would recommend her to anyone buying, selling, or renting a home in the greater Seattle area. The care that Beth put in during every step of the process gave my wife and I a great deal of confidence that helped the process to be enjoyable as it should be, rather than stressful. During the search process Beth quickly honed in on the type of home and neighborhood that we were looking for and helped to screen out the noise in the market, also she provided a deep level of local insight into the local real-estate and each city we were considering along with highlighting recent trends that helped us to make quick decisions with the right considerations in mind. When it came to making an offer and negotiating Beth proved to be a true professional in getting what is best for her clients and creatively navigating the negotiation. Again, the speed with which she was able to turn around an offer for us was amazing. Finally, throughout the closing process Beth kept us constantly informed of the latest updates, provided sound advice, and continued to provide a near immediate level of responsiveness to our emails and texts. We can't thank her enough for all of her help throughout this process, and for the kind home-warming gift too. If we ever buy or sell again in the future Beth will undoubtedly be our agent. read more
