My experience working with Chelsey Ryskalczyk/Seattle Rental Group couldn't have been better…read more Chelsey is very responsive, she looked out for my best interests, and provided sound advice.

Unfortunately, don't believe the fancy pictures or the comments. We moved from another state and…read morerented a house based on the comments here. Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

Disgusting, lazy, terrible and should not be in business. They purposely do not answer phone calls…read moreunless you press the "owner needs to speak to Joe". The moment we need a repair we get the cold shoulder, no follow up and over weeks of waiting. Today I pulled out my cutting board and there were MICE drippings all over and a hole in our roof that's they've been dragging their feet on repairing for 25 days in 30 degree or less weather with rain and snow. Will be reporting to every city department on their gross negligence. Do NOT RENT FROM THEM. No sane owner would want this management company controlling their property if they had a spine

From the tenant aspect of things I think this is a pretty crappy management service. While they…read morehandle property issues that have come up in a fairly decent timeframe, I have been intimidated, harassed, yelled at, not given proper or enough information when things have gone wrong, no information at times, and provided notices without the proper legal timeframe or authority in certain instances. I have gotten SOOOOOOO much pushback from not only my landlord who continues to harass me after she hired these guys but from the guy who runs this place, Mr. Secco. I am a licensed real estate broker and have been for almost 20 years and I know real estate law pretty well and these guys pretty much suck. There was also an instance where they were turning over the unit below me during the summer and some lady from this firm came out that I did not recognize. I was sitting on the lawn with a few friends at the time, didn't know who she was or why she was there, and she didn't even bother to say hi or introduce herself on her way in or out although I did introduce myself and asked if I could help her because she was a complete stranger to me and on the property. She never said hi and completely ignored me both in and out of the unit. I'd say STAY AWAY do not hire these guys.

As an adult who has lived in rental properties my entire adult life, this property management…read morecompany is the least responsive I've ever had to work with. You better hope you don't need to place a work order to have something fixed, because only once has that worked out well for us. When we moved in, the agent who showed us the house took over 200 pics documenting everything, so we felt pretty good. We'd noticed the porch light didn't work, but we said it wasn't a priority and it was honestly months until we put in a work order for it. The glass part of the light fixture that goes over the bulb was cracked and broken, but with a google image search I was able to identify the fixture was a basic porch light from Home Depot, which is less than a mile from our home. We just didn't own a ladder at the time to replace it ourselves, so when the bulb went out we thought it'd be easier to put in a work order and have them replace the broken glass fixture and the bulb at the same time by a handy person who would also have a ladder. No, after a week someone came out and removed the broken light fixture, and replaced the bulb, but they never installed a new light fixture. On top of that, they followed up with an accusatory email to us asking us how WE broke it? It was always broken...we can't even reach the damn thing. Same kind of story with the stove. We noticed when baking the oven will flash an F2 code. We looked it up and it seems to be an issue with a temperature sensor. Given this is a gas stove, we're not sure how serious that could be. We put in a work order on 9/22/25 and still have yet to receive so much as an acknowledgment of the service request. They want us to sign a lease renewal and pay more money in rent. For what? The service from this company is abismal. They're not even pretending to care - they just want our money. For inspections, they just email it all to you with a deadline despite the fact that it's literally their job. So you get to go do your job all day and then come home and run around your house taking pics of every space and documenting everything for them so they continue to get paid for doing nothing. It's literally their job - not yours! This is the laziest property management I've ever known.
