Jonathan recently did a maternity photo shoot for us and he did an incredible job. He worked with us on figuring out a ideal time window to get the best golden hour photos at a local beach near our home. He was very professional, prompt, and patient in understanding our requirements. The month of December in PNW can be cloudy and rainy, and he was able to make a plan to get photos in a fairly good natural light. He also brought strobe lights to compensate for the directional late afternoon light on the beach. He worked with us to take photos in a variety of locations and poses to our satisfaction. I give him very high scores on the quality of the final edited images which he shared on a very easy to use photo management platform from where we downloaded the full resolution images, and smaller versions for social media. Overall we are completely satisfied with our photo album, the actual experience of working with Jonathan, and a very reasonable price for the project! We will be happy to work with Jonathan in future and give him our highest recommendation. read more

How is it that his photos of families convey relationships, but they do. His headshot of me for professional use was natural looking but/and a little glamorous. Jonathan is an amazing photographer but also an amazing artist. We commissioned mosaics of our children using the photos he had taken. Words cannot describe how fantastic they are. He uses the small children's beads creating mosaics that from the distance look like enlarged photographs, but up close you see these beads are really a mosaic creating this illusion and in fact they are remarkable piece of art! He has crafted for us, a timeless image/art of our children's personalities that everyone loves and we never grow tired of. They are beautiful large scale pieces of art we will treasure forever.
