Where do I start? OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I have had past issues trying eyelash extension-running eyes, pink eyes, burning, etc. So usually when I go to a place to ask questions before purchasing again, I get a lot of eye rolling, huffing and puffing but not here. These ladies were so incredibly patient with my questions, my concerns, my hesitation. They spoke to me on the phone before I made the appointment, spoke to me again while I was there and concerned and offered any resolution in case I was unhappy. I WAS AMAZED at the level of customer service here. They have a customer for life in me. I am big on place with great service, particularly now that its become extinct. My lashes look great! I will be back for other services. This place is a gem in the rough; I'm hoping it stays a secret.

2/5 stars -- Luxury Brow Art, Duluth GA…read more Came in on July 8, 2026 for henna and left disappointed. I showed the artist ("Som," I believe) a reference photo and she agreed to recreate it. She started with a stencil on the back of my hand, that part turned out the best, though it still didn't fully match the photo I brought. When I asked her to continue the design onto my fingers to match the reference, the front desk assistant pulled out several stencils to try to match it, but none of them looked right. The artist ended up freehanding the fingers while referencing my photo, but the lines came out thick and shaky instead of the fine, clean detail in the picture. I noticed the henna paste itself was drying out as she was applying it, which didn't help. I pointed out the unevenness and asked her to fix it more than once, but the fixes still didn't match the quality of the reference. Henna is $15, so I wanted my money's worth and asked for the full design to be completed rather than just the hand portion -- I don't think that was unreasonable. To make it worse, it's now been two days and the henna is already fading noticeably, which shouldn't happen this soon with a proper application. Overall: 4/10 experience. If a shop offers a service, they should be confident they can deliver it -- otherwise it's a waste of the customer's time and money, and now I'm stuck waiting for a design that honestly looks like it was done by a child to fade off my hand. I wouldn't recommend coming here for henna.

You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

I have been getting waxed for YEARS, so I am very familiar with the process and what to expect. I originally came in for a full-body wax with Maria. She cleaned my skin with rubbing alcohol, applied wax to my right underarm, and then left the wax sitting there while she moved on to start my Brazilian. The wax was being left on my skin for several minutes at a time and STILL was not setting properly. Removal was extremely painful. Maria repeatedly apologized throughout the service and seemed unprepared. She also did not have a fan available to help the wax set. At that point, I could already tell that the service was going horribly, so I told her I no longer wanted to proceed with the full-body wax and would only do my underarms and Brazilian. Even after limiting the service, I left with hair still remaining on my Brazilian. Then, after everything that happened, she attempted to charge me $80. I was honestly shocked. The service was painful, the wax was not setting properly, I had to change my original service because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with a full-body wax, and my Brazilian still was not completed properly. I really wanted to find a waxing location closer to home since I recently moved to Duluth, but this experience made that decision for me. I will gladly make the drive back into Atlanta for my full-body waxes. First and last visit.

They took me to this washing station where the lady was tugging on my hair real hard without considering how hard she pulled it. She then brought me over to cut my hair, and I thought it was weird how she mindlessly snipped like crazy without checking her work. It seemed like she just wanted to get the whole haircut thing over with without caring about what the end result was. She cut for 30 minutes, taking away 9 months of growth. I asked for a small trim, some texture, and showed a reference of how it was supposed to be like. She damaged my hair, and turned me into a spiky raccoon. My self worth plummeted along with the 45 dollars that this sh*tshow costed. The first picture is the reference, the second pic is what I had before, and the third pic is what I got.
