So I bought one of their garbage batteries and gave them my Optima core. This did not fix the issue. Turns out it was the alternator. So I take the alternator off of my truck and take it in and buy a new one. Get it home and it's not the correct part. So I take it back off and return it to find out the one I need is not in stock. I'm like ok no biggie I'll just go to another location and get it. They refund me my money but give me less back then what was originally charged. I said " you guys shorted me the 2.56." Then the manager who I was speaking with couldn't explain why so her employee came over and gave her a 5 dollar bill and said " here change him out, you don't need to be hassled." Bothered?! I have now been in here three times today and you guys can't get anything right. I left and took my business to a competitor next door who gave me a better product and service with a better warranty for less. Don't waste your time with these rude people.

i came in a few nights ago, i was loosing air. and a young lady and man where thankfully at the…read morestore. it was coming close to closing time. but the young lady came out and helped me with my tire in any way she could. she even let me barrow her toque wrench she let me barrow her tools. she even went above and beyond and helped me loosen my lug nuts. she helped me find where my spare tire was. even noticed where the actual issue was on my original tire and then helped me plug it and loosened my lug nuts again for me and even aired my tire back up. i was heading to west Virginia and in need of help and they went above and beyond for me. I could not be more grateful they where there to help me. and the young man helped me select the exact stuff i needed in store. i believe the names where Paul and Desiree. i just want them to get a shout out they really deserve it. you got some great compassionate staff here at 3651 Massillon rd.
