During a free on-site assessment, Preston answered all our questions & discussed several options before we decided what we needed. Preston prepared our quote within 24 hours, and the pricing was very fair & reasonable. We needed the door replaced within 4 weeks in preparation for guests, but Preston was able to schedule us within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. Installation day: Preston arrived 10 mins early to set up, and work was handled by Preston, Nick O., and a 3rd worker I didn't get the name of (sorry). All 3 were very professional and friendly. They were also all very patient and nice with our dog who kept barking at them. The doorframe they were working with is nonstandard size and uneven, but they successfully fit a new door without issues and within the schedule. They were self-sufficient and didn't need to ask me many questions or need my help with anything, which made the day really easy for me. The door looks great, fits perfectly, and is super smooth. Extra extra bonus points: They actually left our carport cleaner than when they arrived.... THANK YOU! Very happy & highly recommend. Mahalo, Tatiana & Nick

I enlisted Craig's help after attempting to install the panel myself initially, which was a mistake. There were so many nuances and small details I was completely unaware of, which makes me look silly looking back for even having attempted this myself. Craig and his team are clearly skilled at their craft, and made sure to cover up any prior mistakes I had made. I would be hard pressed to believe you would find anyone else with more expertise on island for mirror and glass. From the initial consultation to the final wipe-down, everything was handled with care and precision. They were punctual and professional, timely when communicating. They gave a solid price for the job, and I am thrilled about the end result! The panel fits perfectly, looks sleek and modern, and instantly elevated the entire bathroom!

She provided me with two options and estimates, both at very reasonable prices. They were also able to schedule the repair within the next few days, which I really appreciated. They offered an option where I could bring in the removable window the next day and pick it up the same day. Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out how to remove the window, so we went with the second option. The workers were very nice, friendly, and professional. They were able to repair the window right on the spot instead of removing it, taking it back to the shop, and returning to the property to reinstall it. This was especially convenient since the property was vacant and saved me from having to spend a few hours there waiting for them to return since I did not drive there that day. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly everything was handled. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing window glass repair or replacement. I called KKTF and got one of those outgoing announcement answering device that informs you that if you want to leave a message for ...... press 1, or if you want to leave a message for ..... press 2........but, as it continued, I hung up and decided I would call back, and perhaps get lucky with a real person. 5 minutes later, I receive a message on my phone screen "Aloha....Leana from KKTF Hawaii. I received a missed call from this number along with a voicemail but no message.... is there something I can help you with?" I immediately thought this woman missed a career working for the FBI tracking down criminals. But, I did call her back and gave her my situation, and she said she could send somebody out to do measurements, and set an appointment up for the following morning at 9 AM with Sam. Sam showed up on time, took the measurements and within a week I received a quote along with another neighbor in my building. I was informed by Leana if we both had our installation on the same day we would save ourselves $50 each. Bingo! Upon completion, Sam arrived and because there was no prototype for me to reference how the screens might look, I was pleasantly surprised of how beautiful they turned out. Kudos to to Leana, because she always returned a call quickly, and always professional and kind. I did call her the day after the install and finally asked why is the business called KKTF....(which, honestly makes no sense to me, but what the hell do I know?) They came and did an estimate that was reasonable and were able to come within my timeframe. I started with just one set of windows as I was leaving on vacation. They did such a great job, I had them come back and do the rest of the apartment. It is like I have all new windows! Fantastic! I highly recommend them. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Truly a pleasure to work with!

The customer service was good throughout the process, and communication was clear. Since the glass had to be custom ordered from the mainland, the turnaround time of about a month was understandable. The price was also on the higher side at $1k, but I accepted that given the custom nature of the job. However, for what I paid, I expected a higher level of workmanship. Unfortunately, the final result did not meet those expectations. The quality of the work--especially the overall finish of the door--was disappointing. In my opinion, when a company completes a job like this, the area should look the same as it did before (or at least close to it), just with the repaired glass. That wasn't the case here. Maybe expectations can vary, but for me, the outcome didn't reflect the level of quality a reasonable customer would expect at this price point. Based on my experience, I can't say I'm satisfied with the final result. Now I need to find someone to fix what they did to the door.

In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy!
