I would highly recommend Oahu frameless. When they came out to do the install they noticed something wrong with the tiling. They called and shared their concern with me. They went above and beyond to take back the glass to their shop and hold it in a safe spot until I could get the tile issue fixed. They then came back out and did an excellent job on the reinstall. Did not charge me for the extra time and effort that we unfortunately caused them. Very much appreciate all of their hard work. read more

Way above and way beyond is the best way to describe Oahu Framless Showers. Lucky and AJ are the Kobe and Shaq of anything glass! From start to finish, it was the perfect experience. I wish every contractor in Hawaii were like Lucky , AJ and Rika: - Responds promptly to emails and texts - Great pricing - clear communication, including exactly what they would or wouldn't be doing - easy scheduling, arrived on time, were respectful of our house, did not make a mess, did quick work and cleaned up after themselves. - looks perfect, did exactly what they said Simply put, they are the best in the glass business hands down! read more

One of the Customer Service Representatives SANDRIC provided exceptional and outstanding service throughout my conduct of service with this company. He has a "can do" service delivery, and he goes the extra mile to process and complete the work. Two of my screens need adjustments after I picked them up. I brought it back to S & T and the adjustments were made correctly and fit perfectly. I highly recommend this business as the entire staff is professional and efficient. Thank you Sandric for the outstanding work. I plan to continue doing business with Screens and Things. read more

Loved especially the Father and Son Teamwork who treated my home w respect and careful attention to detail. Team used matting to protect floor during removal of old shower glass and install. Customer service is great. They get right back with you. I had heard another company was good and to be honest I tried them. I was trying to get a quote from when to replace a mirror above the vanity in my mom's new place. I messaged thru Yelp, then called...she said The person would call me. He never called, he emailed me...told me he was available later that day. Who emails a same day appointment. So naturally I missed it. Called him and even saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood and left a note on the truck. Nothing silence. So I came back to Yelp. Called Oahu Frameless and asked if they could do an estimate. She explained that if I sent them rough measurements & a picture of the area, they would send an estimate, if the estimate was ok with me they would come out and do an exact measurement. The first drawing the sent covered the whole wall and into the side around the light fixture. So I corrected their sketch and sent back, the reissued the estimate. Was great so scheduled them to come out and get the right measurements. So final estimate everything was awesome and we ordered the mirror and are waiting to install when we ready. I'm so glad the other copy flaked because everyone at Oahu Frameless has been awesome. Can't wait to see the finished product. read more

They responded asap to advise me they would not be able to assist with what I was looking for. Greatly appreciated that

It was surprisingly difficult to get an estimate for a 50+ year old tempered glass, large sIze, sliding deck door. A large bird flew into it and the whole thing fractured! Fortunately the reflective film held everything in place. Oahu Frameless Showers estimate included the replacement of the reflective film. Their pricing was good value and accepted by my insurance. Lucky their estimator and installer explained the process. And the office kept in communication throughout the job. They gave me an install date based on the expected arrival of the glass. The piece came in earlier and they called and rescheduled. The installation was clean, professional, expertly done with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend them. read more

We had mirrors installed in our renovated baths. Luckyʻs is very knowledgeable and his expertise is second to none. He made good suggestions that enhanced our project. AJ came to verify the measurements and did an outstanding job of installing the mirror. He was always ahead of or on time, easy to work with, and was able to accommodate everything we needed. Tyra, was very efficient in coordinating and scheduling the work. You are in good hands with Oahu Frameless Showers from start to finish! read more

Only giving a star because it was necessary to write this review. I had scheduled meeting to get estimate for Thursday between 9-11 am, which the girl scheduling reconfirmed the day before. Drove from Mililani to town and arrived 9:00am. Waited til 10:45 before calling where the estimator was at. Female personnel answered and said it was scheduled between 11am and noon. She had the gaul to argue with me that she told me that. Was so irritated so I told her to cancel. What a waste of time and gas. If this is how they are just to schedule a estimate, how are they when it comes to scheduling the work. I am a General Contractor, would never treat my customers this way. read more

I had an amazing experience with Lucky at Oahu Frameless. I had a 4 x 6 mirror installed in my new salon and not only was the price the lowest from the three different quotes but the service was great. I live on Kauai and needed a small piece of glass to complete my shower remodel. Kauai had one option, it was not only very expensive but could not even be done for many months. I thought to reach out to Oahu and from the first email I knew I had found my source! Lucky did a rendering for me to see how it would look which was so helpful. From that first email to the last and all the communication with Rika, it really was such a great experience. Customer service A+ and the glass was PERFECT! I have let some of my vendors here on Kauai know that they now have another option to refer their clients to. Thank you so much Lucky and Rika :-) read more

We got referred to Oahu frameless from another company when they realized we needed just a glass repair and they have been so quick and amazing since! Lucky helped us out in the beginning and even answered questions about another window problem when he came to check the measurements. We loved our experience with Oahu Frameless and we will absolutely be coming here again for any future glass needs. read more

Today, Lucky and Oahu Frameless Showers completed our master bath shower glass panel installation. Being in the middle of a whole home renovation, we've had our share of good and bad contractors. Lucky and company are one of the best! The office staff was always courteous and professional. Lucky came out to survey the scope of work and answered all my questions (and there were alot)! During the install today, Lucky took the extra time to explain the process, the product installed, and care/maintenance. His work is quick and precise with an attention to detail that's second to none! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly are all qualities you want in a contractor... Lucky's got em all! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the best results in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely use them again! read more

I was so happy that Oahu Frameless was able to help with a mirrored medicine cabinet door that I have not been able to get fixed for over a year. It was part of the original cabinetry in the condo unit when I moved in and I guess over the decades the mirror sagged lower and lower on the door until it was dragging on the countertop causing the door to get stuck. We removed the door so no one would have to deal with that frustration and just had this eye sore open cabinet in the bathroom for over a year. Seemed like it would be an easy ask to get someone to remount a mirror on the door even tho the sizing was not particularly standard, but so many places made me feel like it was impossible and/or not worth doing! As a homeowner, it's very worth it to me to have an intact mirror and cabinet! Oahu Frameless was the only one who would step up. They were so nice and responsive about it and they did it quickly! I felt the pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you for working with me on this and providing this service. read more

I recently bought a condo with etched frameless shower doors. I carefully searched for someone who I could trust to rehang the doors without damaging the tiled walls or glass doors. I was lucky to find Lucky! Excellent service--professional, on time, excellent Covid protocols, thoroughly explained the work needed, and reasonable in price. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely call him back for future work. read more

Our bedroom picture window spider cracked and instantly I felt so much stress. I was so overwhelmed with all the other companies quoting us unrealistic prices. Just when I felt like giving up, I received a call back from Rika. She was so helpful, I was so happy and all my stress was disappearing. She made sure that my questions were answered and immediately set up a date and time for someone to come out and look at my window. Rika and Mahina along with the installers made this experience an amazing one. I can't thank you all enough. read more
