The package I selected clearly stated that a charcuterie board was included, and this was also confirmed in multiple text conversations prior to the event. While it was not listed in the final contract--which I did sign--I trusted that it would be included based on those repeated confirmations. Unfortunately, the charcuterie board was not provided, and I felt that my guests were left with noticeably less food than I had expected and paid for. When I followed up afterward, Coby acknowledged that this was an oversight, but still declined to offer a partial refund, instead relying on the fact that it wasn't included in the contract. He did offer a 25% discount on a future service, but this was a once-in-a-lifetime event for me, so that doesn't meaningfully resolve the issue. What's most disappointing is not just the missing item, but the lack of accountability in resolving it. Given the multiple confirmations and admitted oversight, a partial refund or meaningful compromise would have been the professional way to handle the situation. Overall, while the food itself was good, this experience left me disappointed and would make me hesitant to book again.
