Celine cooked an absolutely incredible meal on Valentine's Day, and was able to curate the menu very last minute. I usually don't post reviews but stay away from this chef. Three hours before our private chef dinner we had booked for our bachelorette party, she called to inform that her staff chef was sick. Only option was to drop off the prepared food. When I asked to cancel and request for full refund, she said that it was not possible. The food comes and it was horrible. We ordered beef bourguignon as our main dish which is a simple dish, something that we make ourselves. It was extremely undercooked - tasted strongly of wine still (supposed to cook off with time) and was so tough that it was obvious it needed a lot more time. The mashed potatoes were flavorless. The salad tasted like grocery store salad. Our whole group took one bite of the beef and could not eat the rest. We ate dino nuggets at night to fill up. Extremely unprofessional, puts the blame on the customer throughout the interaction to not lose revenue. Ended up refunding us around 40% of the cost, but still doesn't make up for the horrible experience as we could have gotten takeout which would have been better and more affordable. Stay far far away from this chef. read more

We came back after a dayclub party, and amazing appetizers were set up beautifully and waiting for us while we got ready. Hands down the best money we spent at the bachelorette party. Originally, we had a different chef booked and he was TERRIBLE - canceled on us a week before the party. I completely panicked and reached out to Celine hoping she would be available and thankfully, she was!! First, with only a few days to plan the entire menu, she did such an amazing job accommodating our needs, dietary restrictions and the time we were interested in.. she got to the Airbnb and completely took charge! All she wanted us to do was sit back and relax! The appetizers were not only amazing, but she spaced them out perfectly. Food was served buffet style and she had everything we needed. We had a few girls that had dietary restrictions and she already had all the food prepared for them. We moved the party inside for dessert and it was also served with ice cream and was sooo delicious! We were all blown away. After the dessert, she cleaned and packed up! She did such an amazing job and was so kind and accommodating. If I ever have another bachelorette party in AZ, I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
