We hired AZ Inspirations Catering to cater our office holiday party and they really went above and beyond. They were so accommodating with the set up. We didn't pay for catered drinks and desserts so, we bought our own but, they still went ahead and staged the tables for drinks and desserts for us! In addition, we were expecting more of a buffet style with the stations set but, they served us! The food was absolutely delicious!!! They also were so helpful with the cleanup! I feel like I didn't have to lift a finger and being that it was my first organized corporate event, I could not have been more grateful for the extra hands. We used AZ Inspirations for our wedding on 2/20/21 and they did an amazing job! The caterer we initially selected went out of business, due to COVID struggles :(, just a few months before the wedding. We were scrambling and had reached out to a few different caterers i the area. After our first call with Nik we knew we had found the right company. He was so amazing to us and they are such an incredibly diverse menu. Literally anything we wanted they have. My wife is dairy free and doesn't eat red meat, she loved everything Nik made for us during our tasting. We shared the menu we put together with our previous caterer and Nik was able to create the same dishes with his own flair. He even made some suggestions of dishes he thought would pair better and we agreed! During the wedding my wife and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and the service. Our coffee bar with desserts as well as tater tot bar were huge hits. Only downside is we wish we could have chatted with Nik more at the wedding! :) All in all we highly recommend AZ Inspirations. read more

I recently had AZ Inspirations Catering cater my event, and my husband and I were completely satisfied with their entire business process. Nikolas, the owner, communicated with us in a timely manner, whether it was through phoning or emailing. We attended a tasting of the dishes we chose, and they served us with full attention to us and our needs. They arrived on time to the event, staying the entire time, and offering leftover boxes for anyone who wanted them. My husband & I are currently enjoying the cold leftover succotash side dish from our last-minute booking event last night. Notes about the succotash: better cold than hot, smokey , complex flavors with bacon (?), creamy sauce with a hint of a spicy bite--delicious! (All of the vegetables are cut so small!). We decided on the Monday of our Saturday event to hire pros versus cooking everything ourselves. We found out (the night of the event) that we are in the midst of both the wedding season and graduations. Yet, Nik was responsive and pleasant AND very easy to work with. Their menu is easy to navigate, and their invoice helped us to make decisions (barware? Heck yes, please bring wine glasses!). They were also able to provide a gluten-free entree for one of our guests. Our server, Dina, did an amazing job helping Nik set up (wish I'd taken photos), and serving everyone. Her clean-up at the end was magical--we have leftovers in our own containers and when we ran out she brought in some aluminum containers with lids. Our guests were impressed with the food and display and we were allowed time to spend with our guests. Top notch service and the food was amazing! You cannot go wrong! I may have just been the luckiest woman in the world to have the best wedding vendors- ever. Arizona Inspirations Catering was no exception. This for me was my first and only stop for food. My husband and I are foodies and so this was a very important part of our wedding. We had 2 tastings, and they were awesome, but were invited to as many as we wanted to attend. Chef Nik and his staff were PERFECT. Absolutely no complaints. We went to a tasting at his location. The atmosphere was really cool. Romantic dinner style. We were very pleased with the tasting and decided to move forward with his company. Everything was fairly straightforward. He emailed us the menu options, and we communicated via email. He was very responsive, and attended our meeting with our venue to straighten out the last minute details. During the wedding: 1 hr of cocktails / appetizers. Mini kobe burgers, red/yellow pepper bruschetta, bacon wrapped scallops. All 3 were big hits and I received many compliments about each one of them. The best part was that even though my wife and I were overwhelmed, Nik's staff came to us when we were taking pictures and specifically made sure we were able to taste the appetizers. It was very thoughtful and made us very happy. For the main meal we ordered celebration salad, asparagus, carmelized onion mashed potatoes, and chicken w/ brown butter and sage. Everything tasted really good, and the line moved fairly quickly. Nik served us at our sweetheart table and I had no complaints. They also cut our cake, and did a great job on that as well. Overall I really appreciated the work that Nik and his staff put out in order to make our wedding day special. A+, highly recommend. read more

We were looking for budget friendly catering options for my son's March 3 outdoor wedding. We considered going with a few local restaurants that cater but after attending a tasting we were sold! The tasting was a 10 person dinner party with wine pairings. Nik served 3 different entrees (all delicious) and was entertaining, informative and easy to talk to. One thing he said that stood out is that your guests can eat at "that restaurant" any day of the week. Your wedding should be special. He helped us finalize the menu recommending popular items but nothing they serve is boring. Our guests raved about the food! Our menu was the Southwest chop salad with roasted corn, bacon, blue cheese & apples, Spicy cowboy macaroni & cheese, Roasted corn and zucchini succotash, braised red chile pork tenderloin and blackened chicken with avocado creme sauce. You know how chicken is often dry and tough? Not this...melt in your mouth tender. They helped clean up after the appetizers and plated the desserts for the cake table. Nik and Davida went above and beyond and I highly recommend them! Can't wait for another event when I can serve my guests their delicious food! read more

We are anticipating this vendor for our wedding in October 2014. We have had 2 tastings. Absolutely out of this world! The roast chicken with brown butter sage was my favorite. My fiance picked balsamic sirloin. Even down to the salad and sides everything is made fantastic. You need not try any other caterer. Nik and his team accommodates you well any style you are looking for. The most reasonable pricing of any in my search. They supply so many extras including cake cutting service (free), buffet tables included, packages with appetizers, china included, coffee service. Great price for our add on bartender (we plan to bring our own alcohol). He is accommodating to our vegetarian guests outside our regular menu as well. Highly recommended. :D read more

We have gone to Nik and AZ Inspirations catering TWICE in the six months I have been here at my work. Unfortunately the opportunity to have more catered work events isn't here yet, but Nik is on my speed dial, for not only professional but personal events. Prompt and courteous service are a given for him and AZ inspirations. Nik and his staff take it one step further, by foreseeing any needs their catered event might need. Preemptive questions such as location and time; but also questions pertaining to our tastes and desires in the office, and if any last minute changes are needed he adjusts accordingly to satisfy our needs. I organized a rather large event recently, and I had not planned on buying beverages, rather each employee could buy their own at a work site cafeteria. Nik, having learned this as he set up the catered event, drove back to his office to bring us complimentary drink service. Because he knew some employees here would leave early and could not participate in our event, he also brought take away containers so my coworkers could participate from afar :-) The food being soooo delicious to throw away left overs, I spent the better part of an hour wrapping the leftovers for my office to take home to their loved ones. Nik is definitely a noble, funny, smart, and generous man. His staff are his equal. I could only choose 5 stars as the limit, and if I had my way, it would be to infinity! read more

Nik was very professional in helping us get exactly what we wanted, we even did two tastings to make sure! They set up and took down everything, included servers and all china. Looking for a good caterer for our wedding was harder than I expected until we ran into this amazing caterer with a wide range of food options. The owner, Nik, hosted us for a great dinner to try out his southwestern cuisine and it was seriously amazing! We ended up booking him right away (and at a fraction of the cost of the more expensive ones we were considering). People loved the food! It was spicy and full of flavor but not too spicy for the old gringos. The ingredients were fresh and packed with flavor. My only complaint was that the pork dried out a tiny bit, but every other bite was fantastic. People also loved the southwestern corn side dish. We would DEFINITELY recommend these guys and would use them again if the need arose. read more

For my mom's celebration of life party, Nick was the epitome of service. He returned calls to discuss options, and he offered us more lasagna and chicken fettuccine then any other catering service we checked out. Set up was beautiful with stainless steel chafing dishes dishes and the citrus salad was delicious and fresh. Nice big cookies finished off the meal. We went for a private tasting and the food was outstanding but we wanted more then just catering we wanted a one-stop caterer. AIC was able to provided the tables, chairs, linens, heaters & bartending service along with the food. Everything was coordinated through Nik so when I had a concern, question or change I just had to reach out to one person. It made it so simple and stress free. AND on top of it I got exactly what I wanted along w/some truly great food. Everyone at our wedding had nothing but great things to say about the food and the service.
