In addition to the standard pupusa flavors, they had zucchini (!) which I I've never seen before. I ordered a zucchini & cheese and a bean & cheese, and was very happy with both. Their menu is vegetarian friendly - they said they have a lot of vegetarian customers, so they developed a vegetarian menu in addition to their pork and chicken offerings. The service is friendly. They're set up on the sidewalk on Western Ave alongside a bunch of other street food vendors. It's right in front of a shopping center that has a Food For Less, a gym, and a bunch of other stuff, so parking was very easy. They're open every weekend from 8:00am-7:00pm or until the pupusas sell out. Apparently the pupusas always sell out, but I went at lunchtime, and they had plenty of everything. They were doing good business, but there wasn't a crazy wait. I didn't expect the Beyond Meat Empanada to be filled with a thick cut slice as the inside of most are blended flavors and ingredients like ones I've had before. Good variety of canned beverages and bottled water. They take cash, card and tap payment. You can dine in or takeout. Seating at Grand Central Market is very first come first serve, which means you can even grab more things elsewhere or even dine outside.
