Create your own bowl: brown rice (base) , grilled chicken, and lime fish sauce
    Astrud A.

I really love their bowls! I've only ordered through uber eats app and tried creating my own bowl. Honestly anything I've added on my bowl was really good. Their lime fish sauce is a nice touch, even when I had brown rice as my base. Their grilled chicken was not too dry and had a good char that added a smokey flavor. I also wanted to point out that their bowls are filling, I usually eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. I can't wait to try more bowls from this spot!

I decided to check out this spot while shopping at the Fig@7th. The Mighty Bowl reminds me of On+On Korean Kitchen, but they have a wider selection. They have 10 pre-built selections and then a build a bowl option. I decided to build my bowl with white rice, grilled steak, mushrooms, cucumber salad, and tomatoes with teriyaki sauce and fresh cilantro and pickeled carrots to top it off. I got pretty full with the bowl so it is definitely good portion sized. The lady who was making my bowl was nice and helped with all my questions. The spot is located on the lower level in the Fig@7th plaza. The seating area is like your typical mall food court. But there's plenty of seating. I would recommend checking this place out if you're in the mood for some healthy and asian food.

The Service: Fast service & fresh ingredients! The Food: When I look at their menu, I feel like I am "traveling" in Asia again! All different kind of flavors from different countries. Bangkok bowl definitely one of my top picks! Seared shrimp, fresh mangos, crushed peanuts and the best part.... lime fish sauce with Tahi chilies. That sauce is so addictive! Totally a Thai dish, sweet, sour & spicy! They put lots of scallions & cilantro which are must ingredients in Asian cuisine. They really showcase flavors from different countries/cuisines. BTW, I love their poached eggs! They are cooked perfectly, yes~ running yolk. The Parking: Parking structure (entrance at 7th Street). Park at L1, 2 & 3. Take the elevator to L1 which will connect to the courtyard (Taste Food Hall). In case the scanner for the parking validation is not working at their counter, you may go to Target at 2F, counter #3, there is a metal box for parking validation (self-service). Tons of indoor & outdoor seating area. It will be super nice enjoying the meal in the sunny LA weather. Besides Target, there are many retail stores to shop.

Originally, I was planning on going to Oleego, but I found out they're not open during the weekend. It was my first time at the 7th & Fig mall, and their food court had plenty of interesting restaurants to try. Mighty Bowl was open on the weekends, and their food was very good. Would come back and try other things on their menu.

I love the concept of this place! They offer Asian inspired bowls with a bowl representing a different region in Asia and providing flavors from those regions. You can also build your own to create a bowl based on your preferences and flavors. I got the karaage, laksa and Penang. My favorite was the karaage. The chicken wasn't dry and the flavors were both savory with a bit of sweet. The Laksa was also super yummy as it reminded me of home. I only wish that the bowls were filled up more as they were only filled up about 3/4 of the way, especially for them being priced at $13-$14 a bowl. Also parking is super expensive if you park at the fig at 7th structure so make sure you don't forget to validate!

Healthy bowls option in DTLA. They're inside the food court of Figat7th. You can park in the mall's parking lot but it's only free for 30mins (with validation from the restaurant). This is pretty good for the downtown of DTLA though. Their bowls are surprisingly good and very clean. I usually become very suspicious when coming too fresh bowl because many restaurants used old ingredients and will make my stomach go bad on the next day. This one did not! I was very happy with how healthy and clean the bowls were. They have already-designed bowls or DIY. I ordered all DIYs.

The food was so fresh and flavorful I got the Soul Bowl and it was a wonderful balance between sweet and spicy. The beef was tender and moist. The kimchi was very good too. The people who served us where also very kind and helpful. Service was a 5/5 will definitely return to support this business. The meal was filling and felt healthy. Ambiance was calm for a Saturday afternoon not too busy since they are inside of a food haul. Definitely a Gem in DTLA.

While certainly there's nothing "mighty" about these bowls, I'd still call them pretty good bowls. But I guess that doesn't roll off the tongue as easily, huh? The service was excellent! A nice young lady took care of me, and although she was friendly, polite and cordial, I did notice that maybe the manager was putting a bit too much pressure on her (the manager is the other dude working alongside her). The ambiance is great. It's inside the food court at FIGat7th, a well-known shopping mall in Downtown L.A. I had the Tokyo bowl. Each bowl is named after the capital city (or in some cases, just an important city) of the country whose cuisine inspired that specific bowl. So mine had furikake, grilled chicken, mushrooms, and a poached egg, clearly inspired by ramen or rice bowls in Japanese cuisine. You can also customize your bowl. The logo is neat. I thought each floating grain of rice in the logo represented each one of the bowls, but there are 9 grains of rice in the logo, and there are 10 different bowls in the menu, so I was wrong by 1 . Overall a great experience! Will definitely be back.

I ordered the Penang bowl - the egg was poached nicely, and the cucumber and sauce created a nice texture and flavor. I would have preferred there to be more ingredients, but I enjoyed this more than I expected to and would eat here again! Service is fast since this is a Chipotle-style restaurant where the bowl is assembled right in front of you according to what you pick. The seating is simply the dining area of the food court at Fig at 7th, which is not special by any means but fine for small groups.

Seoul, Manila and Laksa with chicken.

I went to visit yesterday at Figat7th. You can either customize your bowl or order one of their capital city bowls like Manila, Seoul, Tokyo or Singapore. I chose the Manila with pork belly, Seoul with steak and Laksa. My favorite was the Laksa (a mild spicy broth with noodles and chicken). It reminds me of khao soi, but are different since the noodles are not the same. Next time I want to customize as my friend mentioned when he visited thought was the better option. The Taste Food hall is where you can find this fast casual Asian fusion.

Chipotle, but make it Asian flavors!! Build your own bowl - or pick from their delicious city inspired bowls! I tried the Tokyo, Manila, and Seoul bowls and they were all so tasty. My favorite was the Seoul bowl! The marinate on that beef is SO GOOD, and with the kimchi it's *chefs kiss* healthy and delish! They are located inside the FIGAT7TH food hall! Parking is off 8th street. If you're shopping or in the area, I definitely recommend trying them out!!

Really great spot with lots of yummy options. I like how customizable the bowls are! I work upstairs in the mall so I like having this spot conveniently to grab lunch. The food is always consistent and portions are good.

Came here with my son for lunch a few weeks ago and I loved building my own bowl. I decided to go with building my own and Sun the owner was so kind as to offer recommendations to go with my protein. My son totally devoured his Toyko Bowl and said that he enjoyed it as well. This is a nice spot to hang out in at the Food Court of 7th and Fig. When you work up an appetite after shopping, you can hit up Mighty Bowls for a yummy meal. It is definitely filling and you will love it.

Asian chipotle - but it's a bit expensive for what it is. Don't get the adobo sauce because it's not quite right...

Food is ok. Nothing special. For like $15 a bowl, the portion is very shy. Disappointing.

The steak was not good:( might've been stale. I don't think I'll try this place again, at $15 it was definitely disappointing.
