I bought it some time ago, but the chair is still obviously in great shape, because it's a Herman Miller, and I saved $600-$700. I was told that they will not take away the old chairs or even move the old chairs out of the way. As a retiree this was unpleasant but I managed. Then my $4K each chairs arrived and one is crooked! The lower seat cushion is not even close to level. The quality is terrible. I called them to address the issue and my appointment is 2 weeks away. My old chairs are gone and the new one hurts my back. They refused to replace it and are sending a "furniture technician" to look at it. It seems unlikely a field service rep can "fix" a chair that was built wrong so after I wait 2 weeks I fully expect to wait even longer for the replacement. It's sad to see such a premium company turn in to some sort of grift milking their once-solid reputation like this. I won't be going back. I suggest you look elsewhere.

That was about $875 savings as the sectional listed at $3499 in May of 2025. There was an issue with delivery as I was told by Raymour and Flanagan one of the pieces arrived ripped at their warehouse from the manufacturer H&M Furniture. That added about another month to the delivery as I told them to hold the other 3 pieces until the 4th one was replaced. The sectional is beautiful and was ordered in the teal/beige combo. The constructions seems very solid and the sectional is firm. It is very comfortable either sitting or lying down. So far I am happy with the purchase.

Mark, the owner, was quick on the case and resolved the issue in a timely matter, emailing me throughout the process to keep me in the loop as he dealt with the actual manufacturer. In the end, he called me directly and let me know that he personally was replacing the chair and standing behind the merchandise he sells. As the owner of a customer service company, i cant stress enough what this means to me in a day and age where no one seems to take responsibility for anything.
