The contents were tied to an eviction, and the rightful owner desperately needed access to essentials--credit card, cash, and medicine. Smooth Move held those items hostage for over a week, forcing needless suffering just to retrieve basic necessities. And as if the humiliation of their "facility" wasn't enough, they capped it off by overbilling my credit card just under $200. That's not just incompetence--it's exploitation.
