Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. What they advertise as a "flexible month-to-month rental" is actually a setup designed to take advantage of trusting customers. They lure you in with a low promotional rate, but what they don't tell you upfront is that your rent will likely double within 4 to 6 months, sometimes without proper notice. This isn't rare or accidental -- it's a routine business practice. Many customers, including myself, find this out only after they've already moved in and committed to the unit. In my case, I paid for a unit months in advance based on false urgency created by a salesperson who claimed there was only one unit left. I later found out that wasn't true. To make matters worse, the unit I was given wasn't even a full 5'x10' space -- part of the wall juts into the unit, reducing usable storage. And it's on the third floor, with no clear discount or transparency about pricing tiers. When I asked about the sudden rate increase, I was told it's common industry practice -- but that's not an excuse for lack of transparency. Customers should be told from the beginning that rates will significantly increase after a few months. Not doing so is deceptive. This company clearly profits off of misleading sales tactics and exploiting long-term customers who are unlikely to move their belongings once stored. It's a predatory model, not a customer-friendly one. Do your research. Read the fine print. And if you're planning to store long-term, look elsewhere for a company that values honesty and treats its customers with respect.

Went online, saw pricing info, reserved my space, and that's it! I ended up emailing and asking to see if I could move in sooner than the reserved date. Donna immediately responded, said to come on in during their working hours and that's what we did! It was so easy. We walked in, she pulled up my reservation. Signed the contract. Was even able to purchase a lock through them. So easy. Unfortunately the unit we got ended up having a little damage from the previous renter that hadn't informed All Storage. After moving our things in, we realized it and immediately informed Donna. Let me TELL you. She immediately jumped on the phone to get her repair man to take care of it right away. It turns out because of the holidays things got a little delayed. She made sure to keep me up to date with everything even when things were delayed. Not only that, she went out of her way to make sure we got taken care of. Donna has been exceptional. She went over, above and beyond with her customer service skills.
