We have a beautiful, partial live edge, somewhat distressed bookcase that was a stunning addition to our living room. No pressure sales associates that are there to answer questions but also give you the time and space you need to linger and discuss pieces and options. When my wife questioned them they physically tried to snatch the receipt right out of her hand. They tried to gaslight her with questions like, "Why would we do that?" and "What proof do you have?". They even admitted they know "most people don't even know what they bring in". These people claim to be Christians, but we think they're cut from the same cloth as Jimmy Swaggart and Jim Bakker--they just use religion to cover their misdeeds. They even profit from the sale of bibles in the store! When my wife complained, they banned her from the store! How convenient! Their "family run business" is more like the mob.
