I went in today at 8:45 and put in a business card order with Deric. He was very helpful. He assured me my order would be done way before 5:00 pm and I would get an email . I waited all day no email. I called the store at 4:00 pm and spoke to Nathan he said it should be done in the next 49 min and someone would call or email. It became 5:14pm and nothing. I called back and spoke to Nathan and he said my cards were there in the bin. I will never have any print job done here ever again . Very unprofessional. They lie about sending a email when ready. I believe the term used is "sheeeeesh." I received great service, was greeted immediately upon entry. Was helped by numerous staff members and was provided with a handful of options. I'm a rewards member which is a nice way to save money every now and again. I came in for something mostly easy to accomplish at their office work station and there was virtually no wait. Obviously certain times of the day will be easier to handle than others, just plan accordingly. There was ample parking and the place had everything I was looking for. read more

Horrible printing service. Every 3 weeks I make a print order for same day pick up. Every time I have to call and ask for a status and they say my order won't be ready for 2 days. It's the same thing every time. I have to contact them and tell them I paid for same day pick up then they magically get to my order. Such a waste of time. I've asked every time how to avoid this situation and they just say "we're busy" read more

Listen.... Thanks yes TOO cold to be standing in 1 place for 40 minutes! San Antonians what's going on around there to the Office Depot? Whenever I go to Office Depot out of town I just LOVE this place... usually!! Now not so much and down right disappointing! I went to Office Depot because I had to return a shipment from Walmart! I didn't expect to be waiting as long as I did. There were about 3 people ahead of me and no one was behind me. Next thing I knew the line was back to the door. Now don't get me wrong... there were only 3 people working 2 of them at the counter... the other guy was working the cash register. It just wasn't enough help for these guys! The place actually looks like it only carry's a small amount of inventory. Who knew that they dealt with packages also... lol I didn't. The place looks a bit unkept and there weren't a lot of props walking around. The parking is large because the location is in a mall area There are other places to visit in the circle of where this business is located. I am a little sad this wasn't the best experience. The cashier was nice and took care of me relatively quick but again I didn't have to do anything but drop off and get a receipt! I think they may need more help. What the hecking heck?? These people can't *possibly* be for real with their pricing... Ordered a toner cartridge for my printer that won't be here until tomorrow. I need to print some stuff NOW, so I figured I might as well just buy a back up to have on hand, as opposed to paying $10 or so for printing today's papers at FedEx or something. In hindsight, that would probably have been the smarter financial move... The toner that I ordered from Amazon for $50? **$80** here. ("But you can sign up for subscription and save 78¢ per year!" Lol noooope) Also needed a packaging tape gun. Had an idea that the $28 for a Scotch one might be on the high side. Maybe. Headed over to Target, literally across the parking lot, and got the exact same Scotch tape gun package, regularly priced $10.39, on sale for 8.99. 3X price difference?? THIS place *cannot* be real life with that shizz. I'm convinced it's a Hollywood scheme, or some grand social experiment. read more

Don't expect efficient speedy checkout... I walked in and immediately noticed how quiet it was. I ran into one of possibly 3 employees in the entire store. I actually got quick help in a store I had never been in. I came to pick up an affordable wired keyboard and mouse for a windows machine. I was shown where they were and which to get. That part was great. Now I just needed to pay and leave. I got into the strange line to get to one employee at the registers up front. He was on an iPhone searching for a product for the customer in front of him. A minute later he left. And myself and another customer behind me just stood there for a few minutes until he returned with a printer. Then he proceeded to cash out the customer waiting. That whole experience took almost 3x as long as grabbing my items. Will I go back? I sure as hell hope I don't ever need to! read more

I came in to spend $1000 on a or multiple scanners for my office. An employee "helped" me but had no idea about the terminology I was using, but never asked. After he finally understood and we found a scanner that would work, he told me that they only had 1 showing in stock but that it may not actually be in stock so he asked us to wait a minute as he went to go ask his manager. We waited about 10 minutes before we decided to check out with the smaller items we were going to purchase and just go to another Office Depot down the road that showed multiple scanners in stock. Come to find out the guy "helping" was checking people out while we were waiting. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

The staff are unbelievably rude. I had to pick up copies and selected the easy grab where they put them aside so you don't have to wait for service. They texted me saying they were available for pick up (flyers for my lost cat by the way) and they weren't there. I stood there for a long time waiting for help where four employees could see me clearly waiting for help before I was even offered any help. I will never come back. read more

Took my Dell laptop to Office Depot to have it diagnosed 2 days later they call me and say they can't go online recommending me to buy a new laptop spent $568.13 took my old laptop they couldn't fix to my friend that is in the military a gs-9 the computer tech had it up and going running perfectly with Windows 10 for less than $100 they will tell you they can fix and repair but their object is to sell you a new laptop I would suggest not using Office Depot 0 stars read more
