I initially came into the store earlier in the day needing a large print job--120 double-sided menus. Due to time constraints on my end, I ended up having to come back with only 10-15 minutes left before the store closed. Most places would have told me to come back tomorrow or given me a hard time about the timing, but not here. Preston was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He immediately jumped in and took ownership of the situation, making sure everything was taken care of with urgency and precision. Craig was right there with him, helping make sure every single menu came out perfectly. The fact that they took on such a large last-minute job with grace, patience, and professionalism meant the world to me. Not only did they complete everything before closing--they exceeded my expectations. Because of their exceptional customer service and commitment, I ended up opening a Business Account with Office Depot right then and there. That's how impressed and grateful I was. It's been very easy to simply email the store with what I've needed to print and go to the store to get it printed. I do have mixed feelings about the new system where people text ahead to get in line. I haven't fully embraced that yet but do know it's here to stay. The best part that I love is the area where you can use their paper cutter and trim on your own.
