The young female working the counter was obviously new and left to fend for herself as Omar stayed away from the counter, didn't step in to assist or acknowledge any of the customers waiting. Not only was the female not properly trained, she was actively being setup to fail by Omar. Unreal. To her credit she kept her composure but was definitely drowning. Additionally, Omar was very passive and giving her I'll advice on which computers to use for specific functions. A simple 2min transaction turned into 15+ mins because Omar....there are no bad employees, only bad managers/leaders.

We met with several companies, all of whom provided proposals with reasonable pricing. However, we knew almost immediately that we were going to select Knight Office Solutions. Upon their arrival to our office, it was apparent that Scott and Donovan were not your typical salesmen. They did several key things that stood out right away, things that in my book, every salesperson on the planet should learn. The first and foremost, they were relaxed. They didn't try to charm, overwhelm, intimidate or sleaze their way into a sale. They were down-to-earth and comfortable, just as if two old friends had come to the house for a visit. This allowed me to relax and really focus on the meeting, as I wasn't worrying about how they were going to try to hustle us. I also noticed they both appeared genuinely happy to be there and really seemed to like their jobs. Their love for their work, and their respect for their team, shown through brightly as we went from first meeting to install. You can't buy loyalty like that and it speaks volumes about how Knight Office Solutions must treat it's employees. In addition, I noticed that Scott and Donovan were very quiet during our original meeting. They did not try to put on "the hard sell", they just listened to what I said and asked questions that no one else had thought to ask. They took time to put together a thorough proposal and upon it's delivery, they were not pushy or aggressive about getting an answer. This was greatly appreciated, as most of the other vendors felt the need to call and email continually, causing great stress and frustration. The Knight Office Solutions proposal addressed all of our needs and then some. Their "outside the box" solutions also came with a price well under our current payment, but did not compromising quality. Instead of less, we received much, much more. They surpassed our expectations, presenting us with solutions that no one else had thought of, and provided a proposal process that was a painless and stress free. Finally, their dedication to customer service has continued from the proposal process to current. Scott, Donovan, and their technical team, are still extremely attentive to our needs, personally making sure that every little question and tweak has been fully addressed. The staff is happy and they continue to share positive comments. There are several other wonderful things I could mention here, however, rather than digress, I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and call Knight office Solutions, even if you are still in a lease. Garren helped us select a beautiful, high quality recliner made to order with the perfect color leather. The pricing was extremely competitive but build quality in Texas Leather furniture is much higher quality than most places at the same price point. I initially came into the store earlier in the day needing a large print job--120 double-sided menus. Due to time constraints on my end, I ended up having to come back with only 10-15 minutes left before the store closed. Most places would have told me to come back tomorrow or given me a hard time about the timing, but not here. Preston was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He immediately jumped in and took ownership of the situation, making sure everything was taken care of with urgency and precision. Craig was right there with him, helping make sure every single menu came out perfectly. The fact that they took on such a large last-minute job with grace, patience, and professionalism meant the world to me. It's been very easy to simply email the store with what I've needed to print and go to the store to get it printed. I do have mixed feelings about the new system where people text ahead to get in line. I haven't fully embraced that yet but do know it's here to stay. The best part that I love is the area where you can use their paper cutter and trim on your own.

Having once purchased a new, HP cartridge from Wal-Mart several months ago for $25+, I vowed never again to get hosed for ink again (Side Note: I thought Wal-Mart is supposedly a discounter?!). This "Wal-Mart Experience" is how I happened to discover InkSell San Pedro via a quick Google search. Friendly staff and fast, efficient service make this a great place to purchase printer ink at a discount. NOTE: The parking lot can become busy and is quite narrow so drive carefully throughout said lot.
