Then she checked me out and when the transaction was done she didn't say anything and just turned around and started texting on her phone. Didn't say thank you or anything. She didn't put my items in a bag or get my receipt off the cash register. I had to carry my items and reach around to grab my own receipt off the register. After explaining multiple times I had to dump all fluids out per Lowe's return policy, they stuck with the same incompetent lie that it was user error and I was out a $360 lawn mower used for 10 minutes WITH an entire bottle of oil that came with it. This place is unprofessional and corrupt and just screwing people out of getting to use their warranty because they have a partnership with Craftsman and lie about everything. I hope the BBB shuts down this scam of a business soon.

The young female working the counter was obviously new and left to fend for herself as Omar stayed away from the counter, didn't step in to assist or acknowledge any of the customers waiting. Not only was the female not properly trained, she was actively being setup to fail by Omar. Unreal. To her credit she kept her composure but was definitely drowning. Additionally, Omar was very passive and giving her I'll advice on which computers to use for specific functions. A simple 2min transaction turned into 15+ mins because Omar....there are no bad employees, only bad managers/leaders.

Tony, the owner/repairman, was very accessible, checked out my printer while I waited, and explained how he would repair it. He repaired it in a short time. When I picked it up , he explained what he repaired and what limitations the printer had due to age, without getting into more expensive repairs. He said the printer head was likely to go out and that replacing it wouldn't be a good investment. A few weeks later, the printer head did go out. I called Tony to describe what the printer was doing and he confirmed that it was the printer head. I asked what new printer would be a good replacement and Tony very graciously gave me some expert advice.
