During my research, I found out I can just have the glass replaced and not the entire window, saving some money. One window replacement company recommended Budget Glass and Mirror. When I called them, Stephanie was so helpful and she provided an initial quote pending a visit from one of their installers. The installer came and took measurements and the quote was finalized. I had a local company come out the same week and their quote was about $100 more than Budget Glass and Mirror's. Payment was made and the glass ordered. They also cracked a tile, so the glass had to be removed, the tile repaired, then glass reinstalled. Before the full install, they had a piece of glass that didn't fit and had to reorder. I was told this was the fault of the glass production company they use.

After measuring a few windows, Joshua told us they added another appointment to his schedule and he was going to have to leave, that he "didn't have time" to do the estimate now since they added to his schedule. Having made this appointment a week in advance, and then telling us "he didn't have time" since they just added to his schedule, is in my opinion very poor customer service. Probably a poor reflection on their work as well. Not an accident, that the other 1 star reviews have to do with canceled estimates and poor scheduling. We decided to go with another company.
