Frames were on sale, so I paid only $10 to frame my dedicated/signed Doug Bradley/Pinhead photo.
    Ryan M.

I procured two autographed, personally dedicated photos (one from Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund and one from Doug "Pinhead" Bradley) recently and needed frames to preserve and display their majesty. I wasn't in the mood to spend hundreds of dollars for a professional framing service, so I decided to drop by Hobby Lobby and buy my own frames. I'm glad I did! Several of my not-so-esteemed Yelp brothers and sisters have levied complains about "rude managers" and a "lack of checkers," but I experienced nothing but friendly, attentive service. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by two female staff members who seemed eager to help me. When I explained that I was looking for frames, one escorted me graciously to the appropriate section. I did not expect such boutique service from a Hobby Lobby. Within a few minutes, I found exactly what I had in mind: a black frame (12" by 15," methinks) with a red border for the Pinhead photo, and a long horizontal black frame for the Freddy photo and dedication. As luck would have it, all frames were 50% off that day, so I ended up paying only $25 for both combined. When I checked out, the guy behind the counter commented favorably on my "Halloween III" t-shirt and engaged me in conversation about horror movies. I educated him on all sorts of corruptive filmic esotericism! Again, I experienced none of the supposed rudeness that described by other Yelpers. Like many low-rated places on Yelp, this Hobby Lobby deserves a higher rating. Ignore the low-vibration, grammatically challenged malcontents and give this place a try the next time you're looking for frames P.S. I take perverse, ironic pleasure in the fact that my photos of the Freddy and Pinhead dedications are featured prominently on a page for a business whose website reads, "Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles." Now, if only I could locate and frame the handwritten letter and pentagram doodle I received from Richard Ramirez, aka The Night Stalker. I want that to be the featured photo for Hobby Lobby.

This is the cleanest, biggest, most variety hobby lobby I've ever been too. They also have really good sales. The only reason why I'm giving three stars is because I witnessed an interaction between a cashier and a customer that was not okay. The cashier was incredibly rude to that person, calling them names, accusing them of stealing because they had a large bag (that held diapers). It's unfortunate how nice this store is because I don't know if I'd want to come back and support a place with rude associates. The manager shrugged her shoulders at the whole ordeal. It honestly made me so upset that I put my stuff back.

If you're looking for Farmhouse home decor, this is the place to go! I recently moved into a new home and have been looking for farm decor for cheap. This Hobby Lobby has big sales on decor. It doesn't get too packed in there, but the streets surrounding the store can make it hard to drive in there. Still, I definitely want to come back next time to continue with my decorating adventure.

Poor Service! Mgr standing at door! Will not let anyone in even before the closing time, and holding a stick to beat someone!

Sometimes it looks like there aren't enough tables/tools in there with all the customers but it always seems to work out! I would give 5 stars because we have continually gone back but I feel like more can be done to show what products are available. It's a silly complaint but I'm always a little bummed when I don't see a piece I would like to work on so I settle for something affordable. (Which in my experience range from $18, 22, 28, 34, etc. I am sure there are ones more/less costly) I also understand some items maybe seasonal or limited but I think snapping a couple pictures and updating their "inventory" on Facebook/Instagram a little more often could go a long way. Lastly, we have found ourselves wanting to go to the store a few times but arrive and realize they are only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is key to remember when you go back to pick up the pieces you painted and paid for. Photos below are from August 2022.

I have amassed quite the collection of horror movie memorabilia, signed lyrics sheets, personal correspondence with serial killers*, war artefacts, and sundry other things, some of which I dare not make public on Yelp. While sifting through my most prized items recently, I realized just how cool they would look framed on the walls of the haunted murder dungeon I call my home. Framing, though, can be an expensive proposition, especially at Kurt Youngblood, the premier framing business in town. I've dropped many thousands of dollars there over the years, money well spent but not economically feasible moving forward; I simply have too much stuff! Only recently did I discover that Hobby Lobby had a framing department. The prices I saw advertised online were a fraction of what I've spent at Kurt Youngblood, but I was skeptical. Should I entrust unvetted workers at a chain with my priceless, one-of-a-kind items? My intuition told me "yes," so off I went. I'm glad I did! About a week ago, I dropped off three personally signed horror movie posters for framing. One was signed and dedicated to me by Robert Englund ("Freddy Krueger"), and the other two were signed by Don Coscarelli, writer and director of the excellent "Phantasm" film series. The guy at the counter took a photo of each poster, fed the photos into a computer program, and showed me how they would look with various frames and borders. I settled on a black frame with a red border for all three. He told me they would be ready by September 23rd, which seemed reasonable, and quoted me a price of approximately $125 each. That might sound steep, but Kurt Youngblood would have charged me at least 50% more. Imagine my surprise when I received a call that all three posters were ready only a few days later! This Hobby Lobby is only a short drive from my house, so I rushed over to pick them up. All three were perfect: seamless, symmetrical, and exactly what I had requested. They look gorgeous and professional, and I can't wait to hang them on my walls this weekend. I'm so impressed with the work Hobby Lobby did that I plan to have several more items framed there very soon. Look at the three photos I've posted so far and revel in their awesomeness! I also take perverse, ironic pleasure in the fact that my Freddy Krueger poster -- which references my spirit communication evidence and refers to me as a "bitch" -- is now the featured photo for Hobby Lobby, a business run by a Fundamentalist Baptist. Now, if only I could locate the letter and pentagram doodle I received from Richard Ramirez, aka The Night Stalker. *I should have written "incarcerated serial killers." If I had correspondence from active serial killers, then that would be impressive indeed.

I came to BMB 4 days before Christmas and the hats were done by mid-day the next day with no rush fee. They do very high quality work and have a great selection of hats to choose from. Affordable, as well! The lady I worked with was so helpful with designing the hats and made sure I was happy before I left. So happy, in fact, I ended up getting 5 hats because I knew the whole family would want one. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them!

For next year, I wanted all new shirts with my own unique logo. I searched the internet and found several companies that could do the job. I was surprised to see BMB Stitch Factory come up in my search. I was even more surprised to learn that they were located about two miles from my home. Instead of ordering on-line, I dropped into their storefront to meet with them and see their shirt selections in person. The lady I worked with there was awesome. She helped me find the shirts that would give me the best comfort and service as workshirts. Then, she even stitched two samples of my logo on black fabric so I could actually pick bettween stitiching styles and see what my shirts would look like before ordering. I liked the sample and ordered ten shirts on Monday, June 28th. They were ready to be picked up four days later, but I didn't get there until today. The shirts look fantastic. The price was fantastic. I will use BMB for all my future custom embroidery needs now because they are affordable, they do an excellent job, I can see and touch the merchandise for quality before selecting it, and the finished products are ready really fast. I plan to get some hats with the same logo for when I go out on duty. Maybe I'll get a jacket made for cold days. Who knows? When you need something embroidered, please drop by BMB and let them show you what they can do. If you do, tell them Jim Baker sent you. I don't get a kickback, but I want them to know that I am speaking highly of them.
