Most of the staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient though they are at times understaffed! Parking is always easy as they have a big open outdoor lot shared with other stores in the plaza. I would especially like to recommend Alea for making my experiences wonderful. Not only was she patient and understood my needs, she also made amazing laminates of the somewhat creased items I needed. She is also an aspiring RN! She will definitely make a good nurse because of her patience, efficiency and ability to multitask. Also had great experiences with Brian, Claudia and the manager Arianna. For the quality of work they do, the prices they charge are definitely well worth it. Because of the various services provided, friendly staff, will definitely keep coming back for more of our business needs. Keep up the great work Office Depot Windcrest!

The prices were decent, but did not find what I was looking for. Although a friendly sales woman offered to help us, she made us VERY uncomfortable by watching our every move while we tested the furniture. I know I'm black but it's not like I'm going to walk out with a sectional in my bag, so some breathing room would have been great. There was a nice older man who greeted us when we walked in and he was definitely the only thing that saved this from getting a one star review. He seemed genuinely happy to point us in the direction of where we needed to go, and gave great information on their pricing structure. Please get AC for your show room, this is Texas!!!!

If you are visiting this Office Depot location for their FedEx services turn around and go…read moresomewhere else because the employees here don't even know what they are doing. I recently visited this location because I needed to ship something out and noticed this Office Depot offers FedEx shipping services. As soon as I walked in I asked one of the members if they could help me and she quickly told me they could do it, however I needed to purchase an envelope because they couldn't package it for me like they would do in a regular FedEx location. So I followed her instructions, bought the envelope, even got some tape to make sure the package would be okay during transit and when I asked another staff to help me send the package she said she didn't know how to do it and that she wasn't even sure they could do it. Please note there are HUGE FedEx signs all over the store and whole section just focused on FedEx. Even though I pointed out that someone else made me buy an envelope at the store in order to ship the items, she still said I needed to go to an actual FedEx location. Frankly the only reason why I am not giving them one star is because they did have a really nice selection of items compared to other stores. But their lack of knowledge in their own services was pretty annoying to say the least.
