So she scheduled an appointment for the folks at the Apple store to check it out. We arrived early in hopes that they would get to us quickly. Unfortunately, not only did they not get to us quickly, but they also were late seeing us for her appointment. The store was extremely crowded when we got there and seating in nearly nonexistent. The greeter/service writer was quick to meet with us and got us signed in. While we were waiting, we could not help but overhear conversations between customers and service folks. One thing that we heard multiple times was the customer needed something replaced, but they had none in stock. They were going to have to order the replacement part and the customer would have to come back. When they finally got to us, we got a very friendly and knowledgeable person to work with. He hooked up to the phone and had a diagnosis quickly. Unfortunately, it was going to be very expensive. Based on that information, we decided a new phone was in order. Will I return? This is our preferred Apple store, and the folks that work there are friendly. We will return whenever the next issue arises.

Just remembe, it it's your phone they will take the time for you too. These folks are sent to California to be taught to be a APPLE technician.
