Do not have the Canon ink I needed which is literally the one thing I would expect these places to have.

Their window claims "REPAIRS" so…read more.. when my brother in law fixed my broken iPad screen but I got it back with the button not flush with the glass... I popped in to see if they could help. The first question I was asked was "how much money are you willing to spend?". When my answer was "as little as possible" I was THEN informed that it would take a few hundred and it didn't matter anyway because they can't touch apple products. So... which is it? Was it that I wasn't willing to spend the money, or is it that you aren't allowed to touch apple products? I have a funny feeling if I had answered the first question correctly, I could have gotten my button re positioned. Maybe that sits well with some people, but, not with this person. I feel that any level of untruthfulness makes any business unworthy of my money. If I had said "whatever it takes" would they have been able to work on it? If there was never a possibility of getting it worked on, why would the subject of money be the first question? Shouldn't the first thing out of your mouth be "sorry, we are prohibited by proprietary law from working on apple products" To me... that says shady. To me that's enough to never darken their door again.

He and his wife Marta have spent endless time helping me with every interaction; she's an absolute doll. Before I do anything, I contact them first. They are extremely professional, kind, humble and easy to work with. Great conversations, never rushed and will go out of their way to set you up. Tom has saved me thousands over the years, never looking for a quick buck, rather the contrary. Honest, genuine people, business and 100% legit. I have even called Tom for help with a store bought computer of my parents out of state and he's gone out of his way to get me through issues. THE BEST!! The Broussard's

Online order was not ready, as informed. I was told, "You can always shop it yourself now you're here". Which I did and couldn't locate one item that was supposed to be in stock. "Yeah, we don't keep that one out. (Big sigh). I'll go and get it" I was then told I needed access to the email which it was purchased through, or the cashier couldn't release the products to me. After a back-and-forth, I was instructed to "just sign the phone". The store phone, not the individuals personal phone that seemed to be of greater importance, was grimy and utterly disgusting. I asked could the person just wipe or clean it first. "Everybody else uses it, what the problem ?" Errrrrrrm....exactly. Fortunately I have hand wipes in the car, as one does. I signed it. Grabbed my stuff. Exited. This entitled, lazy, obnoxious, 'ratchet', 'slore' of a girl is a perfect example of how the world is degenerating. Before I die, which is soon with any luck, I will continue my allegiance to Office Depot.

I was tired of the lack of service at the other places in town and another DJ friend of mine suggested I go to Starsound. Such good advice. From the moment I entered, I was well-taken care of. Pricing at the various stores is pretty similar. What I want is someone in the industry with knowledge of their products to give me good advice and information. That's what Cameron & crew do. No part-timers without any audio experience or burnt out doofuses criticizing my current setup that will be rocking a gig that night while he's probably at home wishing the world would treat him better. Example: my handheld mic that I had for 25 years finally bit the dust. I went into Starsound having looked at mics on the internet and I had an idea of what I needed. Cameron had those models but he suggested a cheaper mic "that's just as good and half the price." And it is. So now I buy all my lighting, equipment, cords and have repairs done there now. It's like having a great mechanic you can trust- you don't mind the cost if the repair and advice is right. And the costs here are the same as the other stores. Customer service. Experience. Fair pricing. I am happy that I got steered in their direction.

Very difficult to reach anyone for help- 15 minutes or more for a phone that rings or dropped into a queue repetitively, until finally reaching someone in the store for help. Informed carpet ordered to finish job- mid-May at the earliest to have a job completed that was initiated in March. Nothing more than a "sorry for the inconvenience". Once is a fluke twice is a pattern. I hope that the supplier issues are resolved and no one else has to endure this comedy of errors. The Installers (Reno Flooring) have done a great job and have attention to detail. Installers are very nice and they did their very best to complete this project. I feel sorry for the installers- this probably cost them valuable time and money too with these supplier issues.
