Just an all around good spot with friendly, helpful employees. I'm kind of a regular there, but needed help today. The app showed they had a product in stock, but I struggled to find it. The manager walked me over, mentioning it's a popular item and that's sometimes online stock isn't accurate. Luckily they were in stock. I mentioned it was cheaper online and he said "No problem, we'll match it at the register." Stoked to find quick help who was quick to offer the better price. I shop here for supplies about once a month. Everyone there is very helpful. Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are about the printing services, which I don't use. I knocked off a star because whenever I call this location the phone will keep ringing for a very long time before anyone answers, or no one answers at all (no voicemail). Hint: If anyone is needing print services like posters, etc., I highly suggest going to The Sign Dude on Riverside. Great service, quality, and prices! read more

This is the third time I've walked out without buying anything. I came in to buy a printer cartridge which I could see but which was locked up. No clerk nearby. I went on a short walk to find someone but the few people working seemed to shift their gaze to avoid eye contact. I have a disability so I cannot go chasing around the store especially when they appear to be moving away. This is a familiar pattern at this store, so I just left, went online and bought what I needed (not from Office Depot). read more

Once - a few years ago - there was seldom a salesclerk to be found in the large stores if one wanted help. Americans complained and big business got the message. Now there are clerks everywhere; the customer gets no respite from them. I walked into several businesses in Crater Lake Center today. Office Depot was the worst - about six store employes accosted me. One asked "Are you finding everything you need?" as I browsed the discount table. Now, if i was looking for a specific item, I'd go to where they sold it. The discount table has only random surplus things that might be interesting (or not, as it turned out, today.). Others shouted greetings or questions at me from 15-20 feet to my rear, as I was receding away from them. I'm sure they don't really want to have a beer with me, right then. They are browbeaten by their corporate brass into harrassing their customers. From one extreme to the other - one wonders it they'll ever find a happy middle. It would help if they'd rely on cues from the customer - If I look directly at them I might have a question, If I'm hunched over with a scowl on my face, I may be concentrating on something, or not feeling like talking. I guess the powers-that-be don't encourage their employees to use whatever social skills they have, but insist that they just barge right in. Just go away - if I want you I'll let you know... Now, on the positive side, the store is closer to my house than its major competitor. It has a good variety of office equipment at not too exhorbitant prices. I'll give the competitor a try, though, and see if they are any better or if this hail-fellow-well-met crap has spread universally. read more

I go to office depot's at least 2-3x's a month. While the service was a little on the slow side, the sales associates were very friendly and helpful in the copying section. Pleanty of parking and it isn't to far off of I5. read more

My girlfriend and I bought a couple gaming chairs a couple weeks ago, the staff was super friendly and informative. We had many questions. However, the chairs weren't as comfortable as I'd hoped they'd be. So we took them back expecting store credit and only about half our money we spent on them but they gave us a full refund with no hassle about it. Very much appreciated, I highly recommend coming here for any and all office supplies! read more

Worst experience ever! No one seems to know what their doing, the person "helping" is running around like a chicken with her head cut off, confusedly trying to do a bit for everyone at the same time. But it just looks. And feels like chaos! On top of it all the wait was crazy! read more

Staff was really rude and unhelpful. Prices are OKAY. I'm going to Target next time. No point spending money with employees who hate their jobs or the customers or both. The staff at this Office Depot was the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. I came in the store Sunday afternoon looking for a collapsible luggage carrier. It was difficult to find anyone to help me. After walking around the store, I finally saw three employees huddled at the print center chatting, and NO ONE was even at the cash register. When I approached them, their response was as if I was an inconvenience to them and interrupting their conversation. When asking for where I might find the item, I was told, "It's probably somewhere down there (she pointed). Did you try looking there? If it's not there, then we probably don't have it." She did NOT even take two steps toward helping me find the luggage cart. Of course it was not down there, and was determined to find it because I knew it was in the store as I located the item on line, which indicated it was available at the Medford store. I went around a few more isles and voila, I found it!! No thanks to your lame, rude, lazy, incompetent employees!!!! I cannot believe these people are paid for standing around, chatting, and treating paying customers like we are infringing on their conversations. Who trained these people? Do they know how to do their jobs? RIDICULOUS!! I will never return again. read more

I have been waiting for an order since 8/17/18. I still don't have it. I have called 4 times now, each time, oh we are so very sorry, we will reorder it for you, you will have it in 1 or 2 days. Well after 4 orders, guess what, I still don't have it. Message keeps saying returned to store. But no one knows why. read more

Hannah, sales associate would not walk over the battery dept and look for an in stock replacement battery for wireless phone I previously purchased from them but instead said I should check with battery plus! That's just fine with me. Last time as a long time shopper I will visit that location in Medford, OR. read more
