I was really disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance for 8:30 AM to start designing my business logo. When I arrived, the coordinator had the wrong idea about why I was there. He said, "We talked about this package, right?" I said no, it was a different one. He repeated that he thought I had selected the other package, even after I pulled out my phone and showed him the message confirming what we had actually discussed. Still, no real acknowledgment of the mix-up. Then he told me, "He won't be here until 9," referring to the person I was supposed to meet with. I reminded him we had agreed on 8:30. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. I simply said, "No, I'm going to leave." I had taken time off work for what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute appointment. I don't have the flexibility to just wait around or reschedule on short notice. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability--no sincere apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right. Owning up to an error goes a long way in customer service, and that was completely missing here. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter to them. Leaving 1 star because the lack of preparation and accountability turned what should've been a simple, exciting meeting into a frustrating waste of time. read more

Terrible business practices. I provided my own art files, still had to pay an art design fee. After the additional fee they spelled the name wrong. Then wanted to charge me more than the original price I paid to remake the product that they misspelled. They pass their incompetence on to the customer. I would never try to do business with them ever again. read more

We all have a tendency to want to rush things and go to the head of the line, but trust me this is one thing I allowed take its time, it's perfect. HORRIBLY SLOW as well as UNPROFESSIONAL for design or logo. NOT ARTISTS! They used Adobe like the rest of the world, clicking buttons on color and contrast and were NOT responsive to any suggestions. They feel that THEY are the ones that should decide what you get and how you get it. They quote you a price, then refuse to get to work. We WAITED OVER 9 MONTHS now and they have asked for more money, which we paid IMMEDIATELY, then STILL REFUSE to do what they said they would. You'd better already HAVE YOUR OWN WORK DONE before you ask them for any business cards. AND CHECK for typos! We had THREE on their final revision. Once we got our cards, paying $30. shipping, we had a missing business phone number. Our business name couldn't even be SEEN it was so dark. We asked for a new design team after almost 8 months after our designer was on THREE vacations and missed two appts with us. The manager that we got next said she'd get it done and immediately was out "sick." Although I have to admit she had more skills drawing wise, she refused to listen to anything we were saying that we were after (details and points which STAYED the same throughout the process however went unheard or unheeded) and got upset when we didn't just accept what SHE saw for us, RATHER THAN following the notes that had been in place for EIGHT MONTHS. We said that we were willing to accept that that was the best we were going to get and asked for the replacement cards with all corrections, as AGREED. They REFUSED to send them and the files we'd paid for. Insisting we must have a phone meeting WITH THE STORE MANAGER JIM. Which we did. NICELY. From the onset of the phone conversation they tried explaining away EVERY ISSUE THEY HAD HAD and then said that "things go wrong, when it's a rush job." 8 MONTHS is NO rush job folks! My business partner and I continued to be professional and asked that they stick to what is covered in our links of emails. We requested that "rather than continuing to beat a dead horse" they simply follow through with what was requested, agreed upon and PAID FOR, so that we could conclude our business deal. They agreed and we got off the phone. It has been as if they were in HIGH SCHOOL since before that meeting and they HAVE NOT SENT OUR BUSINESS CARDS TO DATE!!!! Nor will they even return our PROFESSIONALLY handled business calls. They are nice to your face, then SIT ON THEIR BUTTS and then behave as if they are in high school with 0 ACCOUNTABILITY! We have 3 businesses which we have worked with Sign Dude on, but we've never gotten anything but simple and pretty much what we've walked in with, they add some color and that's it. We WON'T be giving them another chance. They're simply DISHONEST and DRAMATIC. read more

Made the mistake of not going here, for my first few signs. Went to a competitor, just down the road because someone said the owner was nice. That place was a joke and the owner was horrible. On the other hand, this place was way better set up, professional and the product quality blew me away in comparison. My workplace has had several vehicles done in full wrap from Sign Dude and they have always been pleased. But what's more important is my personal truck! GRIN. I found a slight error in alignment that, when pointed out was immediately taken care of. When you are spending thousands of dollars on advertisement on this scale it is important for a company like this to realize that the ads they are creating for you are also the ads they are creating for themselves. With dozens upon dozens of vehicles running around the valley and beyond, Sign dude understands this. They worked with my own designer very well, and even improved on what I had in mind. I've used this company many times over many years in a variety of different capacities. Recently I went out of my way to reward them with my business because of the satisfactory past. I had them design and install a full sign wrap on a 2017 Ford Transit 150 Van. I think the design work was excellent and I've since learned that the installation and the $4,000 price were average at best. The real issue was the thoughtlessness of Lance Carroll who handled my project from start to finish. He didn't acknowledge, confirm, and inform throughout the four day project causing me to miss other scheduled appointments and waste a significant amount of my time. I recommend that you use this company, just don't expect timelines, common courtesies, or even regret when they miss their deadlines ....at least not from Lance Carroll. read more

Yikes. Objectively looking at The Sign Dude, they have good customer service. Sadly, the positives end here.. The quality of their standard banner product is bad and should be avoided like the plague if your project needs to endure for more than a couple weeks. Take a look at their meager return policy before placing an order as well... 7 days, really? Way to stand behind a quality product. You get what you pay for with these guys, they're one of the cheapest sign businesses in town; I truly learned this lesson with TSD. Lastly, It took a week and a half to get standard, corrugated plastic 2x3 signs printed up. TLDR: If you're interested in quality products or timely completion, look elsewhere. read more
