The owner of this company or said person affiliated with it came to my neighborhood to help move somebody with two other big trucks and , trailers, I had my small trailer, parked on the side of the road. They pushed my trailer out of the way to make room for theirs in front of my neighbors driveway., I asked them why they moved my trailer without my permission, and they showed no regard for my property, simply told me they would put it back when they're done, with no apologies whatsoever for touching my property, or to the neighbor that they pushed the trailer in front of his driveway so he couldn't leave cause he was blocked in ,they left said location and didn't push my trailer back where I had it in the first place. So I had to move my own trailer back to its original spot , which they didn't even have to move it. They parked a truck there with a boat on it. The trailer wasn't in their way at all for their other truck and trailer that they were packing up to move people with.if this is how you run your company, then I will make sure I never use your business and I hope people never do again. You only have three stars and I think that's a direct reflection of what you think About Customer service that mean offsite as well., you drive a truck with your company logo on it that should mean something, if I came to your business and move your things around without your permission, I don't think you would take too kindly that. That tells me you don't have integrity and you don't care about your customers or the people in this community. you owe myself and my neighbor, an apology for your disrespect and disregard for somebody else's property.. I doubt that'll happen because you don't follow through with even the little things that you said you would've done to put my trailer back in its original spot. So have a great day.

I got a color change wrap from silver to gloss black on my 2011 BMW. They were very friendly and to…read moretheir credit they fixed several things that were not right, but I did have to come back twice, which I am sure is not ideal for anyone. The head tech, Jordan, even came in during their off hours. My car now looks great. I recommend being clear about your expectations and to make sure the end result is what you want and expect. They seem to care about their customers and I respect that very much. I never felt like they wouldn't hear my concerns. Taylor and Taiai were also very friendly. Just research what you are getting done. Oh and know they will put embossed "Wrap World" Logo on your car too. Again, if you want a local group that will bend over backward to make sure you are happy, give them a try.

I have to say the worst business practices I have ever seen in my life. A few weeks back Christian…read morethe person in which helps wrap cars, and whatever else he does. Posted a status on Facebook not too long ago, he posted " Starting tomorrow, I'll be doing holiday wraps with our scraps. That means you will not be paying for material. You pick on what colors we have and tell me what you want done. Interior peices, chrome deletes, accents and more." when I inquired about this ad he posted. He said to come down and talk to him, I did as such. We were talking and he said my boss is in Cabo and I am undercutting people in town which are doing it at $65 a hour. We briefly talked about kind of what I had as an idea. He was explaining to me that it probably wouldn't take more than about 3 hours to do this job. Yet he never reached out to me. I called him the day after and explained to him that I was interested in taking part of this event yet he ignored that. I kept on it because we discussed getting it done on Thursday or Friday while his boss was out of town. We agreed upon $150-200 this last couple weeks we were getting everything together and I still didn't hear from him/ meaning he didn't ever get me on the schedule like he was explaining the day before. We called him the other day and his words exactly were " I can't do it for under $400-500 " and my initial response was like why's that. He explained his boss is in change of the prices and he has no control over it. So when he explained that to me it showed that he was doing side gigs while his boss was out of town to pocket some money. I would have to say based on the experience in which I have recieved from this place I wouldn't recommend it and I hope you guys will do the same. At least until someone else becomes in charge. I really hope the boss takes into consideration that when people encounter problems and people like that they would most likely never return.

When I arrived the staff was eager to help me get a quote to wrap my mini Cooper. I had to wait…read moreover a month for an appointment, which was fine. The day of the wrap I dropped off the vehicle taking an Uber home and was phoned after about 4 hours to say it was finished. when I got there only half of the work was done and the receptionist started having an attitude with me when I queried the half done job, saying it's not her responsibility to make sure that the work was completed. After a long argument the technician who did the work came and said he will finish the job another day and that they "will make this right". Two weeks later I dropped off the mini again, taking an Uber home . No friendliness, just "we'll call you when it's done " by the same lady. When I picked up the vehicle later that day she insisted I paid the full amount, and that they will not reimburse me for the Uber or give me any discount for the inconvenienced of having to return a second time.. "we did a service and you have to pay us for it" No one came to show me the work that was done or make sure that I was satisfied. No after care instructions was given, no talk if any kind of warrenty was offered. The technician passed me in the parking lot on my way to the vehicle and didn't even bother to greet me or ask me if I was happy with the job. These people are rude and gave poor customer service and I urge people to rather use another wrapping service where they care about there customers... $900 might not be a lot for them, but it was a lot for me to have spent . Shame on them for making what should have been an exciting experience a horrible one!!!!
