I was having issues with the stock drivers seat in my '09 dodge pickup. The foam in the seat was making it miserable to drive for any length of time. I brought it to Burns Upholstery and they knew exactly what needed to be done. They did awesome work and my seat is more comfortable now, then when I first bought the truck. *You get what you pay for* Had my headliner done and the headliner it self looks fine. It is everything else that was the issue. I wish I could attach pictures to show exactly what I am talking about. The brackets that hold my visors in place are broken and have been rigged with random metal to keep them in place underneath so I couldn't see this until I removed the visors! Upon receiving my car back after the job was "done" my visors were put on backwards, because they broke the parts to fasten them to the ceiling. Also, on the safety handles there are pry marks on all of them and every screw is almost stripped, followed by chew marks from the drill not being kept in place. Talked to the owner about it and all I got was "Sorry I don't know what happened." Really? WOULD NOT recommend this place, you get what you pay for! Lesson learned!! read more

Doug and Christian are masters at what they do. They performed emergency upholstery surgery on the front seats of my 2017 Toyota RAV4. The stock seats in the RAV (and quite a few other Toyota models) are God-awful uncomfortable, forcing your shoulders and back into a cupped, Neanderthal-like hunched position. I dropped off the car along with a super-comfy chair I had come across (to use as a model), and what I got back was a work of ergonomic art. I was seriously considering selling the RAV (only 9 months old) because of its horrible seat design. Fortunately, Doug and Christian were able to work a minor miracle. Thanks guys!
