I recently renovated the interior of my 27 year old truck camper, and as a part of that project had Gabriel at Segura's Upholstery reupholster the dinette cushions. I found Gabriel to be very amiable, professional and knowledgeable. He completed the job in the amount of time he said he would and the quality of workmanship was second to none. The cushions have never looked so good. They're really flawless now. The only problem I have is now I'm afraid to use them for fear I might spill something on them. I guess I need to get over that. Went to another auto upholster few block away, previously, for same estimate....it was $195. Gabriel Segura is friendly, polite and up-front. I came to Segura's upholstery with a set of dimensions to cut foam for seats on an airplane. Mr. Segura was pleasant, and offered to order the correct foam and cut the foam for the seats with a timeline of approximately 2 weeks. I was told that I could come back on the Saturday two weeks from dropping of the dimensions and pick up the seats. I was unable to collect the seats that saturday and came the following Saturday to collect my seats. When I arrived however, the seats were not ready and Mr. Segura said that he had used the foam for another project and that I should come back the following week and pick up the seats. I waited an extra week, now we are into the process a month, I decided to call and make certain the seats were available and again Mr. Segura had used the foam for another project. He said I could come back again the following saturday and get my seats, but I no longer believed him. Very poor service. He did not seem to care about my patronage and acted as though he simply did not want to make the seats. read more
