I needed some single sheet items printed in a hurry. Not having a personal printer, I decided to check out the print services at Office Depot. Wow! Easy, efficient, and inexpensive. Simply walked in, touched the self-serve machine touchscreen to get started. Entered the appropriate information after emailing the documents to the Office Depot location. Voilà! Clean, neat, clear, crisp copies in a flash. We will definitely be returning to print other rush jobs in the future. read more

They are very misleading. Falsely advertising items, then charging more at checkout. Sadly - the manager refused a reasonable solution. In my opinion, run away and hide. read more

Very bad experience... the people were friendly however I was in the store for 3 hours getting my stuff printed. They won't print your stuff in advance you have to be there. The printer for larger prints skips pages I had to make sure they were in order. Very disappointing... it's a good thing that I didn't have anything else to get done today or I would have been screwed. Also it was WAY overpriced.... not very helpful for a business owner. I will go elsewhere next time. read more

Wow, astonishing bad customer service. I would have to assume a manager, who might pop in twice a day, must tell the employees to avoid customers. I did watch an older lady check out and then two employees made fun of her via an earpiece radio...not stealthy or cool. It also prevented the employees from a face to face, while they continued to do nothing...so I guess they have that system figured out. read more

Last week I drove all the way to the local store on M.E. Cutoff and found that a normal stock item was temporarily out and to check back next week. So I went to the website to order direct and the item that normally sells for about $7.00 was priced at $12.89 and they wanted shipping fees on top of that!!! I called back today and the item (a calendar refill for 2018) was still out of stock. Very poor customer service and stocking so guess they are getting ready to close this store for good. Poor service is worse than no service!!! read more

absolute horrible services! Not once, not twice, but about 5-6 times repeatedly problems! And today again they charged my card, but never got my order ready and its shown there is no orders, however my card statement clearly shows the charge from them! Always late, never on time! All their services that says "pick up same day" NEVER ready in the same day. Full of excuses like: "we ran out of ink", "machine broke down" (happened 3 times already), printed on a wrong paper, wrong size. This location do not deserve even 1 star. I highly recommend everyone to pay extra couple bucks and order your business needs from Vistaprint. never problems there and always fast and easy! read more

I went to this store to try out office chairs to be purchased under state contract. I was there for about 30 minutes trying out chairs and not one person approached me to help, though they walked by numerous times, and did not even acknowledge me. When I was done looking at the chairs I went to look at some smaller items and found one I was interested in on display, that was not priced, so I went to ask the cashier if she minded checking the price.. She never looked up, grabbed the item, scanned it, said the price, and set the item down. Still never looking at me. Everyone has bad days but if you are in customer service you have to at least attempt communication. Funny thing is I could not really be mad because upon looking up the address for the store I saw the other reviews so I was half expecting what I actually received. Needless to say we are purchasing the chairs and other items but at a different store. I will not be returning there. At a time where there are so many options when buying items this store needs to rethink their position on customer service. read more

Walked in to price match toilet paper and paper towels I had a price match from another store and the manager an old white haired man was very rude to me and told me it was from a clearence store and that he was not going to honor it. I asked for the policy on that because I looked online and it states If you find a lower price at another store on a new, identical item, show us the lower price at the time of purchase and we will match it on the spot. Or show us the lower price within 14 days of your Office Depot purchase and we will pay you the difference. Our price is the final price you pay after any discounts, coupons, instant savings and mail-in savings are applied. We will match the other store's point-of-sale price after deducting their instant rebates and coupons. We will not match the other store's mail-in rebates nor will we deduct the value of any gift with purchase. I will not be back to give them any of my money. read more
