I said i know you are afraid of stolen credit cards, but i am not making 5000 purchases, and the cards match my drivers license." His name was Nate. Ask how do I get the chair to the customer service person and the reply "you will have to wait a half hour because this guy (she points at person standing next to us) just clocked out for lunch". I had my wife and two kids...wait a half hour?!? And there were four people standing there. Not one of them could get a $200 chair for me. Also, when I walked out, there was one person on the register and a dozen people in line. This is why online shopping is going to put OfficeMax out of business.

Spoke with Les's boss this morning, which also happens to be his wife and she said that she would not honor the $500 price, Les wasn't authorized to offer that, then tried to say I must of heard wrong, and ended with saying she didn't want my business. In early January, I received notification that the item was backordered. I finally received the item on January 24 and to my surprise, the manufacturer's instructions indicate it is NOT to be used in bathrooms (or any room near a water supply). I emailed the company and received a reply from Shaneka Wright indicating that the manufacturer's information was correct and that I should return the item. On January 26, I mailed the item back with a note indicating that I have now spent over $20 on postage (both ways). I received another email noting that I would receive a credit for the return postage, but not the original postage cost. (I would never have ordered the item if the catalog did not have the wrong information!) To date, I have not received a credit for the item OR the return postage. And the cherry on the sundae: today I received another catalog with the same item on page 48 and the description is still incorrect. Hope others don't fall prey to this scam! I will not do business with this company again.
