I wanted to make 3 100 dollar purchases on 3 separate cards. He said I could make 1 300 purchase, but not 3 100 purchases. I said i know you are afraid of stolen credit cards, but i am not making 5000 purchases, and the cards match my drivers license." His name was Nate. I couldn't find the policy on their website so called Customer Service. She couldn't find it and checked with supervisors. They said there is no policy. This store has limited inventory. Not only do they tend to have sales on certain items but they have stock on most items. The store itself is well maintain, the layout is pretty much the same for any store in Hamilton Ohio. You have straight aisle in the middle that run almost the length of the store. Like most stores in Hamilton Ohio they have cut back on the amount of software they sell special video games. I feel this is good to a point since a lot of the software was open and left all over the place it just made me more often and not just not buying any software. The selection of printing paper and office folders has always blown me away sure I could see 3 different printing papers but they have 8. Which is really good because there always some on sell same way for folders while there a lot on sale you still have that pack of folders half price which is a nice touch. The staff was always helpfully and for once when i go into a store I don't feel like i know more than the person I'm talking to who suppose to be selling to me there product. Ask how do I get the chair to the customer service person and the reply "you will have to wait a half hour because this guy (she points at person standing next to us) just clocked out for lunch". I had my wife and two kids...wait a half hour?!? And there were four people standing there. Not one of them could get a $200 chair for me. Also, when I walked out, there was one person on the register and a dozen people in line. This is why online shopping is going to put OfficeMax out of business.

Spoke with Les's boss this morning, which also happens to be his wife and she said that she would not honor the $500 price, Les wasn't authorized to offer that, then tried to say I must of heard wrong, and ended with saying she didn't want my business.
