Where do I start? First, they tell me my copies will be available to pick up by 5:00pm. Then they send me the email they're ready at 7:29pm. The store closes at 7:30pm. Come back the next day and it turns out all of my double sided prints aren't even on the front and back (I even left a note beforehand asking them to ensure they are even). I go back home and counted the copies. It turns out they gave me 5 less papers than what I payed for. Please do yourself a favor and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE for printing. read more

Hate to give it three stars just for not having ink cartridge in stock... BUT it did say it was available for pickup online. In this day and age, it has to be up-to-date. Otherwise, employees weren't unfriendly but definitely didn't look like they wanted to be there. read more

This store is across from the Barnes & Noble just off state road 725 but within the shopping centre. Since it's such a congested area, I normally avoid it, but I happened to be in the B&N, so I took a walk across the parking lot. It's a decent sized store with a good selection. I was taking a look at the computer monitors and someone asked me if they could help. I replied that they couldn't at the moment and that I was thinking about the monitors. He was really polite and offered to help, if I would find him later. He turned around, took a few steps, and mumbled something I didn't understand, and I felt as though I had somehow insulted him and had been insulted as well. Strange. In any case, it's Office Depot--a little expensive but their sale prices can compete. read more

I visit this Office Depot at least once a month to have my monthly activity calendar for work printed there. The customer service is a hit or miss in this store. There are times where I have very rude staff who simply don't care "helping me" with my office needs. Other times -like today- you can find amazing and friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. I forgot our customer number and thought: Oh Lawd- it will be a struggle for me to have someone look up our account by facility name.... It happened before that the staff got really unfriendly with me when I asked them to please look it up. Today the staff member -Sam- just smiled and said: "Hold on! I'll find you." I was relieved that she was so nice. Overall: Sad to say but: Don't set your customer service expectations too high when visiting this store.. read more

This is the absolute worse Office Depot! If you can go elsewhere, save yourself the headache! The sales manager literally has a brain the size of a pea and the employees have no idea what they're doing! And everyone hates their job! read more

I went to Office Depot to have copies made and received the worst customer service I have had in a long time. The person "helping" me was so rude and made it very clear I was being a bother. She didn't explain anything, but gave one-word answers and never stopped working at the computer. I normally don't get frustrated like this, but this was a situation where I had to turn around and walk out. I'm glad I did, I got much better service and pricing through Fed Ex Office. read more

I rarely have to go to Office Depot but when I dread it. They have the worst customer service I have seen in awhile. Workers just stand and stare at computer screens with complete disregard if you need help. They seem when you ask that your inconveniencing them if you do. I went there today to pick up bubble wrap and boxes and after 5 minutes of waiting and two associates seeing us with no help we decided to leave and leave our stuff on the counter. Once upon a time, Office Depot used to be Office Max. That was a long time ago (15 years ago) in a shopping center not too far away (Miamisburg). In those days, Office Max was very helpful and the copy/print staff VERY COMPETENT! I knew "my" staff person by name (Kim) and she knew my methods. I'd bring her a couple dozen or so family photos every November/December and she would turn them into a stack of wonderful calendars (with gift boxes and hangers) that I would share with my family members. It was simple, easy, and painless and everyone loved the end results! That all changed this year, when Kim was nowhere to be found (probably swept up years ago in the corporate takeover, buy out, merger, or whatever you call what happened to Office Max in the wake of Office Depot.) This year, I got Jennifer and Laura. Jennifer was pleasant but very slow and not at all organized. She never wrote down the details of my order on a standard copy/print order form (at least not in front of me). And so, she forgot important details like the quantities I told her and which calendars were not to be hole-punched. This resulted in my order being delayed (and gave me a lot of aggravation). When I first came in to pick up the order (which wasn't yet complete), I learned that Jennifer lost the 60% off coupon that I gave her at the time of the order. Also the calendars were spiral bound even though we were told that they were out of the spiral binding and would bind the calendars with a different plastic material. Regardless, I paid for and took the only four calendars that were bound while I waited. I asked Jennifer to call me when the rest of the order was ready. I figured that they'd be finished later that day, but I wasn't. When I was finally called 2 days later, I picked up the remaining 7 calendars. However, when I got home, I discovered that one of the photos on 4 of the 11 total calendars I ordered was not properly centered on the page. As matter of fact, it looked like it was right justified. I called the store and the employee who answered told me that she would correct it. I carted 7 of the calendars back to the store to show the problem. Laura was eager to help (maybe too eager). She decided to reprint just the bad page. The results were a nice centered photo, but now it was UPSIDE DOWN. While I waited (and while other customers came in and interrupted Laura with questions), she correctly reprinted the misprinted page and rebound the page into all 4 problem calendars. I thought I was all set until I noticed that Laura hole-punched one of the calendars that was intentionally left un-punched. I guess Laura thought that she was being helpful, but she should have asked me before she did this or at least looked at the order instructions (which were probably non-existent). Laura agreed to reprint one calendar without the holes. Easy peasy, right? I waited another 10-15 minutes for her to reprint and bind this one calendar. Before I walked out, I thought I should check the reprinted calendar. I figured that I'd waited there for over an hour to get the entire situation resolved. What's another 30 seconds to check the reprinted calendar? To my shock, I found that EVERY SINGLE PICTURE inside this calendar was printed UPSIDE DOWN. Now I'm thinking: "Why would a copy/staff person hand a customer a final product without even spot checking it?" I waited another 10-15 minutes as Laura reprinted and bound this calendar a FORTH and HOPEFULLY final time. All in all, I wasted 2 hours of my evening (not counting my 3 prior store visits to drop off, pick up, and discuss the order). Needless to say, I will never bring another copy/print job to Office Depot/Office Max. I've decided that I will spend the next 11 months looking for another copy/print center to produce my stack of family calendars. It's just a shame that after 15 years as a faithful Office Max customer, Office Depot dashed my confidence with one simple calendar ordeal. read more

When I finally found everything I needed, I waited several minutes to check out, no one came to the register. Needless to say I won't be back! Staples here I come!!!! read more
