That's what I call a successful errand. The girl behind the counter who printed my label was very helpful since I have never used their service before and showed me how to send her the label after I purchased it so she could print it out at lightning speed for me. I asked the young man at the cashier counter if they had any single pens and he pointed me to a large selection of them. I thought the Sharpie markers were kind of expensive compared to other stores but I bought a nice purple ballpoint pen that writes real smoothly. I left the store happy and satisfied I had accomplished what I set out to do plus more. Update: I've been back twice in three days and still leave happy each time. It would have cost me about $3.50 to print these 3 labels at the local library. Preslee gets an A+ for patience and know-how. Update: 7/28/17 I've now come in here 6 times and every time I have gotten wonderful help. Today I wanted to print out a little tiny label to save myself having to write it over and over and over again for a craft project. All I had to do was hand print it one-time the size I wanted and the girl behind the counter was able to print it out 15 x on one paper so I can cut it out and paste it onto the projects. It was well under a dollar for four sheets which gives me 60 labels I can use. If I need smaller ones I can bring one of the copies back in and they will shrink the size and print more for me. How easy is that? I'm changing my four star review to five stars because I've had so many good experiences in this location.

I happened to see this UPS store when I pulled into the parking lot to look up a location of a restaurant so I decided to go ahead and take it in there. I had just put the box in my car this morning so I might as well get rid of it. If it hadn't been for the long line it would have been a perfect experience. They did keep it moving pretty fast for a while but then they hit a couple of customers that took a little longer so there was quite a wait. Once I got to the counter the clerks were really friendly and my transaction only took a couple of minutes. I can recommend this place but be prepared for a possible wait if they get hit by a large group of people at once.

He advised "all of the batteries are dead" I asked him to change them out. He advised the alarm would sound and they didn't have the key to release it and change it out/charge it. Why have cameras up for display and to be tested and not keep up with charging the batteries or changing them out? They tried to up sell me on the warranty and didn't even know what it covered,didn't even know what the manufactures warranty covered. Against every cell in my body screaming "walk away and don't buy it" I bought it, only to return it the very next morning. Upon returning it they kept almost a 100.00 of my money for a restocking fee... had I been able to test it out at the store before buying I wouldn't be out 100.00 because I wouldn't have bought it! They have gone downhill and are below subpar for customer service and the condition of their store/what's available to test out before purchase. Overall, I felt like a bother to this employee. She stated to me that one of my packages was USPS. Confused as to the relevancy, I asked if I wasn't able to mail this at their store. (I thought the commercials I've seen stated I could.) She told me I needed to put the package in the yellow box. I looked around, but she didn't tell me where the yellow box was. It felt obvious that I was trying to find this mysterious yellow box. After a few seconds, I asked where the yellow box is, and she said, "by the door." At the end of the transaction, when she was silent, I said "thank you," and she replied "no problem." I don't expect royalty treatment by employees but also don't like feeling like I'm a bother. I strongly suggest customer service training to understand better how to make your customers feel valued and appreciated so they will return.

I came in to mail photos and momentos retrieved from my father's place…read more He had just passed away and I needed to ensure the items made it from Amarillo to Pennsylvania. It was early afternoon on Tuesday August 2nd. The one employee was helping a young man and this incredibly kind young woman came to help me. She tried one size box and in the process noticed that one of the items came from BSA Hospice. She wasn't happy with how the items fit and changed boxes. She made sure a frame was wrapped well in bubble wrap and wrapped the prayer shawl separately so the white would stay white. When she was done, she came around the counter and gave me a hug. I am so sorry I did not get her name but she made such a difference for me during a terrible time. Everything arrived intact and I'm very appreciative for her sensitivity.
