Workers are kind especially Luis. They treat you like family and have a wide selection of phones.

Finally At&T offers unlimited data plans, so I rush to switch over. I've been an At&T customer…read moresince getting a cellphone and this store is where I always go. Great customer service experiences every time when dealing with the retail sales consultants; however the managers are a different story. Now I would have given 5 stars, but as always a manager ruined a small part of the experience for me again. Let me begin by praising the sales consultant who helped me. Stephen was an informative and calming presence throughout my visit! Give him a pat on the back and a raise. This is the type of employee who keeps a business successful. He was straightforward and efficient with my time. Thank you! That's what brings me back. Now, the manager or whoever interrupted us was my only complaint. Here I am a day later still bothered by it so I reviewing the store as a 4. There 2 reasons: 1) service interruptions 2) refusal to make a service problem right I'll explain... #1 I've already covered. The pushy lack of trust in the staff (by interrupting) is obvious. At&T, have your managers read 7 Habits of highly Effective people and empower them to supervise from a position of empowerment. Just a suggestion. We (insert marketing segment) appreciate retail employees who are knowledgeable, genuine, and confident. #2 I asked to drop my device off the contract 2 months for free due to none use. For the second time in 2 years my service complaint on the hotspot was met with a hard NO, by management. That's not how to treat people. I've had 2 hotspots bought from At&T and they drop signal so much (in the Texas panhandle) I'll try to use them for about 2 months before I stick them in a drawer. I of course keep paying my contracted bill like a good little contract hostage. All because the managers refuse to make right the failure of service and experience At&T has provided me. Let it be understood last time I tried to seek recompense the manger gave me the same hard NO. I settled for trying to get a new device for another 2 year internment which means it's your network At&t. Not your devices, customers, or whatever else your managers keep blaming when they tell me, Sore-weeeee!, you're an At&t contract POW (we only like customers who don't get captured). Thank you again Stephen! Because of you and the other great non management staff, I'll be back.

She continuously interrupted us when trying to explain what we wanted, and she was being very rude about it when asking clarifying questions. If she tries to help you, ask for literally anyone else.
